The receptionist had to ask her colleague on how to get to places from the hotel when we asked. We needed to ask about the whereabouts like the breakfast hall, wifi, toothpaste and toothbrush, we were not informed while checking in. Early check in was possible with a fee. But the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

Internet is horrible here. If you need to work, use your phone DATA better. however, the BREAKFAST is VERY GOOD. we request for a room change during check in, but the receptionist wasn't that pleasant to change. we tried that in many hotels, many do help change room for us. Probably she was too busy. overall stay is Good, the subway is right NEXT to it. like 10 steps away. Many shops around too. Safe.

Basic but clean accommodation. A bit of a longer walk into the centre than I thought but easily done. Kettle available but no tea/coffee etc so a bit pointless, although I had taken a couple of coffee sachets so it wasn’t bad for us. Room cleaned daily and clean towels daily which was nice. Great if you’re driving and need a parking space and quick to get to from the airport with a bus stop right outside. Reception staff were polite and welcoming. We just wanted a base and somewhere to sleep for a short break.

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. Muy agradables, resuelven cualquier cosa (nosotros fuimos sin cargador y nos cargaron el teléfono). -Desayuno: son 7€, buffet libre HAY DE TODO!! Es una maravilla. Además el desayuno empieza a las 8;00 y termina a las 11:00 pero he visto gente desayunando mas tarde y el hotel no ha puesto problemas. -Limpieza: todo estaba en perfecto estado y la limpieza impoluta. Las camas bastante cómodas. Sábanas suaves y almohadas acorde. Dispone de piscina y pista de padel. Sin duda alguna una experiencia que vamos a repetir

На первом этаже и у входа стоит неприятный запах. Не канализацией, но все равно неприятно. То ли болота, то ли сырости. Как в предбаннике старой бани. Этот запах портит все впечатление об отеле. Номер достаточно просторный и чисты. Вид на двор с бассейном и боковой на улицу. Убирают тщательно. На рецепции дают пляжные полотенца, но тут же предупреждают, что в город их брать нельзя. Я было опешила, подумала не брать полотенца, а нафига они мне, если выйти на пляж нельзя. Но администратор буквально запаха мне их в пляжную сумку. Короче, правила для того, чтобы их нарушать. Заселили без карты и депозита. Завтрак скромный, но сытный. Из горячего скрэмбл, колбаски жареные, бекон и или блины или картофельные вафли или глазунья. Из выпечки отмечу чизкейк потрясающе вкусный и нежный. МСная нарезка тоже хорошая хамон, ветчина 3 в лов салями. Сыров мало. Фроктов много дыни2 сортов, арбуз, нектарин, яблоки груши, апельсин, грейпфрукт, банан. Авангардные скульптуры в холлах и на территории козырька. Через дворцовый проезд торговый центр, где я все три дня и шопилась, тем более началась распродажа. Скверы, музеи парк Гулливер, остановки транспорта все в 2 шагах. Вай фай плохой, часто висит, не погружается. Если бы не 2 минуса, запах и Вай фай, все было бы идеально.

El hotel está muy fácil de encontrar. El hall de la entrada está muy bien para comer, leer, descansar, y conectarse a Internet con el portátil. Todos los trabajadores son simpáticos y muy serviciales explicando todo los detalles. Nos guardaron las maletas cuando dejamos las habitaciones. El pasillo de las habitaciones y las habitaciones están súper limpias y huele muy bien. La cama es muy comoda. En el desayuno hay de todo. El café y el zumo de naranja natural son muy buenos. Volveremos!

The hotel is nice and clean with go facilities. Drink and food expensive compared to the restaurants in Alicante town. The staff are extremely rude, I had a small bag of crisps that I purchased from the supermarket, I was eating them at the pool area, when along came the pool boy said in his loudest voice, sorry you are not allowed to eat food that has not been purchased in the hotel. I was so taken aback. There was children running around with a big bag of sweets that didn’t come from the hotel, they were not stopped . We got some cocktails at night and the bar staff came up to use 3 times to ask us our room number for the bill, then came up and asked us to pay. The hotel is a good 15 /20min walk to the beach , in the 34 degree heat it was a long walk. It is all on the flat. Alicante is a nice city plenty of restaurants and shops. You can go to another quieter beach if you go on the tram 2 stop, there you can do water sports. We tried paddle boarding . Great fun. View from room was a graffiti wall, not the best

Very professional hotel with excellent service. The location of the hotel is fine however 'feels' isolated. Very well received at check in and polite and correct check out. Very clean room of reasonable size. Recommended.

This hotel is so reasonably priced, and actually in a perfect location too get too all the main things too see in Valencia. Though it is 30 minutes from the beach, they give you a towel for free, around being paid for prior and refunded after, and it is a good walk too experience the cities culture and marina on the way. It is only 15 minutes too walk too the incredible Arts and Science Arichectural Area, and likewise too the staggering parts of the Old City. Rooms are adequately comfortable, Bathroom was huge, and the safe free and large enough for even a notebook.Good too have a very chilled fridge, though no kettle as is most nowadays, For those on a budget, there is a cheap supermarket across the road for all your needs, a good cheap bar and cafe right next door, large pizza chips and beer for 10 pounds perfect. The breakfast choice is absolutely superb here, and there is a beautiful lady who runs it, shame i didnt catch her name but she was incredibly welcoming friendly and considerate, and an amazing way too help start your day.

Mooie ruime standaard 2 persoonskamer met comfortabel kingsize bed. Alles is zeer netjes verzorgd in dit hotel inclusief de traphal, de gangen en de liften. Het ontbijt is een groot buffet met enorme keuze van koud en warm, zelfs cava is er inbegrepen! Ook een groot pluspunt van dit hotel is de parkeergarage waar we gebruik van konden maken. Volgende keer wanneer we naar Valéncia gaan nemen we zeker dit hotel terug, super!
