Tidak jauh sangat untuk orang yang suka berjalan kaki. Anda boleh melakukan perjalanan dengan kereta bawah tanah dan mudah untuk pergi dari lapangan terbang dengan bas lapangan terbang. Bagi saya ia berbaloi.

Saya rasa ia adalah hotel yang bagus. Ia lebih bernilai daripada harganya. Jika anda tiba di Stesen Kereta Api Timur Chengdu dan mengambil susur keluar di seberang hotel, sila pastikan anda bergerak dari ruang bawah tanah stesen ke bahagian hotel. Ia tidak boleh diakses dari tanah. Terdapat beberapa jenis Rayfont, jadi lebih baik mencari hotel dalam kanji daripada bahasa Inggeris. Seperti yang dinyatakan dalam ulasan orang lain, saya pergi ke meja depan hotel yang berbeza pada mulanya lol. Saya membayangkan bilik itu agak kecil, tetapi terdapat ruang yang cukup di atas lantai untuk membentangkan beg pakaian yang besar, jadi saya fikir bilik ini akan baik jika anda mengembara sendirian. Bilik saya berada di tingkat 28, tetapi stesen itu betul-betul di sebelahnya, jadi saya boleh mendengar pengumuman platform dari pagi hingga lewat malam. Kebanyakan hotel di sekitar sini mungkin sama. Anda boleh menikmati bufet sarapan Cina dengan hanya 18 yuan. Ia tidak terlalu lazat, tetapi pada harga ini, tidak ada salahnya menggunakannya. Anda boleh menaiki satu bas dari lapangan terbang ke Stesen Timur Chengdu, jadi hotel ini disyorkan untuk mereka yang tidak perlu berada di tengah-tengah Bandar Chengdu.

It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

Saya secara peribadi mengesyorkan bilik paling dalam pada tahun 1315, yang mempunyai pemandangan balkoni yang lebih baik. Bilik tatami saya berada di 1309, tetapi pemandangannya juga cantik)

It was an Amazing stay at Mercure Chunxi hotel . Staff here were very friendly and polite . The staff who serve us attended to our needs immediately whenever we needed their assistance . Amazing service ! Thumb up to to them 👍🏻 Their room was very cozy and clean. The staff/housekeeper ensure our cleanness each and every day. I feel very very comfortable staying here for the past days . Thank you !

I got a room with window and was staying for two nights. The room is ok. Furniture might seems to be a little but old (the wooden part) but everything works normally. The staff is really nice. They came to make our room for another day of staying. They changed all towels, slippers, water and etc. The place is near by pharmacy which open 24/7. The opposite of the hotel is a minimart which sell many kind of products such as dairy profuct, fruits and food. It is only 7 mins walk from Chunxi road and also not far from Tianfu square

The location is not far from IFS and Chunxi MRT. This hotel is nearby lawson, many store. I love to stay here so much! The room is warm perfectly for clod weather outside. Staff are nice and friendly even they can't communicate in English fluently but they always help us. I recommend to stay this hotel because it's not noisy area at all and not sharing floors with other!!! If I will go Chengdu again I will stay here definitely!

The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, which was a highlight of our stay. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to cater to both Western and Chinese tastes. From freshly made dim sum and noodles to classic pastries and fresh fruits, everything was delicious and of high quality. The dining area was spacious, and the service staff were attentive and efficient. Dorsett Chengdu also offers fantastic facilities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing lounge area. Although I didn’t have time to visit the spa, it looked inviting, and I’d love to try it on my next visit. The staffs were helpful and nice. Pls note if u stay on 4th floor there’s only lift until 3rd floor and need climb stairs. They have 1 washing machine outside hotel but no dryer. Spotted My room with 1-2 dying wasps/bees but it wasn’t much of issue through the stay.. basic facilities wise were sufficient for me 2 night stay. Bed was abit hard and blanket was abit heavy. Bathroom door had a bit seen through coz the sticker fell off. Have restaurants nearby, but I suspect the restaurant next to this hotel (exit to the right) gave me food poisoning ( plz avoid that 1 shop that sell both hotpot and chongqing food, the staffs only smile at ppl who enter their shop and keep walking away halfway while taking order of our food 😑 she even recommended to try their hotpot which is more expensive but we don want)

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

Room was booked just a mere 10 mins before we arrived and it was clearly a kids friendly room from the bed sheet to the plush toys and tent set up ! The room features a heated floor, great for a cold winter month ! Bathroom looks old and the lights at the room entrance were not working, so its dark at the wardrobe area. Giving an uplift look to the bathroom would be a nice consideration ! It is clean btw !

Love this place. Good Location have food and shops nearby The hotel room have heat electric bed and heat/cold air conditioning which is very important for winter. Reception is helpful even they don’t speak English. Water is provided for free if you need more. Jiizhaigou entrance is walkable but better with taxi which cost about 15 yuan only. Thank you xia xia

The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

We absolutely loved our time here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They treated us like friends and not just customers. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The food was delicious. And excellent hotel that we will highly recommend to our friends. We will come here again.

Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

Apabila saya menempah hotel, saya melihat gambar bilik hotel dan membuat pesanan tanpa ragu-ragu saya benar-benar berpuas hati selepas mendaftar masuk. Persekitaran hotel bersih dan kemas, ***a biliknya ringkas dan ber***a, susun aturnya sangat elegan. dan perkhidmatannya sangat bertimbang rasa. Reka bentuk atrium bilik hotel adalah unik, reka bentuk beberapa tempat juga akan membuatkan kita merasai adat dan budaya setempat orang berasa lebih gembira! Disyorkan!

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

I liked my experience there. The room is spacious, we got an upgrade cos it wasn’t super busy season. The beds are 2x 1.5m so suit my family (3 adults) and very good value for money in this case compared to family rooms in other hotels. Bathroom sink in the first room given had a small crack and there’s some construction material next door on the found. so the staff patiently helped me to choose another room facing the front. Aircon and bathroom all worked really well. I went to the hot spring for both nights, very relaxing. I rented ******* clothe for a day to go to the scenery site and there’s a lady set up in the lobby to do makeup and hair beading for a charge. The fee is quite reasonable. Breakfast had lots of options with some local things, definitely up to five star standard. I think this place is under rated.
