The location is very convenient. You can go to the Hotel from Airport by shuttle or even on foot. If you arrive Narita in late evening, it is a good choice to stay in the Hotel a night before departing to other places. There is a convenient shop at lobby floor. It closes at 2230. So you can have you late super too.

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. Terdapat juga 3 restoran. Di tingkat bawah terdapat mata air panas, yang hanya berharga 800 yen, yang sangat bagus. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, saya akan memilih di sini lain kali!

Hotel ini terasa seperti sebuah hotel mewah lama yang berkilat. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil di dalam bilik dan cerek. Wi-Fi mesti disambungkan setiap kali anda memasuki atau meninggalkan hotel. Juga, semasa Wi-Fi terputus sesekali dan saya tidak berhati-hati ketika menonton video, saya beralih ke giga saya sendiri (saya perhatikan ketika saya diberitahu bahawa saya telah melebihi iga giga). Saya melakukannya sehingga jam 22:00 atau 23:00 dengan ion sekitar 5 minit berjalan kaki. Semasa saya membuat tempahan untuk meminjam selimut, dia menyiapkannya untuk saya. Jumlah menginap berturut-turut tidak dapat diputuskan, dan ketika saya membuat tempahan dengan membaginya menjadi beberapa hari (beberapa kali), saya membuat kesilapan dan membuat tempahan untuk merokok selama satu hari, tetapi harap maklum. Biggest room we ever stayed so far in Tokyo. Kids were thrilled to have their own beds. Onsen available and Lawson in lobby is convenient for quick breakfast before heading to Disneyland. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is a bonus.

Loved it! We had change of flight schedule so after a long day it was very nice to finnally be able to rest. Its great that there is a bus shuttle from Narita Aiport to the Hotel. The service was great. They right away took our luggages - 2 big suitcases and 3 small ones and have us checked in. The check in great, no worry at all. It was fast and simple. They gave a bag for my 5 year old- it has small in room sandal, pijama toot brush and towel in it. They had the Hotels garden all decorated eoth christmas lights, it was beautiful. We went to the garden and the suitcases were delivered to our room. I was kinda amazed because a lady with skirt and high heels were the one handling our luggages when we arrived to our room. The next day we had to extend, it was simple to book from Trip.com and no complocations. We didnt have to move to another room. The room, bathroom, bed and everything in the room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, they had many choices. Also there is a mini Mart (Lawson) like 7-evelen near the lobby and a cafe too so no worry to get food or snacks. I think lawson open 24 hours. The hotel provide a bus ****tle to Narita town that goes to Narita station and Aeon Mall. This was great! Overall experience in this hotel is wonderful. Excellent for the service.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

Selepas tinggal selama dua hari, saya kembali ke hotel kuarantin untuk membentuk kontras yang besar. Keadaan hotel kuarantin Hangzhou tidak separuh baik daripada yang ini, dan ia berpuluh-puluh lebih mahal daripada yang ini. amat disyorkan.

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

Very good price for a very good location, room is small but it’s comfortable for two. Specifically went for a hotel near Disneyland and there is bus services to and fro the airport, Maihama station and the amusement park. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The staffs are kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I was checking in, there was about three receptionist, all which seemed to know English as well. We didn't eat at any of their restaurants, or ordered any of their food service so I can't review that part of the hotel. My family and I bought food at their convenience store, which is located on the first floor right by the check in area, and it didn't disappoint. It's a convenience store in Japan after all. Hotel room was as described for us, and it was clean. No issues there either. We only stayed one night as we were just staying there to catch an early flight from Narita to Osaka. The shuttle bus left the hotel at 4:30 A.M just like it was scheduled. Honestly if I had to stay near Narita airport I would stay here again.

We actually booked this hotel before take off back to our homeland. Most airport’s hotel provide with shuttle bus. The room was spacious. The pillow was softest among all hotels we checked in at tokyo. But the best thing was when we walked around, there was a good restaurant nearby and we loved the foods.

This hotel was nice, the room was sparkling clean and comfy. Amenities were good. As a Disney Resort partner hotel, the facilities include shuttle bus to Maihama Station and Bayside Station for access to DisneySea and Disneyland. As most hotels in Japan that I learned, it also provides a package delivery service which I found very convenient. As we move from place to place this service made it possible for us to go by train or bus without dragging heavy luggage as we had sent it to the next hotel. It also provides a contactless checkout facility via room TV, so if you don't have anything to settle at the front office you can use this. We did, and found it very easy and convenient.

ディズニー2日間の中泊に利用。 部屋の広さと、お風呂・おトイレがセパレート、電子レンジあり、で決めた。 ディズニー帰りなのでチェックインも混み合っていたが、ロビー横に広々としたラウンジがあり、フリードリンクもあったため小学生の子供もゆっくり待ててよかった。 夜ごはんを買うローソンも混み合っていたが、品切れがあることもなく、子供たちの夕食になるもの、お菓子（アイスや翌日用）、ジュース、アルコール、など買えて便利。 そして部屋に電子レンジがあるおかげで買ったらすぐ部屋に戻って食べることができて、子供連れにはとてもいいと思った。 お風呂も洗い場付きで広々としており、おトイレ別なので気にせずゆっくり入れてよかった。 ベッドも広いタイプが２つくっついているので、広々と寝やすそうだった。 大人、高校生は遅くまで起きてもスペースも広いし、テーブルでテレビ、と今回はソファースペース付きにしたので、大人は荷物の整理、パッキングなど使いやすいお部屋だった。 結局、子供たちがベッドで大の字になって気持ちよさそうに寝てたので、一人はソファースペースで寝ましたが簡易ベッドとしても十分な広いソファーだった。 チェックアウトは機械でカギを入れて操作するだけと簡単ですぐに出発できて満足。

Highly recommended ! The hotel is clean, with free shuttle service to disneyland. Variety of menu to choose from their buffet. Friendly staff , they assisted us smoothly for check in and out and also for helping us booked for a another room for an extra night to stay. The room size is enought for my family of 6 with a small child.

