Hotel Dengan Wifi di Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

It was very good, the person on check-in was really amazing and everyone was good as well. I loved our stay there. We booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to Executive suite. It was so nice of them. I wish we had Haram view but it was 2 mins walk from Mosque.

Initially i got surprised after Booking hotel informed me that they couldn’t find my booking and advised me to contact with service provider. I called Trip.com Saudi  Arabia contact number they supported within 30 minutes.Not only provided me new hotel confirmation number but also sent confirmation email as well.When I called with new confirmation number it was okay and I reached and faced no issues.It was great experience with Trip.com to book  Such a nice property in very reasonable price and no hidden charges.Finally we enjoyed it.

Wow, this hotel comes highly, highly recommended! It's so comfortable, incredibly well-located, and all the staff are exceptionally friendly. The food is absolutely delicious, and the cleanliness? Impeccable – truly outstanding. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough! Our kids were thrilled too, especially with the kids' club available! 🫶🏻

n this price fair, what a fantastic and clean hotel compared to the other hotel in the same area. It is considered as a new hotel, and much cleaner than some of the hotel in the northern central Area of Madeina. There is a small down side which is the room area is kinda small. Moreover, there is a bus shuffle from Hotel to Haram and vice versa around the prayer time. The surrounding area has many services you go by walking distance or even by your car and it wouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to reach (depending on the rush of the road of course) Overall, Highly recommended!

Very outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.

Easy entry and exit procedures and good reception

Great hotel, staff and services. It’s 30 minutes away from Masjid nabwi. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Definitely worth booking if you’re going to medina with family.
