Hotel Dengan Gym di Balqa, Jordan

The hotel is truly magnificent! The staff are open and friendly – always ready to help with everything! I agree with other reviews about the hotel; it's indeed not new and has minor flaws in the rooms, but these are addressed through communication, and they are accommodating! The grounds are very clean and well-maintained – beautiful all around! We booked a room with a large balcony, but it turned out the photos for the room were incorrect, and it was actually in a different category. However, the hotel staff were accommodating and provided the exact room shown in the picture, instead of telling us to 'sort out the mistake ourselves' :) The view is top-notch! In the evening, there was a concert with live music and belly dancing, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Manakish with cheese is a particular favorite! The spreads were also very tasty! Overall, there's a great and extensive selection! The beach staff are excellent – it was our first time at the Dead Sea, and they helped us with everything, explained things, and assisted us attentively!

One of the most amazing places in dead sea. Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, fantastic service, friendly staff, amazing food, great pool and access to sea. Did I mention the service staff are so friendly and helpful? A big shout out to Mariah at front desk who was very friendly and helped me out with a great room, local travel and whatever queries I had. Her friendliness and service made our stay very pleasant.

Security checks are required for both vehicles and luggage upon check-in. There's also a 100 JOD (approximately 1000 RMB) credit card deposit that's only refunded 10 days after check-out. They don't provide any email confirmation or proof of a successful room inspection after check-out; everything relies on their word. Guests are completely passive in this process. On the upside, you can watch the Dead Sea sunset from the hotel and also float in it. The breakfast buffet is just so-so. For a five-star hotel, this stay felt incredibly stifling. The overall experience was quite poor.

The resort is very large and well located. Upon arrival, both of our rooms were missing hand towels, slippers, and bathrobes, so we had to call to request them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay: the rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view, and the breakfast was excellent. However, if you are someone who pays close attention to details, you may find that certain aspects are somewhat neglected. The furniture is rather basic, the lobby lacks a cozy seating area, and the staff, while polite, was often slow to respond and not particularly professional. Considering the price, I would have expected a slightly higher standard overall.

We chose this hotel based on the price; it was significantly cheaper than the others. The hotel is definitely tired, and this is most noticeable in the bathroom. The faucets barely hold, and the water pressure is weak. Water was leaking from under the toilet, so I pointed it out to the staff; they wiped it up with a rag and that was it. Breakfasts were okay: omelets, pancakes, and local food. We had dinners and liked them; they were worth 15 rubles, and there was a lot of delicious food, although there were no drinks. For lunch, we went to a burger place, a 10-minute walk away, and it was delicious! There's also a small grocery store along the way; that's about it. There are 3 swimming pools, one with slides, and sun loungers are always available. The sea is a 5-minute walk or golf cart ride away. The sea is certainly very unique; we were there for the first time, and the experience was indescribable!!! There's a vat of mud, and everyone gets dirty. The beach itself isn't very well-equipped, but there are showers and sun loungers. The WiFi is excellent! In the evening, there's live music and a short show. A 0.33 local beer at the hotel costs 5 rubles.
