This was our 4th time at Vega. We’ve been as a couple a couple of times, with my mother in law, and this time with the kids. The first thing to say is that staying in Vega is just that - its all about the private beach and the pool - of you stroll out into Mamaia you find a slightly run down seaside resort that needs some investment. The beach at Vega is lovely, slightly pebbly but nice. The sea is a long way from the hotel as they have extended the beach since we first stayed here but its still nice. Drinks service at your sun loungers is excellent. The beach can be quite windy but I like that in 35 degree heat! The pool is very deep and very nice, no problem getting sun loungers, and the pool side service of drinks and food is excellent. Breakfast and lunch is included in the room rate and is a hotel buffet which is average but enjoyable. The thing that makes the hotel is the staff - they are amazing. Reception, restaurant, and beach staff are really attentive and very friendly, you really feel at home here. The one downside, and why it doesn’t get 5 stars, is that the bedrooms are a little tired. We have stayed in suites and the standard premium rooms and they are all clean and nice but feel like they were last refurbished in the 90s. I can’t comment on dinner as we always get a cab to Constanta to eat out (20 mins taxi). Overall, we enjoy Vega and will keep coming back for the lovely setting and the amazing staff.

One of the best hotels in Constanta and a very good location for beach and also city sightseeing, the view is amazing and also charming. The location close to Neversea beach is good! The rooms are cozy and sea themed. Also the crew is very friendly.

The architecture is fantastic, ancient Egypt is present everywhere. The terrace is dreamy, it invites you to taste a glass of rosé wine in the evening .... What I think you should have is an indoor pool ..... Success

Impecably clean. Maximum attention to details: no restrictions about using the spa area,you can stay as long as you want, the temperature is carefully controlled on all hotel areas,I felt no disconfort on leaving the spa area to get to my room, they constantly perfume the air , there is low volume music suitable for total relaxation. The room was cleaned every day and the towels,bathrobes changed and shampoo refilled, any demands were met quickly. Breakfast was diverse ,tasty, good expresso. And the massage, amazing.( Felicia and her collegue we're profesional and pleasant). Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel

Geschäftlich war ich in drei verschiedenen Hotels hier in Konstanta. Alle hatten vier Sterne aber nur eins konnte mit Service, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Kundenservice überzeugen. [Das On Plonge Junior]. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich. Das Zimmer immer top sauber. Essen und Getränke waren wirklich gut und günstig. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen ist hier die kinderfreundlichkeit und die Möglichkeit für die kleinen zu spielen. Eine extra eingerichtete Spielecke und Bolzen vor dem hotel war zu keiner Zeit ein Problem. Wäscheservice wurde auch angeboten und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Alles im Wäschebeutel abgeben und 48h später gewaschen und zusammengelegt zurück. Ich erwähne das hier da in einem anderen Hotel zwar auch Wäsche gewaschen wird aber nicht die Unterwäsche. Ganz ehrlich, was soll das denn. Abschließend ein ganz dickes Lob an das ganze Team vom On Plonge, macht weiter so.

Apartment units were roomy and comfortable. My friends and I each got a room. Theirs had a balcony but mine did not. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. This was the only place I stayed at which required a signature on a contract listing a bunch of things they did not want you to do while staying there. But I imagine most people will actually like those restrictions. They have an on-site cinema that shows 2 films per day. They also have a restaurant with delicious food but terrible service. We ate there 3 times and they got our order wrong all 3 times. Unreal. Also, the location isn't in a convenient area if you enjoy walking. But overall, Mava Apartamente provides a comfortable accommodation at a great value.
