CCarina HoBreakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!!
For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant.
Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you??
I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!!
Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?!
What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay!
Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training.

CCai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.
At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.
A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.
The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.
The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.
Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.
In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.

DDr Bea TRamada Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Superb employee relations from the front desk to the restaurant and the concierge. Everybody was willing to assist and were always smiling. Our room was daily cleaned, and we noticed that too! After coming back from a day of activities, we came home to everything clean and organized. None of our important things were touched, clothes folded aside.
We couldn't get intouch with them thru email tho. I emailed before coming to Dubai to arrange an airport transfer. But it was alright since the hotel's location was near the Metro and Tram anyway!
Maybe a little updating of the hotel's hallways and elevators would make it more modern, but probably when tourism picks up again. Until next time, Ramada!

From the moment I arrived, the private check-in at the elegant Imperial Club Lounge set the tone—skipping the busy main lobby and being greeted with a refreshing welcome drink while admiring the stunning views over the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah.

SSAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨
The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.
The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.

They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly.
One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛
It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨

HHazim ARAmazing hotel and service. We loved everything about the hotel. All of us adults and kids had fun. Breakfast was super delicious. My wife visited the spa and it was amazing. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in experience was fair comparing to the number of people in the queue.

GGrandpaGVery impressive hotel. Almost everything was perfect from our arrival, with a special mention for Omar on Reception who dealt with us very professionally. All the facilities were first class, both interior and exterior. The numerous staff were amazing. We had Executive Club access which negated the need to eat in the restaurants. The Club was excellent with very attentive staff and great food and drink. However our last night was spoiled by two families with five screaming children, in spite of Club regulations which ask parents to ensure that their children do not affect the serenity of the place. Management need to place an age limit on children's access to the Club so that a minority do not spoil the ambiance for the majority.

PPengguna TetamuAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay:
• Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage.
• Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel.
• No one escorted us to the room.
• Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups.
• Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests.
• Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet.
• Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am)
• On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late.
• On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend.
Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand.
This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

Нам нужно было продлить проживание на несколько ночей, пока не возобновят перелёты. У нас было очень много наличных денег и совсем не было средств на банковской карте, на российские карты совершенно нет возможности внести наличные. Мы обратились на ресепшен отеля с просьбой продлить нам проживание за наличные. Менеджер написала на бумажке стоимость 975 дирхам за ночь! Причём на Трип номеров было много и цена от 325 дирхам. Кстати, в течение дня наличие номеров не изменилось, а вот цена выросла до 500 за ту же категорию номера! В общем, нам пришлось переезжать в другой район города. К счастью, попался отличный другой отель за 200 дирхам, в котором согласились взять оплату наличными дирхамами.
