На фото все соответсвует. По факту это автономный отель, после брони и оплаты надо отправить копию паспорта по электронке/воцапп и тебе придёт код домофона, инструкция как войти. Потом с телефона надо набрать номер и самое главное это понять как она открывается ибо слышно только щелчок. Моя дверь открылась внутрь после третьей попытки. В номере все чисто, хорошо. Очень порадовал нормальный молотый кофе для людей. Единственный недостаток это поломанный кран, неочищенный верхний душ и очень много пыли на вентиляторе. Терраса очень красивая, хоть и В остальном твёрдая четверка!

Maybe this hotel used to be a 4 star hotel with the previous owner. I Think the number of stars should be reconsidered. We stayed in a suite. The room it self is Nice. It is in 2 levels with the sleeping area on the top. But the funiture and style is outdated and cheap. The room was clean. Be aware, that you Will find : No breakfast No restaurant No sauna No spa No modern training hall It displayes a little bit different on the homepage......but during out stay it was ” out of order”....! So, in this 4 star hotel, the only Thing you Will find, is a room with a bed. You Will have a short walk to the main shopping street and the shopping center Akropolis.

Stayed one night and I’m happy with my hotel choice. Pretty modern and close to Kaunas center and right in front of bus and train stations. Very good option if you have an early bus or train next day. Breakfast buffet was quite good. I opted for coffee, fried egg, sausages and smoked salmon + couple of delicious pastries. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant as well. You can go there and check the city view. Staff was friendly. I mostly travel in Asia and was surprised not to find any slippers in the room 😅 and don’t expect anything else in the room besides a bottle of mineral water, 2 towels and a hairdryer. I guess it’s catered for basketball fans who come to watch games in the nearby arena. There were lots of basketball themed details in the hotel.

Good, centrally located hotel which is on the airport bus route (29) with a stop directly outside. Mixed bag of rooms - high floors at the back have a view of the impressive white domed St Michael’s church whilst others look out onto a central courtyard/terrece.  Service was efficient but not particularly friendly. Hotel is used by airline crew and health tourists (lots of people on crutches). Breakfast had plenty of choices but geared towards Eastern European palate: cold herring. Salads etc. All in all it was a good stay.

El edificio está a unos minutos andando del centro de Kaunas. La habitación es bastante pequeña, más aún de lo que parecía en las fotos. No hay espacio suficiente para moverse ni abrir la maleta. Cabe destacar que no había enchufes en el baño, por lo que no se podía enchufar el secador. Los únicos enchufes de la habitación estaban detrás de la cama (inutilizables ya que no había espacio para poder moverla) o al final en un espacio bastante inaccesible. La limpieza de la habitación también podría mejorar.

Very nice hotel! It's centrally located with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. They have a lovely, cosy courtyard. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of food. The restaurant was also very nice; the food was superb, but a bit pricey. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they don't have a safe box in the rooms. Regardless, I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a one-night stay on my 2nd visit to Kaunas. A very friendly welcome at the reception. Our rooms were ready early! A traditional and quite large hotel. A good-sized room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location. Very central. Close to the sights, the restaurants and the bars. The old town is quite a walk, but less than £3 in UK money for a taxi there. The hotel is very reasonably priced and I would be happy to stay there again.

Not the biggest fan of Best Western hotels but this one pleasantly exceeded expectation. Very good size bedroom, well maintained, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was fine, particularly by Eastern European standard. Location was good. Very close to the main promenade for the bars and restaurants, and a 20 minute walk at most to the town hall square at the heart of the old town. Free car parking provided.
