I've already stayed at this hotel in Chengdu twice now, and high-rise hotels truly have my heart. The place absolutely oozes luxury and is perfect for couples. The overall decor is incredibly comfortable and soothing. They offer many room types, but I personally prefer the rooms with private pools; the view overlooking Chengdu below is truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms are well-equipped with a coffee machine and complimentary beverages. It's truly a great spot to unwind and relax.

Every afternoon we enjoyed delicious tea and snacks, and honestly… we loved them so much that it became a highlight of our day. • Late Checkout Like a Dream ⏰💤 — They surprised us with a very nice late checkout, which meant more time to relax and enjoy our trip without rushing. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely beyond expectations. This wasn’t just a stay — it was pure panda-city magic. Highly recommend this hotel if you want comfort, great perks, and that extra touch of kindness that makes travel amazing! 🌏❤️

A friend was visiting Chengdu and found this hotel online. The hotel looked quite nice, so we decided to book a room. The staff here are incredibly friendly and were always ready to help with any questions or issues. They even helped collect our takeout orders, which was a huge plus! Our room was also lovely – clean, tidy, and very quiet. It was really pleasant to enjoy a drink in the room while taking in the views. I definitely recommend this hotel; it offers great value for money.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

An old star hotel in Deyang, with an excellent location, right next to Jinghu Lake and Rainbow 🌈 Bridge, and shares facilities with Jinghu International Hotel, the best five-star hotel in Deyang. The facilities are excellent, including a gym, swimming pool, Chinese and Western restaurants. I often come to Deyang on business trips and have stayed in this hotel many times. The service is very good. This time I especially want to thank the beautiful front desk lady Xiao Gong, who was very considerate to help adjust the room. She is professional and efficient, warm and thoughtful, and very patient. Full marks 💯 praise 👍!

The room is so pretty, cozy and clean. Breakfast is local and western style. I like local foods, because their taste is nearly Thai foods. Staffs are friendly and very attentive. Also the hotel is slightly far from Jiuzhaigou National Park around 4.0 km and they have a hotel shuttle bus to drop-off us to the national park. I choosed to walk to the national park and took time around 1 hour because of the hard traffic jam in the morning. On the way, I could explore nature and drink coffee before arriving national park. If you are looking for the hotel near Jiuzhaigou, I recommend here for your the best choice.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

Good service, beautiful service, the whole hotel service staff is good, the room arrangement is also required, the hotel has a disposable bath bag, the area is relatively large, the TV can cast screen, the dishes in the Chinese restaurant are also good, the hotel belongs to the new city, So the more prosperous Wanda Plaza opposite is very mature. We take the high-speed rail and take a taxi for about 15 minutes. This stay is still very satisfactory. If you have the opportunity to come, you will still choose.

If you love watching trains from out of the window, you might love this hotel. The Chengdu east train station is really big, so it took a few tries to fully understand the route to the hotel via the east gate. Especially when it's dark outside. Perhaps the hotel would like to make a video in how to walk there from the station, and share it with guests via Wechat. Amap doesn't work well in that area. Other than that, the stay was good. (Some) people at the reception speak English.

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, the hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is very thoughtful, there are welcome fruits, and the breakfast is very rich. I will stay here again when I come to Ya'an next time and will recommend it to my friends.
