Loved my stay at Yavapai Lodge! The room was clean and cozy, with a fridge and coffee maker — super convenient. Great location near the canyon and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities.
Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids.
Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice.

My husband and I always have a wonderful stay. The Rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeepers always check to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. We will be back soon. Thank you staff for a wonderful stay

Such a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.

The whirlpool area is disgusting & the temperature needs to be increased 4-6 degrees.
Rooms are good, staff is good, breakfast is good except the coffee machine was inoperable.

Welcoming staffers, clean room but it was hard to fall asleep at night, too many noisy guests in the hallway and door and walls were too thin to cover them up. Room was lil cold in October, lights were slightly spooky, but it was very close to antelope canyon so that’s it. Don’t expect a relaxing hotel, if you’re traveling around! Cause location is great.

Strong smell in lift and hallway but luckily not inside the room. Room is OK, bathroom is slightly inconvenient with bathtub + shower curtains. Breakfast was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

Fantastic location, big room. Bathroom could had been better but was fine for a lodge. Had a fridge, coffee machine, coffee, no microwave. Highlight was the wildlife around the room.

CCHUNHENGThe waiter at the front desk is very warm and friendly. I am very humorous when communicating with you. I am also very professional and asked if we are satisfied with the room and breakfast. I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.

Located a couple of blocks from downtown and right in front of the Footprint Stadium, the Courtyard Phoenix Downtown hotel features rooms almost similar to each other but comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis, equipped with a useful coffee maker and generous in size. You can't properly say they are elegant but they look nice with functional furniture - maybe a bit impersonal - with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. In short, this is more a business hotel than a four-star classy one.. Breakfast in the morning allows you to try the local cuisine with excellent and tasty vegetarian burritos and equally delicious coffee tartlets all produced by Shamrock Farms. However, some flaws have put the hotel in a bad light in my opinion: the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintened but not heated (!); the parking at the rear of the hotel is being offered for $40 a day (ridiculous!); the small internal corner for any Daily necessities costs a fortune (a packets of Lays crisps Is 9 dollars plus taxes (!!) and lastly the staff who were not always welcoming and proactive: during my stay I absolutely wanted to try at least one ride on Waymo the worldwide well known self-driving taxi service which runs throughout the city. However, none of the members at the reception helped me to find a solution and help me having a ride. I'd say many yes but also some no.

trust it or not. this is the best hotel I have ever accommodated in US. All the facilities are new. Breakfast is good. You can easily find restaurants nearby. Truly recommended for those who will travel to Page, visiting the antelope and valleys. Top of the class
