PPengguna TetamuReception desk: very formal and stressed ladies and gentlemen, but ok, for check-in/out not bad at all. The rest: very kind and helpful, especially the big guy at the entry (valet parking), room service and the whole pool stuff (pool bar and life guards) - great experience, thanks for that. :) not to forget the breakfast and dinner stuff, also very kind, but I assume to much people at once, especially in the morning...they are so doing their best.
Cleanless: perfect (Ok, one dripping AC on 9th floor nearby elevator - it was really wet these days)
Food: great food and a lot of choice's.
Rooms: nice family room, with two separate children beds (big and comfortable matraces).
Location: nearby the beach, directly in front of Burj Al Arab - perfect.

CCai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever.
At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day.
A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit.
The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun.
The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way.
Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued.
In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere.

DDr Bea TRamada Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Superb employee relations from the front desk to the restaurant and the concierge. Everybody was willing to assist and were always smiling. Our room was daily cleaned, and we noticed that too! After coming back from a day of activities, we came home to everything clean and organized. None of our important things were touched, clothes folded aside.
We couldn't get intouch with them thru email tho. I emailed before coming to Dubai to arrange an airport transfer. But it was alright since the hotel's location was near the Metro and Tram anyway!
Maybe a little updating of the hotel's hallways and elevators would make it more modern, but probably when tourism picks up again. Until next time, Ramada!

From the moment I arrived, the private check-in at the elegant Imperial Club Lounge set the tone—skipping the busy main lobby and being greeted with a refreshing welcome drink while admiring the stunning views over the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah.

PPengguna TetamuWe had the most wonderful Eid staycation at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah with my children. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special and relaxing.
The room was beautiful and very comfortable, offering the perfect space for us to unwind. We truly enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the delicious food throughout our stay. The kids club was also fantastic and kept my children happy and entertained.
Overall, we spent such lovely, memorable days together. It was exactly the kind of experience I had hoped for—peaceful, joyful, and truly special for our Eid celebration. Highly recommended! ✨

SSAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨
The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.
The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.

They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly.
One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛
It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨

GGrandpaGVery impressive hotel. Almost everything was perfect from our arrival, with a special mention for Omar on Reception who dealt with us very professionally. All the facilities were first class, both interior and exterior. The numerous staff were amazing. We had Executive Club access which negated the need to eat in the restaurants. The Club was excellent with very attentive staff and great food and drink. However our last night was spoiled by two families with five screaming children, in spite of Club regulations which ask parents to ensure that their children do not affect the serenity of the place. Management need to place an age limit on children's access to the Club so that a minority do not spoil the ambiance for the majority.

PPengguna TetamuAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay:
• Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage.
• Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel.
• No one escorted us to the room.
• Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups.
• Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests.
• Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet.
• Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am)
• On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late.
• On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend.
Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand.
This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

HHazim ARAmazing hotel and service. We loved everything about the hotel. All of us adults and kids had fun. Breakfast was super delicious. My wife visited the spa and it was amazing. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in experience was fair comparing to the number of people in the queue.

PPengguna TetamuРасположение отлично, в общем то вторая линия Дубай Марины, у меня даже был вид на Марину и мечеть, стиральная машинка очень большой плюс если ты надолго, все для жизни есть как в квартире.
Ну все же как экономичное размещение отель не новый.
Завтраки вот не очень, яйца только ванные никаких омлетов да еще и перевареные очень сильно желток аж синий, один раз были жареные но такое чувство что во фритюре я даже пробовать не стала супер пережаренные, себе купила сама яйца в магазине и варила в номере для меня это прям очень важно, и еще, в ресторане и отеле весь персонал очень мил, кроме женщины, которая по моему там единственная, она крайне не вежлива и груба. Я понимаю все в жизни бывает ю, но я жила там 18 дней и всегда она выглядела очень недружелюбно может быть именно со мной и я ошибаюсь, но все же не могу не озвучить, это все таки портит впечатление об отеле.
