The location is great but otherwise not as good as expected. The room has only got two tiny block chairs and a tiny table , you have to get everything you need from the front desk BY YOURSELF (e.g extra bath towel) . Their swimming pool is tiny too, good for kids though. We think there are other better choices especially if you are driving.

Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

GW中の宿泊利用で、15:00前に到着。受付にお客はひと組だけで、すぐにチェックイン手続き出来ました。宿泊費は前払いでした。 部屋は7階で、窓から海が見えましたが、全面に広がっている、という風ではなく手前の林の方がよく目につきました。少し古い感じはするかもしれませんが、清潔感はあり居心地は良かったです。 プールは、植栽や並んだビーチチェアなどで、南国のリゾートホテルの雰囲気が良く出ていて、広さもあり、満足でした。 夕食はチェックイン時に予約し、19:00よりディナーブッフェを利用しました。 高級なメニューはありませんでしたが、色々な沖縄料理など豊富なメニューはどれも美味しく頂きました。 家庭料理的なメニューが多めでしたので、5,000円の金額に見合うか？とい部分は個々で様々な感想がありそうですが、私は大満足で食べ過ぎてしまいました。食後に現地で精算しました。 朝食はスタートの6:30の少し前に並びました。開店時は余裕があり、全員入店してもまだ空席はありましたが、7:00頃には満席で待ちが出ていたようです。 朝食はディナーブッフェとはまるで違うメニューでしたが、メニュー数は豊富にあり、沖縄料理のメニューもありました。こちらも美味しく頂き食べ過ぎました。 スタッフさんは気さくで感じの良い方ばかりしかお目に掛かりませんでした。高級ホテルのようなお大臣さまでも相手にしてるかのような接客ではありませんでしたが、私としては肩肘張らずにすみましたので、こんな感じの接客の方がくつろげます。高級ホテルのような接客を求める方だと、私とは違う感想を持たれるかもしれません。荷物も自分で部屋まで運びますし。金額は高級ホテルのそれよりは幾分お安いと思いますので、私にとっては大満足でした。

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

As limited supply of single room, book earlier to ensure you get it in a reasonable price. You can try different local food during the buffet breakfast or buffet lunch. The choice of tea is in a large variety in the morning. Nice free coupon for spa nearby. The outside temperature control pool was perfect even in the windy day. 1000yen shopping coupon per day was also marvellous as the stores provided a nearly full range of products in reasonable price. The laundry room was also perfect for me. There is a room with 3 sets of machines especially for ladies. You can sit in the sofa area looking at the The public room outside

Hyatt Regency Naha is a good base when travelling to Okinawa. It is close to Kokusai Dori, a long street with shops and restaurants, smaller markets, and the pottery street. It is about a 10-min walk to the monorail. It is also a short taxi ride to the port to get a ferry to another island and the Naha airport. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for a modest selection. There's a lot of places to eat in the area, however. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

The hotel is so good, with a good design of room and make me feel cozy and comfortable to live here. Here is bathtub in the room which is rarely exist in tiny hotel in Japan. The breakfast is brilliant with plenty variety of food and even mentaiko is also all-you-can-eat which make me so happy!

Good location and hygiene. Unfortunately, the hotel car park was full when I arrived. The front desk staff offered a free room upgrade which I considered as a compensation. If you don’t have special requests on accommodation, this hotel will be a suitable option.

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

The hotel is right in the center of kokusai toori, and has very easy access to most shops in this area. The room is large and clean, and it has great amenities like the gym and sauna which opens till late. Customer service provided by the staff members was top notch as well during my stay, and there were plenty of convenience stores just downstairs to satisfy any late night cravings. Parking space is ample (at the basement of the hotel), but you'll be charged 1500 yen per day if you choose to park there. Overall I'd recommend this accommodation for travellers who want to be based within Naha and choose to drive out to explore the rest of Okinawa.

staying in comfortable and cleanness room with delicious breakfast. Due to business trip, I didn't use any facilities like infinity pool and sky bar, but these facilities would make me superb and enjoyable experience in okinawa.

The location of hotel is good which walks within 5 mins to monorail & bus terminal, about 10 mins walk to the nearest busy district for foods & shops. Staffs are nice & trying to help/ solve the problem. The buffet breakfast is good as quite many choices to eat with nice view & located at 14/F. High quality of washroom’s amenities provided such as Pola & La Mer brands. Thank you for the tasty welcome drinks & free iced dessert at the lobby cafe.

