Hotel 5-Star di Anhui, China

Beautiful place to stay, right near the top of Yellow Mountsuhs. Definitely worth the money seating up on the mountain for a night or two rather than doing a day trip. Great staff, very attentive and quick to respond. Buffet breakfast great and included in the price. Buffet dinner extra but also reasonable price Definitely recommend

定了單卧套房套餐，給了一間視野無敵的江景房間，包含行政酒廊禮遇，面積比較大，前台Anna服務細緻周到，還有歡迎飲品，酒店位置絕佳，去哪裡都比較方便，旁邊是銀泰百貨，一樓早餐也比較豐盛，唯一美中不足的就是空調風機比較響，還好提前帶了耳塞。

We are more than pleased with our stay at Wincloud Beihai. The duplex is great for 3 people and 2 bathrooms are a bonus.  The hotel is exceptional in cleanliness and the environment is peaceful. Location is great as it is a short hike from Yungu Cable Car Station. Special mention of our butler, 小雪，who made sure we were well taken care of from the time we checked in to the day we departed.  We also have a memorable time at the bar, where I sang my heart out, had a lovely cocktail and a nice chat with the young bartender 程. It was truly a memorable experience for our first visit here to Huangshan.

多年不見的外地朋友來玩，再三比對後給她訂了蚌埠最好的五星級酒店，果然沒有讓我們失望！從進門開始到進房間，每處環境都讓人喜歡！晚上在一樓等人的時候有個小王經理特意上前問候，聊了幾句還熱心的跟我們介紹了特色小館子和夜市，有的居然連我這個當地人都不知道！臨走時候朋友特意跟我提了句大堂王經理，她説沒有想到蚌埠酒店有這麼帥氣又專業還熱情的大堂經理，希望下次來蚌埠還住這還能看見王經理哈哈

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

This stay experience was simply perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge department enthusiastically helped me with luggage, smilingly and quickly processed my check-in, providing a seamless and attentive service throughout. Every detail demonstrated the five-star standard. The room was beautifully and elegantly decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The smart devices were fully equipped, allowing me to easily control the lights and curtains. The technology was very impressive. The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

房間設施簡約，床品舒服。室內衞生打掃乾淨，但陽台略有不足，自然生態環境下，關注陽台蛛網。酒店花園設計nice，酒店環山直麪秋浦河白鷺灣，灣景無敵，梅雨季節，河水隨上游雨量呈現不同的顏色。酒店服務，前台高效熱情，餐廳有求必應。住店期間，2晚晚餐均在白鷺餐廳解決，相比周邊土菜館多油高鹽，即保留了徽菜特點、石台風味，相對更清淡可口些。

應該算是九華山景區內最好的賓館了，住的是行政雙床房B區，是為數不多的朝陽房。酒店設施一流，大堂很氣派，佈置的很有特點，小花園也很有情調，房間在景區酒店面積算比較大的，應有盡有，很緊湊也很舒適。早餐也很豐富，中西搭配的也合適，山上的酒店能做到如此實屬不易，晚餐的菜品也很好，地方特色也很突出。酒店的服務更是一流，服務員去換乘站接的我們，小姑娘幫我拿箱子，一路上擔心石板地會對箱子軲轆損壞，都是拎着箱子走。送的時候前廳服務員小鄭更是一路給我們介紹景區的各方面情況，歡迎我們再來，打掃衞生的阿姨也是和藹可親認真細緻。這是一家很不錯的酒店，給它們點贊👍👍