3回目の利用です。 温泉があること、売店があること、アイスや飲み物の自動販売機の充実、レンジレンジがあること、エステの豊富さ などとても充実度が高いホテルだなと思います。 素泊まりプランでも十分にホテル滞在を楽しむことができます！ただ、お部屋にクレンジグなどのアメニティが無いため、そこには注意が必要です。 ディズニーシー（ランド）までのバスの直行便がないのですが、歩いて15-20分ほどで着けるためアクセスも良いかと思います。 またエクスピアリまでは舞浜駅行きの直行便がある為、、お買い物や食事などにも出ることができます。 レンジレンジがあるのでエクスピアリで食事をテイクアウトすることもできるし、ルームサービスやレストランの食事も美味しいので食事に困ることはなさそうです！

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

Hotel Francs is right next to outlet mall and close to jr station and exhibition center. It is a good hotel to stay if you are attending convention in Chiba. The room I got is small but typical of Japanese double Will stay again on my next trip there

主人が高齢なため、ユニバーサルルーム(バリアフリールーム)を利用させて頂きました。 部屋がコンパクトにまとまっていて、余計な物がないので、転びやすい主人には助かりました。 初期の認知症があるのですが、トイレにも迷わず行くことができました。お風呂も手すりがあって使いやすかったです。 また環境に配慮されて、シャンプー、ボディソープなど、大きい詰め替えボトルに入っているのも素晴らしいです。 トイレの内側にカビが付いていたことだけが気になりましたが、それは次回伺った時に改善されているとイイなと思う点です。 朝食に関して。コロナ時期なので、ビュッフェがなく、その代わりに朝食ボックスを持ってきて頂けました。期待していなかったのですが(スイマセン)、とても美味しかったです。スープが特に美味しかった。 ちょくちょく千葉に伺うことがありますので、その時はまたよろしくお願い致します。 ありがとうございました。

The hotel is very tidy and clean. Warm welcome by the staff. Location is convenient and there are many restaurants nearby.

外出自粛制限が終わった後も外出を控えていたので、Go Toトラベルキャンペーンが始まってから、ホテルのステイケーションから始めてみようかなと泊まることを決めました。チェックインから、感染症対策がきちんとされていて、安心して泊まることができました。お部屋はラグジュアリー・ダブル・ルームにしたので、バスルームは光は射しませんが久しぶりに泡風呂で、ゆったりと穏やかな時間を過ごせました。 アフタヌーンティーは平日は休業中だった為、ベーカリー&ケーキ『サント・ノーレ』でモンブランとプリンを購入し、お部屋のシーティングエリアでいただきました。カトラリー はレセプションに電話する仕組みになっていました。プリンと伝え忘れてしまい、結局スプーンは1階の店舗まで戻って簡易的なものをいただくことになりましたがスタッフの方々の対応は丁寧で好感が持てました。特にモンブランはラム酒が効いていて美味しかったです。次は、違う部屋にも泊まってみたいです。

立地は最高で、ロビーは天井も高く開放的。お部屋も広く駐車場も無料ですが、お風呂が詰まりやすく、水の排水が悪いのでお風呂に入りにくい。ベットのマットレスはまあまあですが枕がぺったんこで良くない。朝食ブッフェもたいして良くはないと思った。気になったのが、従業員がお客と共にブッフェのサラダや飲み物をとっていて、従業員もお客と同じブッフェで朝食をとるのはちょっと他では見ない光景で驚いた。普通、客がブッフェ使用しているときに従業員もお客に混じって料理をとりますか？ フロント係は普通に感じが良いのに、朝食の従業員が非常識でかなり引きました。部屋は広いが枕の質、お風呂場の排水の悪さ、朝食会場の年配女性従業員の非常識な態度で幻滅。リピートはなし。

初めて利用しました。 千葉みなとの駅から少し歩きますが、それまでの間にコンビニいくつかあります。 ホテルの目の前はタリーズもあります。 ロビーの開放的な雰囲気、室内の落ち着いた雰囲気も良く、快適に過ごせました。 最上階のスパも利用しました。ジャグジー、サウナ、打たせ湯っぽいシャワーなど。すごく広いわけではないですが、私が利用した時間は混み合っていなかったのもありゆっくりと体をほぐすことができました。 朝食は素敵な可愛らしいシャンデリアのある落ち着いた雰囲気の中とても美味しい朝食を頂けました。 洋食メインに選びましたが特に、ハムの厚さと柔らかさが印象的でした。クロワッサンもサクサクして美味しく、コーヒーも美味しかった。たくさん食べましたが香りで気になってたカレーも少し盛り、パンにつけて食べましたが、このカレーもスパイシーでとても美味しかったです。 連泊して和食メニューも食べたかったくらいです。 スタッフの皆さんも感じが良く、さりげない心配りがよかったです。ありがとうございました。また、利用したいです。
