Kakitangan meja depan agak mesra. Bilik itu baik untuk saya. Sebagai pengembara perniagaan masuk dan keluar hotel adalah sebahagian daripada rutin kami. Terus terang saya tidak suka dengan besen basuh di tengah-tengah bilik tanpa dinding tanpa pintu. Bayangkan mereka yang berkongsi bilik adalah menjijikkan berus gigi anda selain katil rakan sebilik anda dan meludah, tidak boleh otak. Satu lagi bahagian yang saya tidak boleh menerima almari terbuka. Menggantung pakaian anda tanpa penutup dan ia kecil walaupun untuk pengembara jangka pendek seperti saya. Sejak kami mengadakan mesyuarat di rumah Food wise average. Lokasi, terletak entah di mana. Tiada apa-apa yang saya tulis tentang lokasi. Terdapat Pizza Hut, Mc Donald dan KFC di hadapan jalan suram hotel.
Itu sahaja untuk penginapan 2 malam yang saya dapat lihat.

Hotel Mercure mempunyai pengalaman terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Tilam dan bantal sangat, sangat selesa, penebat bunyi juga sangat baik, dan ia sangat, sangat bersih. Sarapan pagi dan makan malam di restoran sangat lazat, dan bahagiannya lebih besar daripada di luar. SPA juga sangat selesa, dan gadis urut sangat mahir dan profesional. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan tepi laut Anda boleh melihat laut dari tingkap yang sangat bersih dan cantik.
Kolam renang juga sangat bersih, ia ditutup pada pukul 8 malam setiap malam dan mula membersihkan. Hotel yang sangat disyorkan!

Lokasinya sangat di tengah-tengah bandar, berhampiran dengan masjid agung yang sangat popular di Padang, Sumatra Barat. Sangat dekat dengan kawasan awam seperti pusat membeli-belah dan kedai-kedai Perancis yang lain. Menu sarapan pagi berbaloi, rasanya ok sahaja.

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.

Nice stay at Hotel Padang. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The restaurant served good food and was convenient. The entrance is very Instagrammable and gives a nice first impression. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.

かかまきりThe modern decor was lovely. It was also nice to receive a welcome drink at the rooftop bar. Just one thing: there's no changing room in the room, and the toilet and shower are directly integrated into the main space. This can be a bit awkward for couples when changing.

AAg.jpgI chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport, and for that, it definitely delivers. It’s convenient if you have an early flight or are just passing through Padang. That said, there’s not much within walking distance around the hotel, so I’d recommend taking a taxi or Gojek if you want to go out for food or explore a bit. I went to dinner at Rumah Makan LAMUN OMBAK and highly recommend it — really good food and definitely worth the short drive.
The service was excellent. Everyone at check-in was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped recommend places to eat and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Definitely 5/5 for service.
Cleanliness was probably the weakest part of the stay. The sheets didn’t feel fully clean, and the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom vent also seemed pretty dirty and may have had mold. That said, the AC worked well, the room was affordable, and overall it gets the job done.
You do have to adjust expectations a little — this is Padang, not a luxury resort. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid budget airport hotel if convenience is your main priority. It was quiet and no construction so that’s important to me.

AAnnynawatiThe hotel didn’t have family room but i have received connecting room which is suitable for my family trip. For hotel room spacious, i book without breakfast since i would like to try outside culinary. Found this restaurant nearest to the hotel. Their food so delicious and vibe padang tu terasa banger. No room picture but recommended. The view from my room superb.

Stayed at Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a good place to rest after exploring the city. Rooms are spacious enough and suitable for families.
The location is a plus — close to Bukit Tinggi attractions, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself feels calm and restful.
Breakfast was decent with local options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests or directions.
Overall, a good value-for-money hotel in Bukit Tinggi, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Would consider staying here again.

RRannieSI was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious and the service was excellent. My child left a piece of clothing in the room and they helped us pack it in a bag and brought it to the lobby. It would be even better if there were two sockets installed at the head of the bed for charging mobile phones!

BBell_Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience
The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience.
The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.
