Hotel Dengan Pools di Sichuan, China

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

Saya sangat menikmati penginapan saya di Sungold Designer Hotel di Chengdu. Hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk moden yang ber***a, dan biliknya selesa, bersih, dan disusun dengan teliti. Saya menghargai perincian kecil yang menjadikan penginapan terasa lebih santai dan dijaga dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu sepanjang penginapan saya, yang menjadikan daftar masuk dan sebarang permintaan sangat mudah. ​​Salah satu tarikan utama ialah lokasinya — ia terletak berhampiran kawasan membeli-belah dan tempat makan utama, menjadikannya mudah untuk bersiar-siar dan menerokai bandar. Secara keseluruhan, Sungold Designer Hotel menawarkan nilai hebat untuk penginapan yang selesa dan direka bentuk dengan baik.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Extremely breathtaking views from the hotel and the loveliest service from the hotel team. Met multiple obstacles throughout the trip and they managed to help come up with problems quickly and patiently. Highly recommended.

很喜歡雅安這座城市，入住的與蘭集酒店整體硬件配置很在線，裝修、設施、房型條件都很達標，住着整體舒適度不錯。不過在軟性服務上還有幾處小細節可以優化提升： 1. 泳池水温建議保持維持恆温，體驗感會更好； 2. 可配套準備游泳圈等基礎玩水裝備，方便住客使用； 3. 客房內多配備備用充電線，優化USB接口使用便利性； 4.浴室內安裝掛衣架 ，使得洗浴時候，衣物/毛巾可以掛起來。 硬件完善，軟件細節上配置好了，整體服務質感會再上一個台階，本來硬件底子很好，稍加完善軟件條件一定會更出彩。最後祝願 【Mist Commune與嵐集】生意興隆

Betul-betul di dalam lapangan terbang, hanya beberapa ratus meter dari pintu ketibaan mengikut papan tanda. Biliknya sangat luas, dan bunyi pesawat berlepas pun tidak kedengaran. Nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Ketiga-tiga bilik yang kami tempah bersama rakan-rakan mendapat pujian sebulat suara! Pemandangan malam sangat cantik, dan kami juga diberikan kad laluan pantas untuk pemeriksaan keselamatan. Di hadapan hotel terdapat juga mesin daftar masuk bagasi sendiri, tetapi awas, jangan melebihi had berat, kalau tidak anda perlu pergi ke kaunter manual. Lapangan Terbang Tianfu memang sangat-sangat-sangat-sangat besar...

○位置與環境：房間很安靜，位置比較合適。○服務：前台小姐姐幫忙免費升級了房間；房間掉了東西，前台小姐姐第一時間告知。○餐飲：早飯還蠻不錯。○入住體驗：專門開車過來放鬆一下睡得很好，下次有機會去雅安，還願意訂該酒店。

J’y suis allé à l’aveugle et je ne suis pas déçu, au moment où j’ai réservé il n’y avait que 2 avis , mais il était indiqué que l’établissement venait d’ouvrir alors je me suis lancé. J’ai réservé une chambre en dortoir 4 filles mais j’étais seule , j’ai était accueilli par madame Xu Yan Peng 徐艳鹏, qui a etait au petit soin avec moi , elle a un très bonne anglais et n’a pas hésiter à me donner sont numéro pour me permettre de la contacter directement si j’en avais besoin comme tout le monde ne parle pas anglais dans l’hôtel. Avec la chambre il y avait un petit déjeuner buffet qui etait bien garnis, et tout le monde était très souriante. Franchement je ne peu que vous le recommande le seule petit bémol est le lit un peu dur mais ça j’ai l’impression que c’est la même chose dans tout les hostels. La localisation est aussi très bien surtout si vous souhaitez faire la rando du mont Emei .

Kemudahan dan lokasi jauh lebih baik daripada julat harga… 🤩 Ini mengarut. Terdapat stesen keretapi betul-betul di hadapan, jadi saya sering mendengar bunyi kereta api dan pengumuman, tetapi saya tidak kisah!! Ia tidak begitu besar Tetapi ㅜㅜ pada hari saya mendaftar keluar, terdapat pengumuman bahawa elektrik akan terputus seketika pada awal pagi. Tidak mengapa kerana ia dari 00:30 hingga 5:30... tetapi pada 4:20 pagi, penceramah bilik tetamu... ? 😭 Telefon saya tidak dicas pun… Nasib baik, hanya ada satu outlet berdiri di atas meja yang mempunyai elektrik, jadi saya tergesa-gesa mengecasnya di sana pada waktu pagi 🥺 Tetapi masih, air suam keluar ... Ia adalah bernasib baik Saya keluar dari bilik pada pukul 7 dan mendaftar keluar, dan kembali pada kira-kira pukul 7:15 selepas selesai pemeriksaan bagasi di Stesen Timur Chengdu😌 Lokasinya nampak sangat bagus!!!! Apabila anda keluar dari stesen dan melintasi lampu isyarat, pergi ke arah hotel yang anda lihat di sebelah kiri dan berjalan terus ke jalan di sebelah kanan dan anda akan melihat hotel itu Saya tidak tahu ini dan sedang melihat peta Godeok jadi saya dibimbing ke kaki lima dan terpaksa berpusing sedikit ^_^… Kakitangannya ramah dan biliknya bagus. Jika anda memesan penghantaran, terdapat loker penyimpanan di tingkat pertama. Jika saya pernah datang ke Chengdu lagi, saya rasa saya akan sampai ke sini🥰

Our stay at the Grand ParcVue was excellent! The front reception were so friendly and helpful. Our suite had multiple rooms and was spacious, clean, and suited all of our needs. The breakfast buffet had amazing options from salads, chinese foods, noodle soups, freshly pressed juice, and a variety of fruits. It was the best meal I had in China! I would stay here again 100%!
