Beautiful property with a lot to offer. You don’t have to go anywhere once you’ve checked in. Foods are really good especially Saffron, personally I don’t find it overpriced, just standard resort pricing. This hotel is located in a more secluded area of the Phi Phi islands, offering beautiful views to the warm ocean and an exclusive, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and modern, with all the expected amenities of a 5* luxury resort. We were very disappointed though with the lack of activities available throughout the day and night. There was no music, no games, no fun times arranged by the hotel. Don’t expect any kind of entertainment, apart from the classic paid tours - snorkeling, seeing other islands around, fishing. This makes the whole experience a little boring after a while. Finally, the customer experience was far from being the best. Two days before our arrival, we contacted both Trip.com and Saii to communicate that we would arrive in Phuket later than we expected due to flight delays and, unfortunately, would not be able to get to the harbor in time for the last ferry to Saii. After 3pm there is no possibility to go there, unless you book a private boat that costs more than the resort stay itself. After many attempts of trying to find a solution, the hotel management was not flexible at all. The “options” they gave us were simply ridiculous and unreasonable (first, they suggested that we booked the private boat, then they suggested that we changed out flight time, and finally they suggested that we spent the night in Phuket and took the first ferry the day after without any kind of compensation or flexibility on their end), compared to a simple change of dates to one day ahead (same amount of days, no refund asked). They insisted that the hotel was fully booked and that this was not possible, even after we clearly showed them there was availability on many websites. We ended up loosing that one night without any kind of compensation. Very disappointing, especially when you’re talking about a luxury resort, which, by nature, is quite expensive.

Resort is set amidst a Beautiful & Picturesque location,away from the hustle and bustle of other busy resort destinations. The entrance to the resort is quite an Adventure! Ideal for a relaxing & quiet family vacation. Warm & Friendly staff, always glad to help with a smile . Well maintained rooms and amenities, could do with a bit of modernisation and luxury to match the price. Sumptuous Buffet Spread! Food Quality and Service at all the F&B Outlets was splendid. Super Cocktails! Fantastic” Instagramable”views of the ocean from the rooms and the swimming pool.!, Hence Didn't feel the need to venture out of the resort ! Would definitely come back again

遠超預期的度假酒店！剛剛開業兩個月，恰逢旅遊淡季，整個酒店的客人很少，但是感覺過去以後享受了皇室的禮遇！整個酒店的服務人員全部都圍着我們轉！是泰國之行體驗最好的酒店了！ 剛到酒店就送上水果冷飲，無論在酒店哪個角落遇到工作人員，無論是哪個工作人員，都會停下腳步微笑並問好。坐着電動tutu車，在入住前工作人員還會簡單講解酒店的佈局和理念，儀式感滿滿！ 房間的每個角落都很精緻、舒服、有鬆弛感！真的喜歡每個角落！讓我們受寵若驚的是，酒店每天至少要打掃兩次房間！我們下午check in後，傍晚去沙灘，晚上回來發現房間又打掃了一遍，幫忙疊衣服、疊床單、整理物件！因為真的是好感動，第二天放了小費在房間，酒店清潔人員也沒有拿… 因為人不多，所以我們承包了全部的五個泳池！4個淺水池，1個奧運標準的泳池！我一下到奧運標準泳池，工作人員就立刻跑到泳池邊保障我的安全（因為奧運標準泳池深2-3米），也是人生第一次遊了奧運泳池！ 這裏的早餐也非常驚艷！不是自助式的，而是有菜單的點餐式的，每一道菜都是廚師現做，而且每天都有一道當日的特色菜！我們第一天的特色菜是海南雞飯，第二天是蝦仁粥，非常美味！！ 關於地理位置，附近走幾步就有很大很美的沙灘，落日超美，而且人比較少，不像奧南海灘人那麼多。但是我們幾乎每天都打車去奧南海灘，用Grab單程200銖。酒店周圍也有很多小餐館，挺方便的！ 總之，遠超預期！

Terdapat kebaikan dan keburukan untuk lokasi terpencil, kerana ia tenang dan membolehkan anda melihat hutan yang cantik. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah ramah dan sarapan pagi sangat baik. Apabila saya tidak mahu menunggu ulang-alik atau mahu melepak nanti, saya menaiki tuk-tuk pulang ke tempat penginapan dan membayar lebih kurang 150 baht.

