"I did not get to stay at Raheem Residency. I was already in India when I cancelled my reservation. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and decided to cut short my trip. The hotel waived my fees even though the deadline for cancellation has past. Hotels with such values must be pleasant to stay with."

"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good."
