Hotel Dengan Gym di Balqa, Jordan

Nice view. There are few swimming pools and the hotel staff will provide bottles of water and towels near the swimming pool. The hotel is very close to the dead sea (walk for 5 mins or take the golf car provided by the hotel free of charge). You can take the mud and applies to your body for spa. The hotel even provides plastic transparent shoes for wearing in dead sea. There are also washing facilities for you to wash your body after playing in dead sea. Highly recommended for other visitors.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Definitely use the spa asI had a full massage and facial and felt amazing. The lifeguard at the beach was so helpful. This hotel you must book as relaxing and food so good. About 7 minutes away is Almer Dead Sea factory produce. Well worth a visit

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, sono pienamente soddisfatta, la camera era ampia pulita superaccessoriata con tv, climatizzatore e kit completo per un te caldo, con un piccolo balcone che dava sulla piscina, a pochi passi a piedi c'e' l' accesso privato al mare dove ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, teli e fanghi messi a disposizione dell' hotel per i clienti ,si puo' inoltre usufruire delle varie piscine all' interno del complesso e' stata un ottima scelta per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio in Giordania.

The service standard was good but the room was very dirty. The floor was not mopped and cleaned for a very long time. Went to the playroom as I was traveling with my toddler, the condition of the playroom was terrible and dusty. Not maintained and cleaned for a long time. The facility is old and past its peak. I paid for an upgrade for a room close to the beach and tje view was spectacular. Generally a good experience but wished it was a lot better.

The accommodation is located not very far from the main road. But the route to the hotel if arriving late at night is quite scary The property is secured by a fence and gate. There is a 24-hour security inspection unit. The room is clean, but the air conditioner temperature control is broken. Can be adjusted only for cold air and turning off the air conditioner The door on the balcony of the room was not completely closed. Causing the wind to come into the room all night The price is very affordable compared to other hotels in the Dead Sea area.

The hotel is in a good location and cleanliness is up to standard. However, when many guests check in at the same time, the concierge may not have enough time to explain everything clearly. There should be clear signs showing directions — for example, which elevator and floor to take to reach the beach. In particular, when exchanging towels after swimming in the sea, no one mentioned that towels must be exchanged upstairs before going down to the beach. There’s no towel exchange counter by the beach, so having to walk back up to exchange them is quite far.
