Great location and facilities. Service generally pretty good but the breakfast in the buffet restaurant was busy and service was reflective of that.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever. At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day. A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit. The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way. Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued. In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

Even though my stay at Atlantis The Palm was just for one night, opting for an Imperial Club room turned it into a truly luxurious escape that felt like pure VIP treatment from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the private check-in at the elegant Imperial Club Lounge set the tone—skipping the busy main lobby and being greeted with a refreshing welcome drink while admiring the stunning views over the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah.

We had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria The Palm. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the service throughout our visit was exceptional. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who kept our room spotless every day with great attention to detail. The room service was prompt, professional, and consistently delivered high-quality meals and service. What truly stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was that the pool is not very large, so it can feel a bit crowded during busy periods. However, this did not take away from the overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Waldorf Astoria The Palm to anyone looking for excellent service, immaculate rooms, and warm hospitality.

My husband and I just love this resort. The golf course is beautiful and so well manicured played it many times. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to and treatments great. Just a lovely relaxing place with first class service.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

Amazing hotel and service. We loved everything about the hotel. All of us adults and kids had fun. Breakfast was super delicious. My wife visited the spa and it was amazing. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in experience was fair comparing to the number of people in the queue.

The hotel is beauty and the facilities is great The reception Vilma and someone delivery my luggage so nice. Bfast so great However, my room have something like cockroach and fly and the Japan restaurant tori is bad. Don’t go. I can taste the freeze of the sashimi and little bit fishy.

Good location near metro station. Walking distance to the beach 20-25 minutes or tram about 10 -15 minutes. Nice pool. Restaurant is not that good. Spirit store 20 minutes walking. Not many shops or cafe around . Generally good location for a good price but if with small children it May be complicated to get to the beach and back.
