RrohitsharingThe best thing about the hotel is the location to me. Yes, it’s not downtown, but it’s better to stay here than in downtown if you’re a foodie. Granville island is beautiful and so is its market. The service was good & so was the room size. They have their own restaurant that is also good.

JJEndangWe stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock.
Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building.
Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean.
If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel.
Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

PPengguna TetamuReally happy with our stay. Great location. It is in the *** area of Vancouver but that just meant it was super friendly. Lots of places to eat and lots of little bars. Walking distance to Canada place if you are keen est 30 mins or $15 uber. Hotel staff were helpful. Room had full kitchen and laundry facilities which was perfect for us. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
