Excellent service. Very modern and comfortable room. The pillows were notably very high quality and super comfortable. Room cleanliness was that if a 5-Star hotel (though it is not, it felt like like it was). Front desk staff was amazing (resturant manager needs to be friendlier). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality, quiet and comfort. The breakfast included was tasty and a HUGE bonus to stay at this hotel. The Late check out the hotel offers (1pm) was delightful ❤️❤️❣️👌

We arrived very early in the morning before our check in so we asked the staff for an early check in. But we ended up getting checked in half an hour late because our rooms weren't ready. The staff were very rude after we complained saying that check in is at 3:30pm instead of 3pm even though they said 3pm earlier in the day. This was very poor service considering staff saw us waiting in the lounge for over 4 hours. Each room had an extra double bed so not sure what happened to our original booked rooms. The rooms were clean but outdated. The remote to the air conditioning didn't work in one room and the bedside lamp stopped working after 1 day. However the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food breakfast buffet was okay and the lunch menu was very nice.

Excelent hotel to stay, the price/benefit ratio is a MAX, compared to several others around, The Quality, Service, Friendliness, attention to details, the food !!! The Chef is one of the best around (I visited more than 20 rest in 3 months), and convenient / safe location...Is just a supper choice to stay. The gym can improve, and the rooms just need a little touch, but are very spacious, good quality, and very confortable.

I want to leave this note during my stay from Dec.16,2020-Jan.03,2021. This studio apartment was one of the best I have been in Cali; very good location; excellent mountain view from the studio balcony; near to local transportation, good restaurants; very clean; good amenities, very comfortable; and the best, all employees from the front desk to Housekeeping; all of them very friendly and provided me a very good service. Thank you Natalia, Junior, Gary and Bryan, you guys have a very and professional customer service skills. I do highly recommend this studio apartment. I will use it for my next stays in Cali, Colombia. Thank you. Carlos Correa

We had a lot of expectations since we were staying at a Marriott Hotel, but the experience was very disappointing. Both of my husband and I are Colombians. Cali is my husband’s hometown and we went in a leisure trip for a few days with our 9 month old baby. Everything went well the first couple of days, then all went downhill. I called the spa to book a massage and right after providing the available times, she told me the price in USD which I found odd since I’m in Colombia and she could tell by my accent that I’m local. Mind you, $180 usd for a relaxing massage at an exchange rate of $4600 COP (the official exchange rate was $4200 COP that day) I found it extremely expensive and decided not to take it. The next day I tried to order room service, because my baby was taking his nap and called a few times - no answer - called the lobby to see if they could transfer the call and nada. So at the end had to wake up my baby and go downstairs to have breakfast in one of the restaurants. Went to the lobby and told the front desk (Sebastian) the situation. By the time we went back to the room it was already time to check out, so we packed and left the room on time. We got into the elevator and - oh surprise - we got stuck! We were trapped in the elevator with our luggage and a 9 month old baby FOR AN HOUR. After many “please remain calm” when they finally open the elevator the only thing we heard was “let me help you with the stroller” … what? No apologies at all! (I’m not saying it was their fault) but they could’ve opened the elevator way sooner. It was a matter of grabbing the keys and open the doors with the keys, there was no rocket science there. Finally it was time to check out but little did we know what we were going to find out in that bill. They had the audacity to charge breakfast TWICE for our baby. The baby who only takes a few bites from our own food had to pay $260.000 COP. Never heard something more ridiculous in my life. I’m not sure if all this bad service had to do with the fact that we were on the “friends and family” rate. I really hope not. Good customer service has to be at the same level for all guests. They don’t realize all those things hurt the Marriott brand, or they just don’t care. Anyway, I just hope management takes all this into consideration and change it for the future because at least for us, this was the first and last time staying in that hotel.

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!

Juan Jose.. You cannot come to this hotel without checking out Juan ... Best bartender in the city very energetic and very helpful... By the way he speaks English.. Helped us with translation as well directed us to great area in Cali.... The cocktail was awesome