The lunch special here is fantastic. Starts with a carpaccio of fresh fish delicious pasta fresh bread and service to make you smile. Highly recommend you try it with friends business partners or as I by my lonesome, they have a full bar, outside seating and English speakers as if like me my Japanese is very rusty

フロント、食事処、バー、全てスタッフさんの人柄も接客も良く、情報共有もしっかりてきており、ちょっとしたアクシデントでも直ぐに対応してくださり、チェックアウト時にもわざわざお詫びくださり。好感の持てるホテルでした。 　お食事も美味しく、バーも最高でした。

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the food/restaurants were great (highly recommend the 3500yen lunch set at the Japanese restaurant with garden view), walking distance from shopping street... The highlight was the free return shuttle bus to their hotel group's other hotel Busena Terrace - we had a great day enjoying a lovely buffet lunch at a good price, swimming at the private beach and the outdoor swimming pools.

家族3人でプールスイートtomariに宿泊。ホテルのペントハウス部分がヴィラになっているような感じで、お部屋は天井が高く、非常に開放感がありました。意外なことに部屋から遠くの海が見えました。 目玉のプールは意外と大きく、家族3人でプカプカする分には十分で、赤瓦屋根を見ながら遊べて沖縄感を感じます。 朝食がルームサービスでしたが、魚がとても美味しかったです。 ただ導線が悪く、ヴィラ敷地内へはカードキーではない普通の鍵で、建物はオートロックなので、プールとの行き来はドアではなく掃き出し窓からになってしまいます。 また、洗面所のドアを開けっぱなしにすると、２つあるシンクの１つが潰れてしまいます。 さらにシャワーが出すか止めるかしかできず、出力がとても弱くて残念でした。 国際通りまでは徒歩5分程度で、利便性は良いと思います。

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Our second time in this hotel (first time with kid) and was surprised the place has been maintained very very well. We spent a week and was not overly crowded. The beach was nice but the highlight was the pool - amazing place to relax there. Food options unfortunately was not the best in the area.

2月上旬に友人家族と宿泊するため4ベッドタイプのお部屋をご利用させていただきました。小さな子供（0歳児含む）もいる2家族の旅行で、少し不安だったのですが、お部屋のドアを開けるとその不安も吹き飛びました。まず、幼児用のベッドが準備され、オムツ用のごみ箱から子供用のバスタブまでしっかりと準備されていました。また、綺麗なキッチン付なので、ミルクや離乳食を作る場所も確保されていて、カップルやご夫婦のみならず、小さな子供がいるファミリーも安心して寛げるホテルだなと感心しました。また、美ら海水族館まで車で数分の場所にあり、何よりホテルに隣接されたハナサキマルシェという施設で海鮮料理や焼き肉、お土産の購入、旅行中必要になったものも買うことができますので、（コンビニも近くに2つくらいありましたが）沖縄の北部旅行にはとてもお勧めできるホテルでした。部屋もオーシャンビューで、シャンプー等のアメニティも高級、朝食も自家製のチーズややんばるのフレッシュな食材で調理された沖縄料理も楽しめますので、できれば朝食付きで宿泊された方が良いかと思います。私は何度も沖縄のホテルを宿泊していますが、名のある外資系のラグジュアリーホテルよりも、このホテルの方が良い意味でリラックスした沖縄のおもてなしを受けれるなぁと思いました。次は夏にきて、綺麗なプールに入りながら満喫したいと思います。

隣のアクアセンスがとても良かったので、今回カフーリゾートのホテル棟に泊まりました。ロビーは一般的なホテルとは違い、カーテン付きの区切られたソファなどがあり、居心地がいいと思います。デイベッド？もあり、寛いで寝そべっているカップルや、観光の相談をしている家族などを目にしました。エレベーターホールは屋内、部屋に行くには吹き抜けの廊下を通ります。すぐ近くの部屋だったから良かったですが、今回の寒波で震えました（笑）でも部屋のドアは廊下に面してないので、バタン！とドアが閉まらない様に工夫されています。玄関で靴をぬぎ素足で寛げます（もちろんスリッパ完備）傘も人数分用意されているので便利です。スイートなので、寝室は別です。ベッドも広く良く眠れました。リビングにはネットフリックスも見れる大型テレビがあり、ソファでのんびりできます。キッチン付きでした。私たちは食事を部屋でしませんでしたが、電化製品も借りられるので、特に小さな子供さんがいるなら、上手に計画をたてられたら良いと思います。冷蔵庫（冷凍室あり）電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、ドルチェは完備です。炊飯器、食器一式も借りられますが、在庫が無ければ無理かもしれません。そして1部屋につき４点までです。事前にサポートアイテムをチェックされることをお勧めします。ベランダにはデイベッドが置いてあり、寒くなかったらお昼寝してました（笑） 今どこのホテルでも取り組んでいますが、当然清掃はお断りしました。いつもは１０００円ですが、今は２０００円のホテルクーポンがもらえました。なんとタオル、アメニティの補充、ゴミ回収はしてもらえます！私たちは、２日間で４０００円もらえました。他のホテルはタオル交換や備品補充はしてくれないので、カフーはすごく良心的です！ 食事は、アネックス棟の和食、ホテル棟の洋食があります。カートも出してくれますが、震えながら歩いて和食に行きました。豚しゃぶ！！テーブルに出汁の入った鍋を用意してあるので、野菜や肉を取ってきてしゃぶしゃぶします。もし、３人以上なら鍋を２つ用意してくれるので、野菜用と豚肉用に分けたらアクに邪魔されず美味く食べれると思います。タレはゴマとポン酢。その他にも琉球料理もあるので、とても朝食とは思えないような楽しい食事ができます。翌日は寒さに負けてホテル棟の洋食にしました。来てよかった～！！ここも美味い！品数は多いとは言えませんが、丁寧に作られています。紅芋ポテト美味い。翌日も行きましたが、スープがミネストローネがクラムチャウダーに変わっていました。タコライスやベーグルサンドも作れます。トッピングも多いです。ここのスタッフとても気さくです。ホテル棟２階にデリがありました。残念ながら一度も利用しませんでしたが、とっても美味そうでした。次は食べます！BBQのブルーも最高です。娘の誕生祝いに使いましたが、線香花火付きの誕生日プレートを出してくれ大喜びしました。 ４月、５月とすでに予約しましたが、立地、価格、特に食事！最高なホテルを見つけました。

