The hotel is I'm a great location for sunset viewing and easily accessed from Yungu cable car. The staff were very friendly and the buffet food was excellent! We would highly recommend a stay here! Lovely 4 star hotel with comfy beds and pillows and big down jackets fro you to borrow to watch sunset or sunrise!

The exquisite mall, marvelous views and the proximity to the mind-blowing museum together with its quiet and peaceful green surroundings make the Grand Hyatt, the pace to stay. Don't forget the World Ice Arena where Dreams are build and made come true.

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

It’s perfect and the best hotel in Maanshan. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to solve any issues you encounter. Especially manager Thomas Gao is absolutely amazing person, I had a little miscommunication but Thomas was there to solve the situation in a second. I would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel, prices are very affordable and you get the best service

房間很大，大廳很大氣，感覺比較上檔次，價位總體比較親民，早餐豐富，算是比較超值的了，停車方便，周邊購物吃飯也方便，下次應該還是會入住。

Pro: A luxury hotel with excellent service and luxury rooms. Contra: the receptionists do not speak English very much, so sometimes it was a bit hard to communicate. The payment policy is too strict to my taste - pay online when booking and they do not refund the payment. So if we miss the train for example and our route schedule is changed, we won't be able to cancel the booking also for those who dream of seeing the sunrise from the top of the Yellow mountains - this location is located at the bottom ropeway station and in the morning the ropeway opens too late to get to the top before sunrise. You'd rather book the hotel right at the top

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s right after exiting highway, so traffic is not a problem. View from room and breakfast options are good. Bathroom was luxurious with nice jacuzzi.

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. I always have my breakfast at the hotel. I am very traditional with my choices but the restaurant offers a variety of food. Thank you again for a great stay Annie Clouâtre

走廊味道不好聞，設施抖很陳舊，除了房間大一些，啥都不行，不如住全季乾淨衞生！房間內3個垃圾桶都不套垃圾袋，打電話給前台，前台説如果需要垃圾袋可以給我送？？不是，垃圾袋不是應該套在垃圾桶裏的嗎？什麼叫給我送？？我是怕你們不好做衞生才打這個電話，等20分鐘保潔來了，説住有兩個垃圾袋了！就套了倆！房間裏沒有配針線包，沒有手提袋。最多2星！早餐也一般！不如高速什麼的那家酒店，早餐好吃種類多，人家便宜多了。按金要500，雖然可以退，可是你房間裏啥都沒有。

First of all, thank you for all the kindness your hotel has done. From the first time I entered the hotel, I was able to feel luxurious, clean, and organized. From the receptionist I met from the beginning, the cleaner, the lounge attendant on the 44th floor, and the bellboy, everyone was kind until the last day. Thank you again for all the kindness you have done to me, even though I must have caused you inconvenience because I am Korean. And the cleanliness of the room, the perfect daily cleaning, and the wonderful view made my trip more enjoyable and comfortable. As for the meal, the variety of menus and tastes were better than I expected. I have been recommending Hefei and this hotel to people around me since I went on this trip. I hope to be remembered as a good visitor, just as you have made good memories for me. Finally, thank you for all this experience, and I will definitely visit this hotel again. See you soon.

The hotel is located in good area, more places to explore. Many options for food and shopping. The hotel management is very supportive in resolving the issue. The hotel is perfect.

