Instalaciones bonitas excelente desayuno estaba muy rico los 3 días únicamente en la habitación había algo de ruido

Me gusta mucho la comodidad del hotel y lo cerca que esta del consulado. Incluyendo que hay restaurantes cerca donde puedes ir caminando. Tambien se siente seguro y los empleados son muy amables. Gracias

The staff was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very basic for the price. Also, there was a broken light in the room. They put the vanity mirror in a weird location that was too high to use. The pool and hot tub were located on the roof and are beautiful but the pool heater was broken so it was too cold to swim in the pool. Also, the hot tub was dirty. I did complain to David and he tried to have maintenance fix the hot tub and get it cleaned. The restaurants breakfast was all right. It was not good or bad. The bar was OK but they didn’t know how to make certain drinks. The hotel is placed in probably one of the best locations but the hotel needs a lot of work. Also, the website said that they had an executive lounge, but they did not.

It is close to the consulate and able to do everything within walking distance. Rooms are motel quality but clean. Breakfast is terrible. We tried it twice but not worth it. The eggs and toast are the only tolerable thing. Cereal tastes like of brand generic and the milk is served hot. Some people may not mind but I can't eat cereal without cold milk. We have a suite and able to heat up food & keep cold items in the mini fridge. Totally worth the upgrade. Grocery shopping helps us save money, avoid that nasty breakfast, and the ability to eat in our room at any hour of the day or night. We have paper plates, napkins, cups, andplatic utensils. The area is very quiet and safe. We see a lot police and makes us feel better about waking around during the day. If you want to explore or eat something other than what is available within this perimeter I suggest you do your homework first. We have left the property a few times but won't drive past 8 minute radius from the hotel. There is a Walmart 5 minutes down the street but will need to drive there. The staff has been very kind and we love our cleaning lady. Her name is Dulce and she has been amazing. I feel that this place is a gold mind because it's always full due to most guest coming here to be seen in the consulate. The place needs a lot of upkeep needed and the carpet has a strong humidity odor. Make sure to bring Lysol disinfectant to help reduce the smell. Our cleaning lady has made the smell diaper when she is working but if anyone else gets to clean our room we resort to Lysol. We hardly drive our truck so bring comfortable shoes to do a lot of walking. You will average $30 for dining and if your willing to order to go then it will save you some money. There is a Wendy's next door and the food is good. The restaurant next to the medical center behind this hotel has reasonable prices and is delicious. Wish the hotel was in better condition but other than that, it has been great. We have been here 11 days.

Let me start with the water! It smells horrible makes it so uncomfortable to even want to shower. Wifi is so bad, breakfast is okay . Only one elevator works and their transit vans staff claims doesn’t work to avoid taking guests to their appointments. Rooms are very small and sheets smell horrible as well had so many hair and stains, they don’t care about their guests only their money . If they did they would fix all these issues to insure everyone’s wellbeing and comfort . Only true benefit is you are right across from the consulate, we definitely did not renovate our stay here and went to the Hampton which ended up being cheaper and has a pool and gym along with breakfast. Also washer and dryer don’t work either ! Primero que nada el agua tiene un olor horrible al igual que las sábanas y el cuarto, los cuartos son demasiados pequeños sin lugar para poner tus pertenencias, el servicio del wifi es demasiado lento y se corta muy seguido. Les dicen a la gente que el van que tienen de transporte no sirve para evitar llevar a la gente a sus citas . Ay dos elevadores con el hotel lleno y nunca vimos que llevaran a alguien para intentar arreglarlos . Hay hoteles más baratos y muchísimo más limpios que este que igual incluyen el desayuno . El único benificio de aquí es al cruzar la calle está El Consulado y toda sus citas para inmigración . Busquen otro hotel para estar más cómodos a ellos solo les importa su dinero no la comodidad y bien estar de la gente.

Me hospedé 4 noches en este hotel por un viaje de trabajo; al llegar, como es la moda por esta ”nueva normalidad”, me recibió un doctor, o espero que lo sea, y tomó temperatura y una dosis de gel anti-bacterial; en recepción la Srta. muy amable y con atención rápida me asignó mi habitación. Me pareció algo raro ver el área destinada al comedor sin mesas ni sillas y con las luces apagadas, no se, me dio una imagen no muy agradable, quizá pudiera apostar por acondicionar con algunas macetas y plantas de ornato y encender una parte de las luminarias... En cuanto a la habitación, es agradable, una cama bastante cómoda, un escritorio para trabajar, una TV con señal de cable, dicho sea de paso, muy pocos canales y ninguno con noticias locales, supongo para que los huéspedes no veamos las noticias malas de la ciudad. El servicio de Internet muy bueno. Lo que no estaba tan bueno fueron los desayunos, que por el tema de esta pandemia del SARS-CoV-2 pues se tiene el formato de que es llevado a la habitación, quizá esto sea la causa de que llegue algo frío y pues no sepa tan rico como al estar en el comedor. En general tuve una estancia muy agradable, es un hotel muy recomendable en el cuál hosped****.

The location is in Norte (10km from Centro). Good as a business hotel when you have work to do in this industrial and university area. The room was basic but functioning. Wifi works very well. The best part is the staff, who all were very nice and courteous. The breakfast was buffet style and basic. Good value for the price.

Tiene habitaciones bastante espaciosas, algunas cuentas hasta con una pequeña sala, frigobar y microondas, lo que las hace bastante cómodas para que te sientas como en casa. En términos generales, la atención del personal es buena, sobre todo en recepción.

Persekitaran yang indah, keselamatan juga sangat baik, terdapat segala-galanya untuk makan, minum dan bermain berhampiran hotel, sarapan pagi yang kaya dengan nutrisi dan terdapat banyak pilihan, satu-satunya kelemahan adalah rangkaian yang perlahan, saya harap lain kali Saya akan tinggal lagi

The insulation of this hotel is terrible you can hear everything from outside and from the hallways of the hotel, they really need to replace the doors of the rooms and windows.

I stayed here on January, I noticed that my room wasn't as clean as I hoped but I talked with the lady at the front desk and the service was great that was the only reason I came back, the service was so great that I decide I would give this hotel another chance and I didn't regret my choice. it's nice to see that our opinions matter cause every detail was perfect this time. Excellent choice for people who is looking for a great business hotel like me, rooms are clean, breakfast is really good and service is great
