Radisson Blu Hotel Jaipur is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Asia & India 🇮🇳 Jaipur, GM Mr Surya took excellent care of me and my wife with all of my requests. He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.

The reception staff, security guards, housekeeping, room service, and restaurant staff were all incredibly courteous, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean, and its location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. All the amenities required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay are available, making the experience even more pleasant. A special mention goes to **Swati**, who has been supportive from the very first day of my stay. She consistently went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Her kindness and dedication reflect the high standards of hospitality at Hilton Jaipur. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Their welcoming attitude and genuine care made my stay memorable. A wonderful hotel with stunning view over the lake, lovely pool and great staff, highly recommended. Myself and three sons loved our time at Hotel Lakend and were thrilled to be upgraded to rooms with wonderful views over the lake. Staff were great, especially our lovely breakfast waiter Sameer. And a huge thank you to the General Manager, who looked after us so well. Hope to come back.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.

Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.
