Very fancy hotel from outside, but very simple rooms inside. Old design and decoration, the rooms definitely need renovation. The location though is amazing, you are in the centre of the main area, where you can find countless restaurants and bars.

Καταπληκτική πισίνα! Οι ιαματικές δεν με τρέλαναν το φαγητό και ο μπουφές πλούσιο και νόστιμο.
Οι εγκαταστάσεις (κυρίως το δωμάτιο) για 5 αστέρων δεν ήταν, ωστόσο για την τιμή του ήταν οκ.
Το σπά αδιάφορο και η υποδοχή όχι και τόσο ευγενική.
Ενα τεράστιο αρνητικό είναι τα άπειρα κουνούπια που υπήρχαν (εντός του δωματίου) που είναι απόλυτα λογικό με βουνό απο τη μια θάλασσα απο την άλλη και 3 πισίνες μπροστά, ωστόσο απο 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα αντικουνουπικό στο δωμάτιο!!

the location is very nice , on top of a hill overlooking the beautful Evoian gulf and beach. The service is good, the outskirts of the hotel are green and pleasant. The room have nice balconies facing the beach. The swimming pool is nice too but there's no children's pool.
The rooms are fine, but a bit small, and the bed is only 1.60 m. width. The bathroom is unbearable, way too small and no place for two people. Never saw such a tiny bathroom.
Breakfast is good, with wide selection of food, but for dinner, the food in the main dinning room was not tasty and not good. We had something light at the bar outside.

Perfect resort for anyone who wishes to just get away from all. Fairly isolated with private beach and wonderful pool. Everything was clean and tidy and the food was quite good.
The best thing for me was the service - extra compliments to Ms. Panagiota at the pool bar and Mr. Grigoris at the restaurant for being so friendly and hospitable. Also, the hotel ambience is really beautiful and blends in seamlessly with the local nature. This is not another concrete mega building. Quite tasteful and cosy ambience.
Make sure you drive, otherwise it will be tough to reach the hotel and go around.
One thing that could be done better is to offer activities in the evening for all guests and not cater to specific groups that stay at the hotel only. Movie night under the stars was catered specifically to a French group audience - all in French and no subtitles so everyone else was practically excluded.

The facilities (mainly the room) for 5 stars were not, but for its price was OK.
The rare indifference and the reception is not so kind.
A huge negative is the infinite mosquitoes that were (in the room) that are perfectly logical with a mountain from one sea from the other and 3 pools in front, but from a 5-star hotel I would expect at least one antique in the room •

GGuest UserLast year, the Holy Spirit came with several groups of families and felt very friendly to our puppies. This year, 5 groups of families were organized to stay for 2 nights. Until dinner time the next day, a male waiter in the restaurant came over and asked us to take the dog to sit outside. If the dog can't be in the restaurant, Please write in the hotel introduction, we deliberately chose a hotel that can bring pets, it should be pet-friendly, this time this happened, we will not choose your hotel again, last year we also stayed for 3 nights and did not let us go outside to eat, The first 2 days were normal this time. On such a hot day, our puppy's feet have been scalded and we are not allowed to eat indoors, which is a bit unreasonable

GGuest UserWe had a quiet three-day stay, and I must say that the hotel manager and the girl in the reception are very helpful even after a problem with the website we had paid our reservation. They made sure they didn't displease us and did everything to have a nice time and thank them very much!!!
I would suggest you visit this beautiful hotel with the wonderful view and service staff For relaxation and walking around the sea or the surrounding villages !!!
