"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"Worst experience of my life. Entire boat house feels very shady. It felt like a scam. It is entirely different what is it showing in the images. Food is very bad. Serving used water bottle. The drive is very less and stop at some place where the view is not appealing at all. The washroom was smelling awful l. Slippers are not allowed inside the boathouse but they didn't provide any replacement for that nor the floor was clean to walk on. The common sitting area is dirty. Lots of lizard and spiders all over. Food is tasteless and unhygienic. Mattress was dirty. Staff and captain behavior seems too rude."

"Good food and large rooms but need to be maintained and added fresh components. The antique look and feel is good but cleaner upholstery and drapes would be well appreciated. There’s a beautiful pool that even little kids can enjoy. Good and tasty food, we loved the beef and parottas. "

"Had many insects at night esp in Room n dining area. Not much amenties. Bathroom had sewage smell very disturbing and not pleasant. Food prepared was basic. Unless u buy and ask them to cook the fish."

"Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money. "