Pro: A luxury hotel with excellent service and luxury rooms. Contra: the receptionists do not speak English very much, so sometimes it was a bit hard to communicate. So if we miss the train for example and our route schedule is changed, we won't be able to cancel the booking also for those who dream of seeing the sunrise from the top of the Yellow mountains - this location is located at the bottom ropeway station and in the morning the ropeway opens too late to get to the top before sunrise. 計劃寒假帶孩子來爬黃山，本來想着住半山腰的酒店，但是進出不自由還是決定住老街比較近的酒店，孩子在高樓景觀和園林景觀的酒店裡選中了徽縵，住下來的確不錯。入住前一天徽縵管家就致電詢問是否需要接機接站，得知我們是自駕的，又幫我們預留好充電車位，並且告知當天到達前提前通知，會在門口迎接並且預熱房間，當天到達後前台主管和管家非常熱情，幫我們拿行李到房間，並且介紹了酒店的景觀，蠻多五星酒店也未必能做到這一點吧。酒店是臨新安江的，入住的家庭房直麪新安江，離屯溪老街/河街，黎陽in巷都是一個起步費的距離，逛吃逛吃非常方便。酒店的園林景觀非常棒，一步一景，佈置上也非常用心，如果春夏秋天來可以想象置身其中，非常美又邂意，冬季景色就遜色了點。家庭房很適合一家三口，一張大床非常大，還有一張單人床可以孩子自己睡，床墊軟硬適中，不塌不硬，入住送了三張齊雲山門票，爬完山回來浴缸裏泡一泡立馬緩解了腳步的酸脹感，第二天爬黃山依舊生龍活虎。衞生間有淋浴拖鞋，這個細節可圈可點，但是沒有晾衣繩之類的，不過大堂裏是有烘乾機的，樓下公區也有晾衣架。早餐的種類和品質衹能説夠吃，可以吃飽，還有很大的上升空間，服務態度都是非常棒的，哪怕入住率很低的情況依舊確保自助餐。如果睡眠不太好的不建議訂臨江的房間，因為靠着馬路，晚上會有點吵，其他都挺好的

Great service at the hotel and very cheap fpr the quality. It’s also very close (walking distance) to the bus station for the South Entrance to the mountain. Unless you stay on the mountain itself I would assume this is the best hotel. We stayed in January. The ”hot springs” are great after a day on the mountain. The bigger outside pool was not in use, as would be expected.

之前去黃山的時候就看見在建，之後在攜程上持續關注，價格是相當穩定的貴，同類山頂酒店基本可以住套房了。這次帶娃再去，咬牙下了單，實際入住體驗確實不錯。首先位置很好，就在北海核心景區猴子觀海觀景平台下的獅子峯山崖處，北海賓館上側，可以俯視整個山谷，貢陽山、飛來石、始信峯都在視線範圍內，房間就能看落日，走幾步可看日出；其次配套很好，入住送景區門票、索道等，算下來也要一千左右，按最基礎的4280元房價計算差不多75折，性價比就出來了，還不用操心去搶票；第三品質很好，走精品路線，擺放的都是鮮花，維護得也很好，只有9間房，鬧中取靜，客房均配備智能化設施，相當乾淨整潔，温馨且温暖，淋雨熱水充足，有咖啡機和贈飲、歡迎水果，波司登的羽絨服、手電筒、血壓計等，可以輕裝入住；第四服務很好，早餐按人上，營養配色不錯，正餐類似私房菜，量雖不大，口味和搭配都是很到位，需要提前預訂，管家有求必應，服務人員都是多面手；第五是文化內涵，酒店主活動室是歷史文化建築，86版西遊記孫悟空變廟的原型，店內從晨起八段錦到下午茶到晚間點茶，以及書法、字畫、照片等各種人文歷史的介紹和展示都可以細細品味……總之，捨得花費，崖舍就是目前山頂住宿最好的選擇，沒有之一！

Such a lovely trip! Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Huangshan, they provide all the kits you need for a hike including rain coat and hiking stick. We also had a nice upgrade for the room which was offered for free. We came from the UK and glad that we stayed here, the staff are all super nice and hospitable! Our room manager Huihui was exceptional, every morning auntie Wang and other aunties in the canteen greets us and prepares breakfast, they all are super nice and friendly :)) would come back again if we were visiting the area!! 特别感谢管家慧慧和王阿姨 还有所有酒店人员带给我们难忘的黄山之旅！

Excellent! This is the best option to stay in the Huangshan area to visit the mountains and surroundings. This boutique hotel is located extremely quietly in the middle of the bamboo forests and tea plantations away from the bustle and hustle, busy streets, people and noisy restaurants- exactly what we needed after a day on the mountain. At the same time it’s only 5-10 minutes away from the South entrance gate, which the hotel will shuttle you to whenever you need. Overall the service and the owners are so so great and helpful with everything. The hotel overall and the rooms are so tastefully designed, high quality, 1000% clean and everything is tidied up (no messy piles anywhere - unlike in other boutique hotels in China). You can conveniently get dinner in the hotel, the seating area is beautiful, quiet, designed perfectly and the food was delicious. Breakfast is Chinese breakfast but they are so sweet and offer cereals and toast if you like, however, i brought some other options for my parents which they kindly kept in the fridge. They also took us to their own tea mountain to watch the sunset and Huangshan Mountain from afar - very special!!! Highly recommend that! The other hiking recommendations (besides than going up Huangshan) were a great addition. I recommend a three night stay, that’s just perfect. Everything is even nicer than on the pictures, a pleasant and unusual surprise!! You will not regret to choose this hotel, i stayed in other hotels in Huangshan before and this is the best option with regards to location (!!), design and service.

