⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the sea and Burj Al Arab. The facilities are world-class – the private beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and every meal we had was delicious. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the team, which made the experience truly memorable. This hotel is perfect for families as well as couples, with plenty of activities and entertainment for all ages. I would highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely return on my next trip.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever. At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day. A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit. The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way. Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued. In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

Had such a wonderful stay at Ramada JBR. Special thanks to receptionist Mohammed for kindly allowing us to upgrade to a better room and making our stay extra comfortable. Huge appreciation as well to Manager Sam for guaranteeing us a late check-out until 4pm, which really helped us enjoy our trip without rushing. And thank you to Myo for the excellent service and assistance throughout our stay as a waiter. Your hospitality truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended!

Atlantis The Palm – Family All-Inclusive (11–15 May, 4 Nights) An absolutely fantastic family getaway at one of Dubai’s most iconic resorts. The all-inclusive deal was great value and the experience lived up to the hype in almost every way. The highlight for the kids was undoubtedly the pools and Aquaventure Waterpark — they were completely obsessed and didn’t want to leave. As parents, it was genuinely wonderful to watch them have so much fun in such a well-maintained and safe environment. The resort itself is stunning, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food and overall experience were excellent throughout our stay. The only minor downside worth mentioning was the bathroom amenities — the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were wall-mounted and barely functional, with very little product coming out. A small fix, but noticeable after a long day at the waterpark. Hopefully the hotel addresses this as it’s the one thing that didn’t match the otherwise premium standard of everything else. Overall, a near-perfect family holiday. Atlantis The Palm absolutely delivers on the magic — we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable all-inclusive experience! 🌊🏝️

We had a lovely stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. Check in was smooth and Yazan was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a really nice gesture and made our stay even more special. The views from the hotel are stunning, the room was beautiful, and the shower was honestly a dream. The bell team provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the reception team was always responsive and helpful. We visited during Eid, so the hotel was understandably busy. One thing I wish is that the swimming pool stayed open a little later, as it got quite crowded during the day and it would have been nice to enjoy it in the evening as well. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which kept stopping and starting intermittently. It wasn't a major issue for us and we didn't raise a complaint during our stay, but it is something that could be looked into. The dinner buffet was good, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The restaurant managers at both dinner and breakfast went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome. As a Muslim guest, I would also appreciate clearer and more prominent labeling of pork items in the breakfast area. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after. The service was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and I would definitely return in the future.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and my it felt wonderful both times. The location of the hotel is probably one of the best in Dubai. The front desk helped me with all my requests. The views are incredible too.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction. On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services). Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future. While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.

As a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay: • Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage. • Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. • No one escorted us to the room. • Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups. • Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests. • Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet. • Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am) • On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late. • On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend. Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand. This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

Расположение отлично, в общем то вторая линия Дубай Марины, у меня даже был вид на Марину и мечеть, стиральная машинка очень большой плюс если ты надолго, все для жизни есть как в квартире. Ну все же как экономичное размещение отель не новый. Завтраки вот не очень, яйца только ванные никаких омлетов да еще и перевареные очень сильно желток аж синий, один раз были жареные но такое чувство что во фритюре я даже пробовать не стала супер пережаренные, себе купила сама яйца в магазине и варила в номере для меня это прям очень важно, и еще, в ресторане и отеле весь персонал очень мил, кроме женщины, которая по моему там единственная, она крайне не вежлива и груба. Я понимаю все в жизни бывает ю, но я жила там 18 дней и всегда она выглядела очень недружелюбно может быть именно со мной и я ошибаюсь, но все же не могу не озвучить, это все таки портит впечатление об отеле.
