Hotel berhampiran The Hive Thonglor, Bangkok

Getting to places will be a problem by car sometimes due to the massive jam right outside the hotel’s entrance and exit. Called guest service to clear my room service plates but they didn’t come and I had to ring a second time. Called them the next night to help clear my bin (it was full thanks to takeout) and they didn’t appear again. We always remembered to tip when asking for help btw, don’t get me wrong. Ultimately gave up and left it outside our room door. Many nice bars and eateries around, including great coffee, brunch and some bomb ass ramen. Area is somehow a “mini Japan” and there’s a big mall nearby - Emquartier! View at the pool isn’t great, breakfast was miserable at best, besides the eggs and bread, but what do you expect for 550thb? All in all still a fairly decent stay. Cheers.

I only had rush trip in Bkk for 1 night. I and my teenage son arrived at midnight, only 1 night duty staff was at counter but he was very kind to me, Warm welcome with smiles. security guard who help us with parking did a great job. Next day, check out, front staff are welcome with smiles and because of heavy traffic, we are required for tuk tuk service, staff who drove us so kind, he dropped us at BTS elevator also help me carry my luggage. Hotel room new, clean, bed and pillows are comfy, slippers, iron+iron board. I will definitely return to Oakwood sukhumvit again. 5 starts services.

Ini adalah hotel di mana anda boleh pergi dari Stesen Ramkhamhaeng tanpa basah walaupun hujan. Terdapat kakitangan lain semasa daftar masuk, tetapi saya pergi ke sana dua kali dan hanya seorang yang berada di sana. Ia akan mengambil sedikit masa untuk mendaftar masuk. Deposit ialah 500 baht. Terdapat 3 lif jadi anda tidak perlu menunggu lama. Kunci bilik adalah kunci ortodoks. Untuk menutup, tekan butang pada pemegang dari dalam bilik. Tandas dan tab mandi adalah jenis yang sama. Anda boleh mendengar banyak bunyi di luar mungkin kerana pengudaraan. Tab mandinya kecil sedikit. Terdapat dua jalur kuasa berhampiran cermin. Ia bukan di sebelah katil. Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht. Anda juga boleh pergi ke pusat dalam arah yang bertentangan. Pengangkutan adalah mudah. Terdapat juga pasar malam kecil di bawah stesen. Back again for the 3rd time and we are pleasantly surprised that the front desk staff, Bihm, recognised us and warmly welcomed us, offering us a free room upgrade. We enjoyed the location where it’s near to Sam Yan MRT and Sam Yan Mitrtown. We like that the hotel lobby is very spacious as well, which allowed us to wait in the comfort and have our complimentary iced jasmine tea when waiting for our transportation. The concierge staff is friendly and helpful, making small talk with us when they’re less busy. Would definitely return again for its value for money!

Kemudahan berjalan kaki adalah baik kerana pusat membeli-belah terletak kira-kira 45 minit hingga sejam, kereta api sjy terletak kira-kira 25 minit jauhnya, dan bas terletak kira-kira 10 minit jauhnya. Restoran terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki juga, dengan beberapa restoran di dalam hotel. Jati emas mempunyai pilihan makanan yang berpatutan untuk harganya, dan saya katakan bufet sarapan pagi mereka adalah harga yang berpatutan. Tempat dim sum bukanlah yang terbaik tetapi mereka mempunyai pilihan bufet juga.

Hotel ini sangat baru dan mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik. Ia hanya dalam jarak tiga hingga empat minit berjalan kaki dari jeti Asiatique dan iconsiam. Ia hanya mengambil masa dua minit untuk berjalan kaki ke BTS. Kakitangan perkhidmatan mempunyai sikap yang sangat baik Sarapan paginya lazat dan mewah, dan sarapan berubah setiap hari. Kecuali air mandian panas dan sejuk, semuanya baik-baik saja

My 2nd stay at this hotel. My wife likes it very much. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is within close proximity to a lot of street food options and a 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Icon Siam is also very close to the hotel. Will come back again to this hotel in the future. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

This hotel has really nice location and access to Khaosan st. There’s nice pool at 1st floor and actually it was available to smoke. We didn’t order breakfast or any other options so i can’t tell if it was good or bad tho there’s little shops at ground floor and it actually helpful :) I strongly recommend backpackers to stay here this hotel. I could get nicer service compared to how much i paid for it.
