Where to start... I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing. First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping. The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places. The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag. Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

The Premiere ICC Hotel is a fantastic choice, boasting a perfect location and amazing views that truly elevate the experience. The stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement: Missing Amenities: We had to call to request gowns and slippers, which should ideally be provided automatically. One of the robes was still moist, suggesting it hadn’t been dried properly. Heating Issues: The heating either wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure out how to operate it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the hotel’s strengths make it a solid option, and with a little attention to detail, it could be even better.

Прекрасный отель, отличное спокойное место для семейного отдыха, очень много зелени на территории, вкусные завтраки, доброжелательный персонал, хозяйка чудесная. Однозначно рекомендуем. Порт-Элизабет очень понравился, Индийский океан великолепный, теплый и чистый

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

The hotel is quiet pricey. Although the staff is friendly their rooms aren’t so big also their sea view facing room is not so great as it is obstructed by building.

Утренние прогулки вдоль океана стали ритуалом: бескрайняя гладь воды, сливающаяся с горизонтом, и тропинка, окаймленная цветущими кустарниками, будто созданы для медитаций и разговоров с самим собой. Шум прибоя заменял нам музыку, а звёздное небо по вечерам — самый роскошный спектакль. Удобство расположения Singa Lodge сложно переоценить: всего 63 ранда за поездку на Uber из аэропорта. Мы не потратили ни минуты на утомительные переезды, а сэкономленные средства вложили в впечатления. И они того стоили: парк Kragga Kamma Game Park, расположенный в 40 километрах, подарил встречи с жирафами, зебрами и носорогами, чьй вольный дух резонировал с атмосферой самого отеля — свободной, дикой, но уютной. Четыре дня в Singa Lodge пролетели как миг, но оставили след, сравнимый с вечностью. Этот уголок не просто оправдал ожидания — он подарил ощущение, будто мы нашли второй дом, где даже океан звучит как колыбельная. Спасибо вам за моменты, которые станут жемчужинами в нашей памяти! *P.S.
