Lovely hotel. Use the spa! About £25 pp but you have a coke Walter plunge pool outside and a jacuzzi at 37C. Bookable in 2 hour sessions from midday,2pm etc. Kids only midday and 2pm allowed. The shop had free sledges for guests to borrow. Try Ann’s the restaurant 5-7 mins walk. Pizza burgers and great Thai food. Very cheap. Free ice cream. We used Lapland sled dog adventures and went snowmobiling and husky sledding. The best business around. They love their dogs and a very small team run it who really look after you the guest and their animals. Breakfast is great at Camp Ripan as well.

Very friendly and supportive staff from reception throughout catering, very joyful stay in the hostel with professional, well-managed and equipped facilities. Most importantly, the location is so perfect and convenient in terms of skiing, hiking and seeing lights ! Love this place and wish can come back in another season yo see the national park!

After driving 14 hours from Stockholm to Luleå in -40° we arrived at a different accommodation to find it wasn't fit for purpose. At 10pm we rocked up to the front desk of Quality Hotel Luleå to be greeted by the friendly face of Mats. Our knight in shining armour, he set us up for the night in a lovely room for 3. After a hot shower and a cup of tea we all had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast included the morning after was an added bonus. Marie was also very helpful in allowing us to store our perishables in the fridge. An absolute whirlwind of a first night in Lapland, it ended so much better than we had expected!

Perfect choice of stay for a mid range business trip. Ask for a room with windows as the default is a windowless room. Not that it matters much in the extra long winter nights. In fact you can sleep far better in one during the extra long summer day (no dark). Fantastic breakfast buffet, in both senses of location setting and contents.

I stayed one night. The room was fine, the radiator worked, the bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable enough, I like a harder bed and it was hardish. Everything worked as it should do. The hotel has a sauna and a small gym. Breakfast was ok, maybe the best thing was the smoked salmon. The bread was mostly white, not much whole meal/brown bread. It is a small town, and the hotel is right in the centre. Just meters away from 2 supermarkets.

We had a suite in the hotel which was a large room with seating area and a table and chairs. Bathroom was large with jacuzzi bath(which was used and clearly hadn’t been flushed through for a while “yuk” !! , ) multi function shower which was in need of some repair to certain parts of its original functionality did provide the basic shower function Room was clean as were all parts of the hotel Overall the breakfast and ambience of the breakfast room was really nice Eden pub, which is the restaurant within the hotel sells burgers and pizza- had a moose burger which was “ok”, however the carpaccio pizza my wife had was really nice Reasonably priced all things considered . - pizza ,burger and chips, , one desert, two beers and a bottle of red wine £95 There is construction work going on in the car park as part of a large extension. Overall our experience here was good and the hotel certainly does the job Gym looked well equipped across multiple basement rooms Sauna looked ok as well Overall you cannot go wrong with choosing this hotel

We chose to stay in this place because of their spa. Our expectations were exceeded on every aspects. Check in, staff, the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, the room with a view.. The quality and the versatility of the spa was a pleasant surprise as well. Different kind of saunas, showers and the different pools and yacuzzis from ice cold to hot ones indoors and outdoors were awesome so one could easily stay there for hours. The bar sold refreshments which we could bring to the spa. This place is probably very popular during the summer because they have a RV park outside but on an October Wednesday it was perfectly peaceful. Another thing that has to be especially mentioned was their beautiful restaurant. It’s not always easy to find gluten-free vegan fine dining but this place managed to deliver an unforgettable experience for me. Food both looked amazing and tasted amazing. My companion who is a chef also really enjoyed her meat and fish dishes. Also the breakfast was excellent with good gluten-free and vegan selection. (I did inform them of my diet when making the booking) I cannot wait to visit again!
