My friend and I traveled to Rome, and we were a little apprehensive. But the pleasant surprise of meeting such kind and friendly people, the amazing room they gave us with a little terrace, made our stay unforgettable. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff, always smiling, made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back. Thank you, Hotel Impero, for everything! 🙏🙏🙏

An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Bangunan itu sendiri menakjubkan dan pastinya menjadikan tanda harga berbaloi. Perkhidmatan daripada kakitangan sangat baik dan profesional memberikan saya apa-apa untuk mengeluh. Selain itu, mereka mempunyai gim yang baik dan restoran yang cukup bagus yang sangat berguna kerana kawasan hotel bukanlah yang terbaik. Ia bagus kerana ia berhampiran metro tetapi sebaliknya ia tidak bagus untuk lokasi.

Room and beds very comfortable. Breakfast choices very good. Fresh food. Attentive staff. Room was clean and met expectations but when serviced after asking for room to be attended, no shampoo soap cups etc renewed in bathroom.Coffee and tea provided both days. Overall a very good location to all a busy Rome has to offer.

We enjoyed our hotel stay in Nord Nuova overall. Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in. Special thanks to Riccardo from reception. Kimo, bellman was nice too to help with the luggages. Location was perfect if you want to be near to Roma Termini station. Hotel location is also not very far from Colliseum or Spanish Steps. About 30 mins walk (if you don’t get distracted along the way 😉). Hotel amenities were adequate. But the heated towel rack were not on during our 1N stay for us to enjoy “warm” towels. Overall we would recommend people to stay in this hotel. 👍

Very satisfied with the stay, hotel is clean and “high tech”. Free water 24/7 at the breakfast area. Location is good too, within walking distance from the attractions. Will book again if I’m having to Rome.

Ruby, Giulia is a great hotel in the heart of Rome close to Termini railway station. The hotel is very clean organized and it has all the amenities you need. A great team of staff that are always there whenever you need help. I wanna give a shout out to three individuals who made our stay so great one is Giuseppe, he upgraded our room and just genuinely a lovely guy. Second is Nada, she took her time out to give us a few recommendations about restaurants and life in Rome, etc. so a huge shout out to her. last but not least the manager Miks. He was so helpful after our data finished on our phones and we were leaving the next day. Thank you all Team Ruby!

The room is really tiny, and the sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear traffic noise from the road as well as noises from the hotel corridor at the same time. You can even clearly make out people talking on the phone out in the hallway. On the second day of our stay, maintenance workers were working in the corridor with music playing loudly, which seriously disrupted my rest. I haven’t slept well at all during these two days here. 房间面积很小，隔音效果非常差。马路车流声和酒店走廊噪音会同时传进房间，甚至能清晰听见走廊里客人打电话的对话。 入住第二天白天，维修工人在走廊施工，还外放音乐，严重影响我的休息。在这里住的两天，我全程都没有睡好。

Really enjoyed my time at Borgo Ripa. The staff were so kind. The rooms were clean — everyday I would find my bed made and stuff folded. There was water, utensils, and a microwave if we needed it. The place was secure too. There were codes for everything. The area was pretty and the location was a bit accessible. There were restaurants nearby and a few buses that passed. I guess my only complaints are: 1) the surrounding area was dark at night (not their fault, but kinda scary for a solo female traveler) 2) the bathroom lights were powered by a sensor, which would frequently turn off. But that’s it.

My recent stay with my mother and sister was, without a doubt, the most beautiful and relaxing trip we’ve ever taken together. Our triple room was exquisitely decorated, feeling more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The staff treated us like family, anticipating our needs without being intrusive. They were instrumental in making our trip special especially housekeeping and restaurant staff. The breakfast was amazing. The juices, local pastries, and coffee created the perfect leisurely start to our mornings. A solid 5 out of 5 stars!