Stayed three nights at this resort hotel as a family with a young kid. It was very family-friendly. They provideed bibs and children’s eating utensils in restaurants. There was also a step stool in our room and we were given a bag containing kids’ amenities upon check-in. The room we had was spacious and gave a view of the sea. It was clean and had a number of user-friendly details, such as a drying rack for clothes and washing line over the bathtub. There were also two washing machines near the lifts. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of western and Japanese food. We also had dinner at the Okinawan restaurant KARI one evening. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. The Emerald Beach is just across the road from the hotel back entrance. As the water was too cold for swimming during our stay, we only played on the sand. There were also an outdoor pool and an indoor pool but we didn’t use them as they closed quite early at around 6pm. We also didn’t manage to enjoy the free beer in the afternoon since it was only available till 5pm. We tried the hot spring (onsen) one evening. It was quite nice but we only went once as we had to pay a fee each time we went. It would be great if they could offer a day pass so that one could enjoy the onsen at different times of the day. The onsen is supposed to have magnificent views of the sea but it was dark when we went.

If you're looking for amazing views and access to a secluded sandy beach this is likely a reasonable spot to choose, especially for you're paying with points.. Cash rates are a bit high. Walk 5 min in either direction on Sesoko beach. There won't be a human in sight as you swim or catch some sun. All in all we enjoyed our stay but would have picked another spot to get more out of our limited time in Okinawa. Pros: - newish hotel - amazing views - good point redemption rates for Hilton Honors members - spacious suites if you get a room upgrade - friendly staff - access to a beautiful white sandy beach with very few people around Cons: - impossibly difficult to access without a very expensive cab or a hard to get car rental - no activities or services you'd expect from a place with resort in the name. - limited food and drink options. - people tend to bring their kids who get loud and annoying given lack of activities to keep them busy. Things to keep in mind: - There is nothing nearby. You can't go anywhere without a car and car rentals were sold out far in advance of our trip. Don't plan to do any site seeing if you're staying here. You're coming for the pool and beach, not Okinawa. - Getting to the hotel from the airport is about 3.5 hours by bus for $12 USD or $180 USD by cab. The hotel does have an airport shuttle that costs about $20US per person but it only operates on a limited schedule that is unlikely to align with your flights or activity plans. You really need a car or cab. A shuttle across the bridge to Motubo should probably be included in your room rate, but it isn't and local cabs are hard to come by. It took hours for them to find us one. - The hotel staff are super nice but the hotel offers no activities or services. Don't expect sunscreen in the gift shop or water activity gear for check out or rent. You'll need to drive to the main island and into town for those. If you’re looking for a restaurant offsite you’ll have to find it on your own the concierge says he's not allowed to recommend restaurants, but that he can call and check on availability if you give him options. - Food and drink options are limited. Given no activities on site you'd think at least a cocktail by the pool would be an option, it is not. The only option for drinks is the lobby and you can’t bring those to the pool. Food is your typical boring overpriced Hilton fare, not the local Japanese or Okinawan food you'd want at a remote destination like this. It does the job, but if you have a car - go offsite to one of the restaurants in town. Verdict: great spot for a quiet and secluded stay but checkout spots on Naha or one of the further remote islands if you're looking for Okinawa experience.

