Hôtel très bien situé et très joli. Le cadre est vraiment top ! Le personnel est au petit soin, très souriant et à l'écoute. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure vue jardin, spacieuse et bien agencée. Nous n'entendions pas les autres clients donc bien insonorisées. Le matelas était un peu mou mais confortable quand même. Pas assez de pression au niveau de la douche. Le petit déjeuner servi est copieux avec beaucoup de choix salés et sucrés (petit bémol pas de chocolat chaud). Le coin bar est assez sympa avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avions réservé 1h au spa (piscine, sauna, hammam). L'eau de la piscine était un peu fraîche et le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Il manque un jacuzzi pour compléter le tout. Peignoirs et chaussons fournis.

Beautiful hotel, clearly renovated way above the Holiday Inn usual standard. The team was pleasant and helpful and able to offer local recommendations. We had very comfortable 2 double beds, very big spacious shower Will definitely visit again

Wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing weekend with children: warm and cozy swimming pool, sauna that can be privatizedd, restaurant, daily hotel room with two bedrooms, and all the fun in one place. We recommend this place also for great walks on the natural park next door and the museums and markets at Maastricht near by.

I'll start by saying that the location of this hotel is fantastic, right near the river side so great view, lots of shopping area and restaurants and bars/pubs near by and really located in the center of Hasselt. The hotel is very small and cozy, WiFi is fast and stable and staff are really nice and speak English fluently. Breakfast is really nice, fresh and enough options to choose from and the hotel bar in the evening is great to collaborate with colleagues over a fine Belgian beer or few ;) The rooms are small but OK the only thing is the really poor water pressure and the terrible noise of the aircon during hot days.

The hotel situated in a modern tower block in the centre of town is functional. There is a commercial car park in the basement of the building. Beds were a little on the small size but managed to sleep OK. The quality of the breakfast was much better than expected. However, not really up to the standard I expect from a typical Radisson Blu hotel.

The Park inn is the budget-end sister of the Radisson Blu and shares the same building in Hasselt. The Park Inn was quiet and reasonably comfortable whilst being basic and functional. There were positives but also errors which made the stay disappointing as detailed below: Service - staff were friendly, polite and reasonably helpful, although some problems could not be rectified by them. Room - average size, very clean, excellent view over city of Hasselt (7th floor room) Tea tray in room. Hairdryer in room No fridge No iron The hotel was exceptionally quiet and we saw virtually no guests other than those in our immediate party. With this in mind we had to take our breakfast in the adjacent Radisson Blu. A bit of a convoluted walk between the two with multiple corridors, elevators etc but nothing major. Radisson Blu breakfast was exceptional, fresh, in plentiful supply and of a high quality. Negatives: No iron available despite being included on list of amenities. Error with company booking/ invoice generation meaning all delegates were asked to settle their own bills. No reasonable attempt made to remedy the situation by management despite our company having a signed contract. Windows in rooms do not open so no option for fresh air from outside. Air con present in room and working but not wonderfully efficient. Lights flickering in corridor during all 3 days of our stay.

Chambre PMR hyper spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bains. Wc avec barre d’appui, douche de plein pied avec barre. Très bel hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Parking à proximité gratuit la nuit et le dimanche. Personnel sympathique

We stayed in your hotel for 1 night and were assigned room n°11 on arrival. What a downer: you arrive in a very beautiful prestigious building and are assigned a small, dark room with no view. Very sad. If you wanted to open the window (in the morning to let in a bit of fresh air), you first had to climb on the chair, then on the desk and then you could open the window. It wasn't very clean either: there was even a cork under the desk, not ours. The service in the restaurant: chaotic. We reported this at check-out and were offered our drinks as compensation, which we also appreciate. But in the end, we don't go on holiday for a weekend to get our drinks for free, but to be able to relax and enjoy carefree.

We had a wonderful time and felt as if we were at home! Food was very tasty and the hospitality excellent!! The hotel is near the forest for big walks so relaxed place and beautiful.. Thank you so much for the great stay!! (Especially Anna) We will definitely come again.
