Hotel Dengan Pools di Sichuan, China

The service was really good, I checked in really late around 11pm but the staff on front desk was still friendly & helpful. When asked about my room preference, I had initially booked the most basic room with double bed. He said if it was ok to put me in a quiet room non smoking, & I asked if it was possible to put me in a room where I could see the apron / runway. He said yes & I was upgraded to a massive suite with twin beds. I asked to borrow a travel adapter & he told me just to call the operator for one. My phone was low on battery & I waited for about over 20 minutes after I called. Then I realised why it took so long as I was greeted by the infamous service robot that delivered it to my door. The only let down with whole experience was 1) that the window was left open in my room 2) there was brown fluid in my toilet as seen in the photo 3) there was a questionable stain on my sofa. But overall, the rooms & public areas are nicely decorated.

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

The room is so nice, if youre a foreigners dont worry the staff here speaks well in english. They will assist you from everything to literally everything even the small matters that concern you? The price with the view its priceless! The foods. I cant stop about the foods, especially the yak meat pizza. Should try it! Hotel yang menakjubkan dengan harga yang hebat! Terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Taikoo Li dan Jalan Chunxi, anda boleh berjalan kaki dengan mudah ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan tempat-tempat menarik. Bilik-bilik bersih dan luas, tetapi apa yang benar-benar menonjol ialah perkhidmatannya. Setiap kali saya bertanya soalan kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, mereka akan segera menjawab dan sentiasa sangat membantu dan sopan. Benar-benar mengesyorkan hotel ini jika anda mencari penginapan yang berbaloi di Chengdu!

Sebagai seorang pengusaha hotel, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini dan ingin memberikan ulasan ini dengan ikhlas. Ia sangat dekat dengan Stesen Kereta Api Berkelajuan Tinggi Emeishan, kira-kira 10 minit dengan teksi. Persekitaran hotel juga sangat bagus, dengan unsur panda di lobi. Apabila kami mendaftar masuk, wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bersemangat merancang jadual perjalanan kami dan mengesyorkan makanan tempatan. Dia tersenyum sepanjang proses itu, yang membuatkan orang ramai berasa sangat peramah. Bilik itu hebat, sangat luas, dengan sofa, tandas dan bilik mandi dipisahkan, dan ia sangat bersih. Dia dengan sangat bersemangat mengatakan bahawa dia akan segera keluar dari kerja dan menghantar kami ke tempat berdekatan untuk snek lewat malam, dan membawa kami ke sana. Barbeku di restoran itu rasanya sungguh sedap, terima kasih banyak! Sarapan pagi dihidangkan dari pukul 7 hingga 10. Terdapat banyak masa, ia agak kaya, dan persekitaran restoran juga sangat baik. Walaupun saya agak kecewa kerana tidak melihat sebarang monyet sepanjang perjalanan ke Emei ini, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi dan saya akan memilihnya lagi lain kali saya berpeluang! Nice river view from room. Spacious room. All see thru glasses for toilet and shower no block at all, strange design. Hotel guests were very noisy. Floor of breakfast room was slippery because of the food. Local rice noodle soup was delicious. Generally is not up to Hyatt standard. There are coffee shops and food nearby.

The Grand Hyatt exceeded my expectations with its exceptional staff and service. On our checkout day, the team remained friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing a toilet issue that arose. Their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression on me.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed it a lot. Also the personal service was very well organized. The room was always clean and tidy. Would recommend it always.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.
