O único detalhe que pode melhorar é a iluminação da pia, pois a luz amarela é péssima para quem precisa fazer maquiagem e colocar lentes de contato (para pessoas que usam graus elevados a luz amarela prejudica a colocação das mesmas). Se colocar luz branca somente nesse local ajuda muito as pessoas que precisam dessas funções."

MMirellaMy experience in Costa Mar hotel was fantastic! Excellent location, near the beach, restaurants, etc. 5-star service, careful and very performing staff. highlighting breakfast staff. Incredible service! Breakfast excellent, very varied. Good rooms, good beds, spacious bathroom, finally ...ami and I will surely come back!

AAnderson LicheskiThe hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.

MMarcoHotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pleasant, the receptionist is extremely sympathetic and attentive. Breakfast is not the best, fruit times and all breads have the same taste, which saves the Gerusalemme with its wonderful tapioca. The swimming pool is wonderful.

Única coisa que faço uma é sabemos que o desenvolvimento não para e a aceitação para carro elétrico está crescendo cada dia que passa seria bom os coordenadores do hotel pensa em fazer está melhoria colocando pontos para carga nos carros na garagem é simples uma tomada de 10 ou 20A.
Maus mesmo assim o pessoal conseguiu um ponto para carga do meu carro obrigado a todos.

MMichael deeeThe hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, the room is very clean and breakfast is satisfactory. I would have been a perfect stay, but I had an unexpected transport to return and I had to anticipate my checkout for one day. The hotel was not asked to address my problem, because they were blaming for not being able to change the checkout date to the booking application, which was very efficient and indicated that this change was the responsibility of the hotel. In general, I would indicate that hotel to others, but I would warn that if unforeseen occurs, they may not be resolved.

GGuest UserHotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star.
One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.
