This hotel is fantastic, it will definitely be my top choice when i visit Bipenggou again. The hotel surrounding & room is very beautiful. Room & bathroom are spacious, modern & nicely decorated, it offerred a super comfortable & relaxing stay. A dip in their indoor hotspring pool definitely enhanced the overall experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel even peovide transfer service to & from the Bipenggou park entrance.

This hotel is simply fantastic! The location is ideal, very close to Tai Koo Li, surrounded by shops and all kinds of restaurants – perfect for both shopping and grabbing a good meal after a long day out. But the real highlight is the staff: always smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. They truly made me feel at home, from check-in through the end of my stay. This is one of my favorite hotels whenever I come to Chengdu, and I never stop being amazed. The rooms are more beautiful than the next: spacious, well cared for down to the smallest details, and impeccably clean. The real showstopper is the panoramic view of the city – breathtaking both during the day and at night. And let's not forget the bathtub – the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff. See you very soon!

Nice clean and big room. Staff is very helpful. Good location surround with lots of restaurants and shopping mall.Near train station that makes traveling to emeishan easily. Only issue is smoking at lobby by guests.

Location: a bit far from the scenic area but the hotel provided free ride so there was no big problem. Room: spacy and clean room with heating and air condition. Toilet with smart bidet; however I would prefer one with manual button to flush 😅 Since there was no way flush the toilet without electricity. Breakfast: Decent breakfast with wide range of choice. Service: SUPERB! Super friendly staff who would not hesitate to help you. They have translation device so feel free to talk to them in any language. - Free self service laundry service! - The hot spring looked kinda nice eventhough I haven't tried it since it was raining the day I stayed there. - There were some restaurants around the hotel but the food served by the hotel own restaurant was good as well.

Betul-betul di dalam lapangan terbang, hanya beberapa ratus meter dari pintu ketibaan mengikut papan tanda. Biliknya sangat luas, dan bunyi pesawat berlepas pun tidak kedengaran. Nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Ketiga-tiga bilik yang kami tempah bersama rakan-rakan mendapat pujian sebulat suara! Pemandangan malam sangat cantik, dan kami juga diberikan kad laluan pantas untuk pemeriksaan keselamatan. Di hadapan hotel terdapat juga mesin daftar masuk bagasi sendiri, tetapi awas, jangan melebihi had berat, kalau tidak anda perlu pergi ke kaunter manual. Lapangan Terbang Tianfu memang sangat-sangat-sangat-sangat besar...

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

一次遠超預期的入住體驗，真正好的酒店從不是堆砌奢華，而是把細節和温度藏在日常裏。從辦理入住到退房全程貼心從容，房間乾淨通透、床品柔軟親膚，隔音和睡眠舒適度拉滿。工作人員温柔有分寸，不刻意打擾卻事事周全，讓旅途疲憊瞬間消散。沒有千篇一律的流水線服務，衹有真誠的用心，住完衹想安利，下次來還選這裏

Although I do recommend this hotel - I do so with reservations. First, the good.... It is well situated, and the rooms are kept clean. Secondly, my reservations..... The entrance to the hotel is quite hidden, and you enter through a service area. The elevator to hotel to is shared with other businesses, and it is a single elevator often with a long wait time and often full of cleaners carts, delivery people, other workers. There is no security on the elevator - anyone can go to any floor, which felt very insecure. The advertised rooftop spa area - with it's beautiful pictures shown by the hotel - is sad and unusable (I've attached photos here to show the reality of a few empty tanks on the rooftop). Overall, if you are looking for a budget-friendly option in Chengdu, this will be good for you.

來雅安找朋友玩，找了一個離高鐵最近的規格還不錯的酒店。不過拉着箱子也得走差不多一公里。 環境：新中式設計感很強，雅緻的酒店，整體都很乾凈，清清爽爽的新酒店。 設施：地上兩層客房，地下一層餐廳，聯通停車場，環境清幽。 衞生：挺乾淨的 服務：沒啥特別的服務，出去玩也沒去什麼下午茶，反正睡得挺舒服的 早餐種類不多，現煮的麪很好吃，但牛奶豆漿應該是粉沖的，蒸餃包子應該是預製的，衹能説是比較方便
