Excellent hotel, conveniently located with free private parking. Reception were welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable with a pool view. Hotel bar and snack bar were both good with a friendly manager. The hotel isn’t cheap but, remember, nothing is in Beaune! This is the best Accor property we have stayed at in France in the last few years. Recommended.

Modern hotel, spacious, clean and tidy. Very friendly and service-orientated staff: by the way, that also understands and speaks English if your French is insufficient or absent at all. Breakfast was ok, but average. What was lacking is an instruction joe the machine that boils eggs works. Parking place is perfect.

Les petits déjeuners très complets, pas trop cher le stationnement 8 Eur par nuit! La situation est parfaite, près de tout pour découvrir la cité des vins ! Qualité prix dure à battre. We checked in yesterday (02 Jan 2024) for 2 nights stay. The hotel seems to be fanciful but breakfast is priced very expensively at 21€. We wanted to try this new concept of the Accor group anyway so why not? The room was in general clean but to my horror, upon lifting up the toilet bowl cover, I was greeted with a toilet bowl full of yellowish piss that had not been flushed away. That meant that the toilet was never ever cleaned before releasing for next guest.. or the housekeeping took a convenient piss before leaving and forgetting to flush. Anyway, it could be a genuine mistake so let's not make a fuss at this moment. But I was disappointed to see that there was hardly any amenities in the room. No tea or coffee bags with water boiler. There was only a packet of drinking water in the minibar. It turned out that the water was not even replenished the next day. What was funny: there is a sticker on the minibar door that indicates vending machine available on ground floor. But it could not be found. When we asked the receptionist, we were told that the vending machine is still yet to be installed ??!?!? And suggested to us to go to their restaurant bar to order water or drinks instead. No way ! I am not going to pay for pricey drinking water or tea from their restaurant. Not mentioning that the service charge we will have to pay for getting drinking water there. For a hotel at this tariff, I expected at least to have the basic water, teabags and coffee bags available and replenished! At least most of the basic hotels in France offer this. Some hotels would even offered a coffee machine with capsules. It makes us started to look around the room with a more critical eye. Indeed not only drinking water and basic beverages are not offered. There was only a small bar of handsoap and a miserable piece of body soap placed in the shower to be shared by two occupants of the room. Not only that, the next day after housekeeping, the body soap was not replenished at all. We came back into the room to see the previous bar of soap lying there miserably. This is not what we expected from an Accor hotel which is usually a brand we feel confident in. Mama Shelter tries to be hip and fanciful in their loud decor but in real fact is lacking in hospitality by trying their best to save up whatever they can from the basic necessities (soap, drinking water...) Definitely I will not ever stay in this chain ever again. I sincerely hope Accor group will review and see if it fits their usual standards, because I surely don't think so.

We stayed over a weekend (Saturday, Sunday nights, so the spa was busy- They have memberships for people that are not staying in the hotel, however, this cleared later on the Saturday afternoon. Good sized pool. The main restaurant was closed on our second night, so ate in their bistro- Surprised to find it was exactly the same menu at a considerably lower price. Whilst I accept the atmosphere and service reflected the difference between the two rooms, I did feel short changed by the experience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat inexperienced, but no real complaint- I accept that it is difficult to get staff anywhere at the moment. There are Electric Vehicle charging points (I saw 2), and welcomed that they were free. I estimated the charging at 3.5 KW/h. As I have a plug-in Hybrid, this was fine, but if you had a full EV, I think it would be a struggle to get a full charge. I noted there was always cars using the chargers while we were there.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, superb amenities. From the manager down, all of the staff were energetic, invested and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant in the evening however, was a different story. The menu is best described as an eclectic mix of bad ideas. My wife chose a chicken dish which was worryingly undercooked. Mine was a hamburger, sadly, with equal quantities of cheese and meat. In fairness, the manager readily admitted and agreed the shortcomings, advising that a new chef would be in post within a few weeks. He also confirmed the menu would be reviewed. On that basis, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will be staying again on future trips

Appart hotel très bien situé. Taille du studio assez grand. Très pratique pour se faire un petit déjeuner ou réchauffer un repas. Lave vaisselle dans le studio. Propreté impeccable. En revanche accueil plutôt froid et pas très aimable. Le cadre dans cet ancien cloître est superbe.

Service First Class! The entire staff was very friendly and accomodating but Pierre Bijard stood out. Very capable, professional and knowledgable. Went above and beyond in handiling an online booking/billing issue. I addition he was very helpful in recommending options as well as making reservattions. An employee who represents the organiziation in the finest manner. The breakfast offered a wide variety. Hotel is very conviently located to the central area, train station and metro. Could not have picked a better location

When looking for a hotel with EV charging, it is pretty much pot luck isn’t it? Both Booking.com and TA can’t tell us the type of charger - fast, slow, Tesla etc. I urge these agencies to take their travellers into the 21 century and provide these filters. This hotel surprised the life out of me. Not only were there a bank of fast chargers in the garage, but the premium for usage was very reasonable. Only problem, as always, was a Belgium Q8 parked in charging bay with a thundering V8 diesel engine - when can we educate these people? Charging for my I-Pace was a doddle. The rooms are well appointed and have all that you could want and the bar is well stocked and staff are multi-lingual. We eat out in a favourite restaurant and will most certainly put this on our itinerary for our regular Provence trips.

Lovely hotel and had the potential to be stunning, but was just a little tired and unkempt. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant staff were a little over worked in the evening, so could of done with another set of hands. Fantastic food and breakfast. Room was generous in size, but just a little tired and needed a revamp. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the room, though bed was a little harder than I’m used to. Courtyards were lovely, though a little unkempt. Great location being only a couple of minutes walk from the main square, with lots of nice bars, historical buildings and plenty of shops, should you to buy anything. Secure car park right opposite the entrance to the hotel for overnight parking.

We booked this hotel mainly for its proximity to the station. We were able to wheel our suitcases from the station to this hotel across the street. (be careful for asking directions as there are two Kyriads and we were initially sent to the wrong one). For a no frills station hotel: The rooms were actually bigger than expected, and were clean and quiet, the breakfast was pretty good, the reception was initially a little spicy but then very helpful, with good recommendations. All in all an enjoyable stay. Dijon was lovely.

Really well appointed hotel,very modern.It’s situated north of Dijon which seems a bit out of the way on first impression but there is a cheap and regular tram service the T2 and the stop Pole Sante a few minutes from the hotel and there is the Toison d’ Or ,a vast shopping complex with everything under one roof,which is a 15/20minute walk or few minutes drive away.The rooms are very good,we had 106 on the first floor,maybe needs a few more electrical sockets,but the facilities in the room are very good,we have say a big thanks to the receptionist on duty when we turned up at lunch time and asked if our room was ready(The check in time is 4.00pm).She was very helpful and said she will attempt to get our room ready asap,possibly around 2.00pm,so we walked over to the shopping complex,again thanks to her for the directions,to kill time and we were glad we did,it’s got a food court so finding lunch was easy.She also advised us about the tram details,where to catch it etc.She really went out of her way to help us. There is a secure gated car park accessed by a code given at reception. We will certainly return when we are in the area but this time stick to the 4.00pm check in! This is one of the best Kyriads,not far behind the one in Troyes.

We stayed here for a few nights and it was lovely! The location is great, it’s only a short walk from the train station and main square. The hotel itself has a really nice vibe to it - we felt like we were staying in a traditional French stately home! The rooms themselves were spacious and clean. The staff were super attentive too and very friendly. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
