Hotel Dengan Gym di East Java, Indonesia

To get a good night's rest before climbing Mount Bromo, I booked this hotel in downtown Surabaya. The hotel was inexpensive but offered standard five-star service and facilities. Before checking out, I visited the hotel's restaurant; compared to other eateries nearby, the food was tasty and affordable. The only minor drawback was that the staff's English proficiency was limited, making communication a bit difficult.

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely loved all the friendly staff. I'll definitely be back, but next time I'll request a room on the 17th floor. This room is perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to rest.

Likely the best hotel in the area. The rooftop bar has a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!

Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

The old hotel was replaced by a theme park hotel concept. Unfortunately I'm not quite ready for that yet. The bathroom where I was staying had a moldy ceiling and some of the wood was peeling slightly. Many statues give the impression of horror. Even though the waiters are friendly, there seems to be a lack of staff for such a large number of hotels and rides, which also affects the cleanliness of the hotel, which should be maximal.

very recommended for family trip, the room clean, friendly staffs with great services, the breakfast delicious with many variations menu, will be back again once we visit banyuwangi

love everything about this hotel! breakfast was quite good with many selections, service was excellent, next to a mall and room was one of the best in surabaya so far! this hotel is considered quite old but they still managed to keep everything like new and clean. def recommend and will be back ❤️

Hotel look ok but some wallpaper in the room already old and broken, should repair soon, ac ok cold enough, some instruction for shower not so clear, breakfast standart, parking basement
