The hotel is very nice . I came here for my son wedding and we spend very good time with this hotel. This is a 4 star property,but I want to give them 5 star . ...........................................All staffs are friendly basically Front office staffs . Well groomed, nice behavior.

Our Dinner at Hotel Sterling, Puri was amazing! The serene ambiance, and excellent hospitality made it truly special. The highlight was the delicious food, and I sincerely thank Chef Manoj, Mr. Lokendra and Miss Gayatri for his exceptional culinary and Guest service skills. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The restaurant is a perfect getaway for relaxation, great food, and warm service. Highly recommended for a memorable Dinner😋!

Great service I had a great experience with the laundry and room cleaning services at Ginger Bhubaneswar Hotel. Sukhant Panda was punctual, and very attentive to detail. My clothes came back perfectly clean and fresh, and the room was spotless and well-organized. Sukhant was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and efficient service!

We enjoyed a lot . Great experience at lovely property at lovely place. All staff are nice specialy reception staff are always helpful.all food was good. Sea beach just walkable . We stayed at golden blue room there was front sea view from room was outstanding.. when we planning next visit to puri this is our first choice. They also provide temple panda for jagannath darsan and travel desk for tour .

Have been visiting this property for quitefew years now and it never fails to keep up to our expectations ambience and overall atmosphere, staff behavior, staffs were very cordial and welcoming. We loved the property especially sea view rooms and fine dine restaurant. Food quality 5* and seems to be little overpriced. We are going to be back with the entire family once again.

We were very sceptical on visiting Bhubnasewar,but that soon changed, as we were picked up by a very pleasant driver from the hotel, who showed us many landmarks enroute to the hotel. Upon check in we were made to feel very welcomed by the most friendliest staff. Food cuisine and was very delicious with a vast variety of dishes. The hotel is a hidden gem, with a lot of character offering a very relaxing stay with beautiful gardens and a very calm atmosphere away from the usual hustle and bustle. Thank you to Rohit Tiwari and his team, who made our stay very delightful and comfortable,we surely will be back soon..

Staffs are very polite, humble...food was very good and delicious.. One of the best thing of this hotel is there hospitality...all are well trained on there job... Food dish both veg and non veg we enjoyed...overall experience was very good.. I would rate five out of five.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. ”The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning . The staff were friendly and helpful, i want to commend Housekeeping boy ”Ajit Ray ” For being a good room attendant as she respond to all our request and she really clean and take care of our room , communicate in a very nice way.
