GGuest UserAmazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.
GGuest UserExcellent location, friendly staff, and great services! I even tried the gym and the spa (small but tidy and well-equipped).
The bar was a bit pricey though; I paid 10€ for a cappuccino and a slice of cake.
GGuest UserGood hotel with a large room.
Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc.
We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.
GGuest UserThe room was nice, small but compact.
TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available.
Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure).
Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours.
Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested.
Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine.
Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on.
Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival.
Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty.
I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*
GGuest UserThis hotel isn't just close to the Christmas market; it feels like it's right inside it! The location was absolutely perfect, and it's super close to the bus stop too. As for amenities, it was simple, as is common in Europe, with no toothbrush, but I was grateful for the body lotion, especially for my dry winter skin. The shower pressure and temperature were both excellent. Plus, there were cute dwarf statues in front of the hotel building!
JjedbasaMy stay at Q Hotel Plus Wrocław was defined by quiet excellence and thoughtful precision, where every detail seemed guided by care and professionalism. The staff embodied genuine hospitality—gracious, attentive, and effortlessly efficient—creating an atmosphere of ease from arrival to departure. The hotel’s facilities were modern and refined, offering comfort without excess, while the rooms stood out for their immaculate cleanliness and serene order. Its location in Wrocław struck a rare balance between accessibility and calm, allowing seamless connection to the city’s pulse while preserving a sense of retreat. Altogether, the experience felt cohesive and elevated, leaving an impression of understated luxury rooted in service, cleanliness, and thoughtful design.
Rrach_tThe hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.
JJubtiThe hotel is close to the city center and also conveniently located near the NFM parking, which is currently the cheapest in Wrocław. The deluxe room met our expectations and offered a great view. However, if you need quiet, it's worth asking for a room on the quieter side of the building.
SSimas ŽelvysStayed one night for business and the hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The location next to the cathedral is genuinely impressive — quiet despite being central, which is rare. Room was spacious and well-thought-out, the sofa setup worked perfectly. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The industrial-chic design feels intentional rather than trendy. Sky bar is worth a visit even if you're not staying long. Would book again without hesitation for future trips to Wroclaw.
KkthérèseI had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!