Sarapan sangat sedap. Ia berubah setiap hari. Kali ini ada bilik keluarga. Katil dua tingkat dan kanak-kanak sangat menyukainya. Ternyata itu adalah bilik dengan dua tempat tidur + katil dua tingkat. Ia sangat sesuai untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak. Lokasinya bukan di kawasan bandar, jadi jangan takut untuk memiliki kereta, dan jangan membayar tempat letak kereta! Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah bahawa pantai tidak peribadi

We had an amazing visit! Would definitely return! You must realize that you are staying basically in the jungle. You don't need fancy clothes. You don't even need shoes. Getting there takes time and you need to plan ahead with flights and boat transfers. We were there during ”off” season, so this information could change during high season. (Check other reviews.) There was not any entertainment, which was perfect for us! We came to rest and relax and enjoy the beach. We read books, swam, walked, ate, exercised, slept. Best vacation ever. 1) When I go to a beach resort, the most important thing is THE BEACH. This beach is gorgeous, the sand is golden, the water is clear and beautiful. The swim area is very generous and cleared of large rocks. No trash or debris. You can also go outside the swim area and snorkel near the rocks that are in front of the neighboring resort. Lots of lounge chairs with a bean-bag type cushion and large umbrellas. If chairs are taken, they also have mats that lay on the ground but with a back cushion. They were very comfortable. 2) The other thing that makes or breaks a hotel stay is the comfort of the bed, and the room in general. The bed was perfect -- not too hard, not too soft. The rooms are individual teak wood buildings and have thatched roofs. The room has air conditioning. The beds have mosquito nets, but I didn't feel like we needed them during our stay. There is a beautiful breezeway porch with chairs and cushions, then an enclosed bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. There is a separate outdoor shower behind a wooden wall. Also an outdoor sink attached to a dressing table with chair and mirror plus outlet. If you have long hair that you usually dry, I would make plans NOT to do so. It is too hot and the hair dryer is not really for styling. (ours only had high setting and it made my hair look crazy) 3) Food/Dining - The resort had a large dining area where an amazing breakfast buffet spread was served daily. We were able to get lattes with several different types of milk (regular, almond, soy). There were western choices and traditional Thai choices. Fresh eggs to order. The other restaurant is on the beach. You can get lunch/snacks and dinner there (special occasions or rain would move to the breakfast area). For dinner there were delicious Thai choices. They also had western/American food, but we ate Thai at all meals except a hamburger & fries once for lunch. 4) Drinks/Alcohol - We're not big drinkers, but I felt they had an adequate range of alcohol to make a variety of drinks/cocktails. I don't usually like sugary drinks, but the ones they serve in the fresh coconut and the fresh pineapple were delicious. They also had a fair selection of wines. We don't drink beer, but they did offer it. 5) Spa/Gym - We had Thai massages that were wonderful. There's a workout room with some free weights and several machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower). Very nice. 6) - Pool - beautiful pool that

Hotel z przepięknym ogrodem przy bardzo ładnej plaży. Fajne baseny, jedzenie normalne, bez szału. Jednak w Tajlandii najlepiej jest na mieście. Pokoje bardzo duże, troszkę trzeba poczekać na ciepłą wodę, ale zakładam, że na Ko Lancię nie znają instalacji cyrkulacyjnej wody🙈 Hotel warty polecenia, zdecydowania na plus, jako baza wylotowa na różne wycieczki po Ko Lancie i okolicznych wyspach. Sama Ko Lanta, jestem zachwycony, klimatem, widokami, kuchnią, i przesympatycznymi Tajami. Z wycieczek polecam snurkowanie czy nurkowania na Ko Ha, Ko Bida, Phi Phi. Super wycieczka kajaki po morzu andamańskim i lasach mangrowych. Ciekawa też wizyta w sanktuarium słoni. Wycieczki kupowane w lokalnych biurach, znacznie tańsze niż z biura Itaki. Tajlandia rewelacyjna, na pewno do niej wrócę.

The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure.
