I really liked this hotel. It was leagues above any mid-range Hilton in my own country (USA). Breakfast was very decent for a buffet and room was relatively clean (staff took note of minor blemishes on a divider in the room). Wish I had an opportunity to check out the pool but I was short on time.

It’s feel me like I am on my home all the staff are eco friendly the stay was always amazing overhere.I want to recommend you ne of the staff from f&b service her name is Diya . She always attend was when I Visit over their. Her service impress both me and my wife . Thanks for your service Diya .

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

El personal de recepción siempre muy amable, me ayudó a movilizarme en forma segura, cuidaron mucho de mi, igualmente atendieron todos los servicios de lavandería, q era un sistema nuevo para mi. Agradezco mucho a Yogendra, Arti Kumari, Bijaylaxmi y Paramiject. Cada uno en su momento se esforzaron por atenderme.

This is a lovely hotel, with a very pretty veran***, front lawn and fresco paintings. It's laid back and has nice, good value food, including both Indian and European choices. There's a shop on site for souvenirs and ayurveda massage. The city centre and the train station aren't far, but the location is quite quiet given this.

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

Well, I do not write reviews but I couldn’t refrain myself from writing this one. Since the intent of service was genuine, the humbleness of the associates was felt from the moment we arrived at the pier. Each and every team member consistently wore a smile. We enjoyed the company of Vaibhav and KP. They were very polite, diligent and highly dexterous. They consistently pushed beyond the boundaries and provided superb experience at Jharoka. It was the best breakfast experience. The hostess was well very poised and great. The guest services team and front office team were superb and congenial. The housekeepers in my wing were extremely kind and did the room perfectly. The gardens were maintained superbly by the horticulturists. Every morning and evening, we dedicated our time listening to the melodious bansuri of Gajendraji while he offered it to the omnipotent and the birds chirped in the backdrop. It was serene and made the entire space magical. The performers were extremely graceful. Although, am not adept to make a verdict but they were nothing short of magnificent. It is these unparalleled and unmatched traditional practices that have kept my Bharat alive. Unfortunately, am unable to recall the names of ***y team members for the which I ardently apologise but needless to say, each and every one made our stay the most memorable one. I am grateful to each and every one. There is only one suggestion that I would propose - it would be quite beneficial to maintain a mini refrigerator to store water bottles at the luggage scanning area at the gates/pier.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

What a wonderful experience, the staff is so amazing that we decided to extend our stay, our kid was so happy because he had new friends who pampered him a lot and thus we were happy, the serene , neat and exotic property will make your holiday a memorable one for sure, definitely going again.

I have stayed in a lot of high-end properties, but this stay was something else. All 5-star hotels have great food, very good rooms, good service, but when you stay at the Raffles it's the little details that make the difference. From the get go, when I spoke to Rohan, he ensured we got the best room possible and made us feel special during our check in. No hotel has EVER put up a banner in their lobby saying ”Happy Anniversary”, this one did. There was a cake waiting for us in the lobby, No hotel has ever given us a welcome cake that was 100% Vegan, this one did. When we entered the room, we saw it was decorated with flowers on the bed, again something all 5 star hotels do, this one had a LONG sweet handwritten letter from the butler team ***** with the deco. The well ***icured gardens, the entry vie the lake, the building structure will wow first-time visitors to the property, so I won’t state the obvious. In the dining area, Dhruv and his team were something else. They had the best oat milk coffee waiting for my wife at every meal. Afternoon tea was served to us while we watched the sunset, we had to literally throw the lady out of the area, otherwise she insisted on staying in the hot sun waiting for us just in case we wanted something. All hotels give you a welcome bottle of wine, this one had one of the best and expensive bottles of Champagne for us waiting. No hotel wraps my charge wire in a cloth envelope. this hotel did it every night. I could go on and on but you get the drift. Wow and speechless

