Hotel Dengan Gym di Pazardzhik, Bulgaria

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, but this is probably the first time I’ve experienced a hotel closing its restaurant area for a party and allowing loud music to play until 3:30 AM. Being woken up by the noise and then going down to the lobby only to be met with an indifferent attitude from the staff made the experience even more disappointing. These are behaviours that definitely do not suit a hotel of this standard. I believe especially the lobby staff should be trained to be more welcoming and on how to communicate properly with guests. the food was genuinely delicious. However, the pool temperatures were far below normal levels.

Good hotel with great spa amenities. Very good buffet style dinner, however breakfast was not well organized. Luck of plates in some areas, cold food ( fried eggs particularly) Regarding overall design.: Bathroom tiles are rough and dark and it makes not easy to maintain, craftsman of bathroom tiles also poor, is not matching to 5 stars hotel for sure. Also color coordination and room design are odd. Smoking in lobby bar is permitted, so for non smoking persons as us, not very pleasant experience.