沖縄旅行の最終日に泊まりました。22年に出来たばかりなので、とても綺麗です。オーシャンビューの部屋も広々して素晴らしい眺めで、夕焼けや星空がたのしめます。HIYORIさんはBluetoothスピーカー、乾燥機付き自動洗濯機が部屋にあり、また冷凍庫に美味しいアイスキャンディー、売店で2,000円で売っている麻の手提げ袋のサービスもあります。連日30度の暑さで、洗剤から柔軟剤まで用意されていてとても助かりました。またBluetoothスピーカーは、自分の好きな音楽をBGMに流せ、滞在中ずっと流してました。同価格帯のホテルを随分と泊まってきましたが、ここまで客の立場から考えられたホテルは初めてです。大浴場も24時までからと、5時から入れます。夕食の洋食コースも及第点ながら、夕陽が絶景の席に並んで座れるテーブルに案内してくれるおもてなしも素敵な沖縄の夜にしてくれました。朝食も沖縄の食材が多く、またパンやチーズも豊富です。工夫して頂く朝食も楽しく、100%のジュースや、ジャムはおすすめです。 12時チェックアウトもありがたく、ゆったりのんびり寛げます。HIYORIさんは夫婦やカップルでゆっくり寛げる大人のホテルだと思います。また沖縄に来る事があれば是非再訪したいと思います。

Like the fact that I booked it at a steal and it has a private beach with lotsa bookable activities

Your options at the hotel are dependent on what “level” you have which is dependent on how many nights you stay (?) and what color card you are given to wear around your neck. This information is based on our family having stayed five nights with a gold card. Pros – Nice beach, free lounge chairs and umbrella (gold card), free breach towels, free activities such as the banana boat ride (gold card), and the “glass bottom boat ride (gold card), free mask and snorkel for both adults and kids! The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

A sincere smile and attentive service from the staff make you feel at home, enjoying the refreshing bay and delightful cuisine. Breakfast options include Western set menu, Japanese set menu, and a buffet. The set meals take longer to serve, but the buffet has no wait after 9 AM and offers a wide variety. A five-star resort hotel with three pools (infinity, large, and children's) and a small splash pool. Staff provide towels and bottled water at the poolside loungers, with paid food options available. The private beach is a 10-minute walk to the loungers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for staying in all day. It's recommended to stay at least two days to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities. You can still use the amenities even after you check out tho which is nice. Transportation: Driving is necessary (parking fee JPY 1500/day).

Love this hotel! We’ll definitely come back. They changed our sheets everyday and cleaned our room. No need for special requests for cleaning unless you put the don’t disturb sign. Lots of restaurants & food choices. Grocery and souvenir shop in house. The grounds & the buildings are well maintained too.

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

お部屋もフロントもレストランもとても大人っぽく、デートや大人女子会にとてもおすすめのホテルです！部屋はとても清潔感があり、インテリアや部屋の色味等とても洗練されていました。洗面台にバスソルトがあり、それがとてもオシャレで入浴する際にワクワクしながら使用しました。ベランダにはソファとミニテーブルがあり、水平線を見ながらゆっくりすることができました！ レストランはほんとに雰囲気たっぷり！夜は間接照明のみで、他のお客さんがおられてもちょうど見えないようになっていました！半個室的な作りになっており、自分たちだけでおいしい沖縄創作料理を頂けてとても良かったです！朝食は提供されたところで頂いたのですが、お部屋でもレストランでもどこでも頂けるみたいです！3種類用意があり、そこから選ぶ形でした。私は洋食を選んだのですが、朝からしっかり食べれる量でした。色とりどりの野菜とパン、ヨーグルト等とても美味しかったです！また朝食はブランチとしての提供で、14時まで食べられるので朝ゆっくりしながら朝食を食べに行けるので良かったです！ フロントに小さなショップがあるのですが、そこにお部屋にあったバスソルトやコップが購入出来るようになっていて、とても魅力的でした！

時期が時期なので、外出も最低限にしようとウザテラスヘ。 他のブセナ系ホテルとは異なり、宮古島のシギラスィートアラマンダのような雰囲気。 プールを挟み両脇に部屋があるタイプは、海外リゾートを思わせるレイアウトで、なかなか海外に行けない今、完全にプライベートな空間も相まって、良い時間を過ごすことができました。 車の出し入れもとてもスムーズに対応いただき満足のいく滞在でした。

Comfortable hotel. Next to American village and only 2 minutes walk yo the Depot seaside. Beach next to it is not very clean but super easy to access. Room is really big compared to other hotels in Okinawa. Suitable for family guests. Pool access need to be charged so we didn’t go. Looking forward to go again to try their onsen :-)

As limited supply of single room, book earlier to ensure you get it in a reasonable price. You can try different local food during the buffet breakfast or buffet lunch. The choice of tea is in a large variety in the morning. Nice free coupon for spa nearby. The outside temperature control pool was perfect even in the windy day. 1000yen shopping coupon per day was also marvellous as the stores provided a nearly full range of products in reasonable price. The laundry room was also perfect for me. There is a room with 3 sets of machines especially for ladies. You can sit in the sofa area looking at the The public room outside

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!