I had an exceptional experience at Bamboosaa Resort & Spa Udaipur. Truly captivated by this beautiful resort. The ambiance of the resort was absolutely delightful, offering a serene atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the resort.Special thanks to Mr.Vijay and his team member Melisha for ensuring a warm and hospitable stay. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the Jain food options offered at their BayLeaf restaurant which were delicious and well-prepared, catering perfectly to dietary preferences. Special thanks to Mr.Sunith & Chef Mr.Priyank for serving us with delicious pure Jain food and their team members Mr.Dhananjay, Ms.Lily,Ms Harshandeep for their remarkable service. Additionally, for photography enthusiasts, this resort is a paradise! The multiple picturesque locations provide a perfect backdrop for photoshoots, adding a magical touch to every picture taken.Would specially recommend this place for pre wedding shoots. It’s also just the perfect place for weddings. Overall, my stay was memorable, and I highly recommend Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa for its exceptional service, Jain cuisine, and stunning photo opportunities.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and facilities at Hotel Taj Fateh Prakash, Udaipur. Based on my experience, I believe this property should be downgraded to a four-star rating, as it does not meet the high standards typically associated with the Taj brand. This stay was part of my three Palace hotel stays with Taj, starting with the Rambagh Palace, followed by Taj Fateh Prakash, and concluding at the Lake Palace. The service and amenities at Taj Fateh Prakash were in stark contrast to the other two properties, which exemplified outstanding hospitality. Firstly, the hotel is extremely challenging for individuals with limited mobility or knee injuries. I sustained a knee sprain at the airport and was in severe pain throughout my stay. Despite this, there was no proactive effort from the staff to accommodate me in a more accessible room. The numerous flights of stairs required to reach my room were particularly distressing. The room itself was disappointing. The main door had a rudimentary latch system, which was surprising for a Palace hotel. Additionally, the carpet was old and worn. The property has only one restaurant, which is also difficult to access for those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the swimming pool, one of the main attractions, was non-functional, a fact that was not communicated to us in advance. Construction noise further disturbed our stay. The most shocking issue was the presence of large black ants in the bathroom and a stream of red ants in the bedroom. This was unprecedented in my experience with Taj properties, where simple pest control measures would typically prevent such occurrences. While the guest relations staff, particularly Pooja, was polite and helpful, the overall lack of facilities and absence of the distinctive Taj touch led me to conclude that the service at this property is lacking. The contrast with my experiences at Rambagh Palace and the Lake Palace was striking and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps in improving the standards at Taj Fateh Prakash to align with the exceptional quality expected from Taj properties.

Deepak an employee front office of fairfield by marriot is a great employee and hes great at hospitality . Loved his service ! Food was very nice . Stay was pleasant . Hotel is very nice and property is very lavish Arti bhandarkar front office is great at hospitality and soft spoken . Miss Santoshi is very well trained to deal with tourists and helps to explore city very well .

I can explain the Bal Sa***d Lake Palace in three words: refreshing, delicious, groovy! This property is a hidden gem in the city of Jodhpur and even if you don’t stay at the hotel, it’s rich splendour will enchant you to the core. Make sure that you have a bite at the Kebab Konner: their kebabs are meaty delights! This property also provides a horse riding facility and, believe me if you have the imagination, seeing my son and wife riding majestic Marwari horses was a sight to behold and certainly a treat to feast upon. Now listen carefully: if you do avail this facility, ask the groom to firstly take you to the stables, then the pleasure gardens and, if you have time, the amazing Peacock Fountain. Note to self: Try to get either Sultan or Samrat for riding. Alright, there are 26 garden view rooms, and our room no. 33 took us to another world and will made us feel that we have been a part of the Marawaris for generations. The bathroom was petite yet quaint. And don’t get me started on the staff: they were friendly, helpful and welcoming. And before I forget, lemme talk about the lake. It’s pretty vast and a picturesque spot not to miss. So, do you want a memorable experience in the middle of Jodhpur with the royal family? Make your way to the WelcomHeritage Bal Sa***d Lake Palace: it is history packed in a stay.
