Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Eastern Region, Iceland

Hotel in good location, next to super market and eateries, quiet at night. Room is clean, comes with great heating, bed is comfy and clean (except pillow a bit soft). Shower water pressure is strong and easy to control water temperature with stable hot water. Will recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.

훌륭한 위치에 존재하는 호텔. 방에는 체홉의 희극에서 나올 법한 창문과 테이블이 있으며 창 밖의 풍경 역시 그러합니다. 이것은 우리 부부에게 매우 좋은 느낌을 주었습니다. 레스토랑의 직원과 음식도 훌륭했으며 특히 수제 아이스크림이 매우 맛있었습니다. 이날 우리는 아이슬란드 여행 중 가장 아름다운 오로라를 보았고 쾌적한 밤을 보냈어요. 매우 만족하고 후에 다시 아이슬란드를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

a charming hotel in a small town, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was cozy and well-decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did find the kitchen lacking; it would have been more convenient to have an induction stove and a microwave, along with some basic cooking equipment like pots and pans. While there was a supermarket across the road, stocking up on raw food proved challenging for a short stay. Additionally, the absence of nearby restaurants made dining options limited. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a comfortable base for my visit.

Der Aufenthalt im Vikingcafe war sehr angenehm. Wir kamen am Abend im bei Nieselregen an. Da haben wir uns sehr über den Wasserkocher und Tee und Kaffee gefreut. Nette Gastgeber, leckeres Frühstück im netten rustikalen Ambiente. Am nächsten Tag schien die Sonne, der Berg Vestrahorn vor dem schwarzen Dünenstrand war magisch und wunderschön. Die Zeit um alles zu Entdecken leider viel zu kurz.

Hotel acogedor con personal muy amable siempre dispuesto satisfacer las necesidades de los huespedes. Uno de nosotros es intolerante a la lactosa y nos trajeron queso vegano que era de su propio uso no para los huespedes El desayuno es increible y se esfuerzan en todo momento en que tengas todo lo que necesites Lo super recomiendo

Room is great. We had the whole house to ourselves. Check in was a bit confusing at first but was able to figure it out eventually. Nice place to stay in to experience a local housing. We had a nice view of the church just beside the house. We paid for breakfast. The spread was ok and the lady serving us was nice. Made us hot chocolate and espresso 😊

Beachfront resort but I only got a skylight. Even the bathroom had a better view. The room had 2 beds but linens were removed for one since I was a solo traveler and only 1 towel was provided. No shoes policy helped keep the house clean. That is very good. I didn’t use the kitchen much except to make tea but seems like it is in good condition. Dishwashing liquid however was in a glass jar instead of pump. It’s strange cos you end up using too much for a small spoon and the jar is very slippery. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent! Hot food along with homemade breads. It was the best breakfast I had in my 2 weeks in Iceland. Location is an hour drive from Egilsstaðir via some mountain pass, gravel roads and along the coast road. The views are breathtaking. But it’s a small town and if you don’t intend to hike around the area then it might not be worth spending so much time getting to and fro your accommodation.

Nice hostel with common shared space and kitchen, next to Nettó supermarket. There is a laundromat next door (at the camping place), used with extra fee. 30 mins drive from the Hengifoss

The hotel is very nice. Check in in the town first, 2-3 min drive from house to town (not far) house is good and comfortable