Pengurus lobi hotel akan memberi anda pakej hadiah daftar masuk percuma, yang termasuk penutup tab mandi pakai buang, sabun mandi dan empat kek bijan Huangshan. Selepas mendaki Gunung Huangshan selama sehari, saya kebetulan menggunakan penutup tab mandi pakai buang ini untuk mandi dengan baik dan berehat tanpa perlu risau tentang penyakit berjangkit daripada penduduk tab mandi sebelum ini.

The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Huangshan Old Street, so I can only give it 4 stars. The hotel lobby, restaurant, gym, corridors, and guest rooms are all very new and impeccably clean, deserving a full 5-star rating. The hotel staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room and provided many services for our baby since we were traveling with a 0-year-old. For example, they prepared a baby crib, baby toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities. The service was excellent, deserving a full 5 stars. Although the hotel is quite new, our room’s air conditioning did not provide heating. Even after calling staff for repairs, the issue was not resolved. In January, nights in Huangshan are very cold, and our room temperature stayed around 20°C throughout the night. We had no choice but to keep our baby wrapped in the blanket while sleeping. In the morning, our hands and feet were freezing—it was truly disappointing. I hope the hotel will thoroughly inspect and maintain its equipment, as this is a basic requirement for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for this aspect.

Don’t rely on WiFi in the hotel, it’s just not working at all. The air conditioning is not cooling enough, it’s central and not controlled. Otherwise, the food is ok, the room is clean. Staff is nice and trying to help. Reception personnel knows English, which is rare for China.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The 5 ***** hotel, must have pool available for guests. I visited hotel 2 times so far, both times the pool was rented to some public groups who are not hotel guests. So if you want to use pool you have to share that small pool with 20 kids. To me it's not problem if people who are not guest are visiting pool. But if pool is all day booked by big group of people then pool is not available for guests, and in that case they don't offer ***** service.

寒假的第一站帶着媽媽和寶寶一起到蕪湖玩，選擇的是蘇寧環球大酒店，這家酒店的位置挺好的，距離熱門景點和火車站都在7km之內。酒店沒有USB充電這點有點不方便。其他設施都還算比較好，特別是洗手間有一個可以烘乾內衣和毛巾的裝置，這個還是比較意外的，酒店的早餐品種也很豐富，我們入住了三天兩夜，正好遇到蕪湖市政協在此開會，但是酒店的秩序非常井然有序，值得推薦。

The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.

性價比很高，一兩百的價格可以住到這個酒店可以説很驚喜了，一樓大廳有茶吧還有小商場，二樓區域是餐廳，基礎需要不出酒店就可以滿足，關鍵前台的服務很好，每位工作人員都很熱情，能看出是認真在做好服務，晚上想去鍛鍊，前台小高推薦了酒店的健身房，還推薦了附近的一個公園，對這家酒店各項服務都很滿意，一家用心的酒店！

I always choose this hotel for it’s better service attitude from the staffs and complete amenities. I booked two rooms during the holidays. I am quite disappointed in their family room because it’s not spacious from the bed to the room. Better book other room type. Still I love this hotel.

週末去松鼠小鎮旅行，蕪湖南站很方便，這裏1號線白馬山，打個車起步價就到，自駕游過來停車也方便。前台給升級了房型，到國賓樓，房間裏面有個單獨的小衣櫃，一般酒店沒有，游泳池可以下午到晚上九點，週末人比較多，還有送水果，性價比很高的一次旅行。還有配套送松鼠小鎮套票二大一小，適合6歲玩。

房間一股裝修的甲醛味道（再過三個月可以住），住久了肯定生病😷，中央空調半夜自動開啟，早上是凍醒的，房間佈置還不如合肥天鵝湖酒店太差了，早餐豐富可選擇性比較多是可以的，下次選擇入住的可能性比較少。大而不實，浪得虛名。
