Hotel 5-Bintang di Trat, Thailand

Highly recommended this resort!!! Very nice place and location is amazing, located in the best beach in Koh Chang and it’s not far from the pier, there is convenient store and ATM in front of the resort. The resort has everything you need and fully of facilities. The food is delicious and reasonable price. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back!!!

Das Hotel wurde vor drei Wochen nach einer kompletten Umgestaltungen unter neuer Führung wiedereröffnet. Es gibt keinen direkten Strand, aber ein paar Schritte nach rechts beginnt ein langer Sandstrand. Viele russische Gäste. Leider wird ab 11:00 Uhr morgens bis Mitternacht der komplette Poolbereich mit lauter Musik beschallt, Ruhe Suchende sind hier fehl am Platz. Es ist wohl vom Konzept ein Beach Club. Sonst lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Momentan ist das Servicepersonal noch nicht gut geschult, besonders im Hinblick auf die Reservierung der wenigen Sonnenliegen.

nice hotel if u drive car uself,because the position is far away from town,but the view is good ,and the staffs r nice ,food is also good ,hotel is peace and quiet ,may be next time i will come back here

We have spent 6 nights in Santhiya Tree Koh Chang, even though it's rainy season, we still LOVE it there! Design: we stay at the Pool Suite Water View, almost whole building made by carved wood, traditional Thai design and lots of character, looks very beautiful & classic. Staffs: very friendly and excellent service Pools: 60m long pool at the breakfast restaurant with some seats facing the pool & peaceful mountain view. Another pool right in front of the beach & close to the villas. Both pools clean & big. Santhiya Tree use pa kao ma thai sarong as beach towel, love it! Food: delicious buffet breakfast & lots of variety. Food & drinks at the Chantara Restaurant is high quality & very yummy. The duo who sings at the restaurant are brilliant singers, you won't get bored with their performance. Room: spacious & clean, lots of electric plugs & even beach bag for use. They burn lemongrass/ citronella oil in the bathroom to keep mozzies away & room smells good. Massage at their spa: very good & reasonable price, sound of the waves makes the massage so relaxing, must try. Shuttle bus to main street: every 2 hrs they can drop you or pick up from main street as there resort is not at the road side. Not sure if it's because of low season, hope the shuttle service can be more frequent. Thank you everybody at Santhiya Tree Koh Chang for the great service and smiles. Will definitely come back for another holiday and highly recommend if you're looking for a fantastic place to stay! This beautiful place takes your stress away :) P.S. there's a small part of the road right outside the resort leading to the entrance is unsealed with lots of potholes, pretty bumpy for cars and their shuttle bus, suggest Santhiya Tree do something with it.

Usually a hotel or resort doesn't live up to the advertising but in this case it definitely does. Koh Kood is a beautiful island and this resort is amazing. Incredible location on a stunning beach, amazing facilities and fantastic staff. The deluxe pool villa was well-appointed with everything i needed, including a delightful little pool. The resort's galaxy pool is big and looks straight across the lawn to the beach. Every single staff member I came across was friendly, helpful and professional. I hope to come back to this beautiful resort another time.

Очень понравилось всё - большие просторные номера с выходом в бассейн. Правда вода в бассейне прохладная , но проплыть освежиться само то. Вкусные завтраки, мы объедались. И , что очень удобно можно в течение дня позавтракать, не ограничено по времени. Персонал весь отзывчивый и приветливый , чистота в номерах. Удобная локация - вроде и в центре , но чуть отдалено от оживленной дороги - пройти метров 200-300 (можно воспользоваться гольф карри от отеля). Из минусов - кто любит купаться в море - пляжа нет , придется ездить на другие. Хотели бы вернуться ещё )

Потрясающий отель, для тех, кто любит уединенный отдых. Отвозят на личном катере на персональный остров где мы находились абсолютно одни, с собой дают бокс со льдом и водой, снаряжения для снорклинга, полотенца. После острова можно сходить в сауну и нырнуть в басейн, в самом отеле тоже никого нет и есть ощущение, что это личный отель. В отеле в местных водоёмах много разных рыб, есть черепахи которых можно покормить за 70 батт. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, они очень стараются Любые просьбы, любые вопросы - всё решали Привозили нам даже байк в аренду Номера очень красивые, ванна потрясающая, кровать гигантская, влезут 4 взрослых человека Завтраки по меню, очень вкусные Минусы отеля что он находится на отшибе и добраться до него нам пришлось за 1000 бат Магазины тоже далеко уехать только на байке до них можно
