Hotel Pantai di Victoria

The location was lovely and the staff were very professional and friendly the lobby was nicely appointed and the restaurant was amazing.  I was put in a room on one of the lower floors that seemed a bit older and looked out into a garden or some kind.  The room I was given was directly opposite the elevator, and the noise was incredible from the hall and from the laundry facility above. The bed was comfortable, if a little too firm for my taste, but clean.  If I were to stay again I would request a different room for sure. The elevators were also mostly out of service resulting in long waits to get anywhere. I gave up and took the stairs twice.  It would also be nice if there was a drinks machine with the ice as I would have loved something besides coffee or tea.

It is very good location and perfect waterview. The lights at nighttime are very pretty from parliament building.

Old hotel nicely renovated. Suite was full apartment style. Great location. Would stay again.

“My first visit to Spinnakers was overall a lovely experience. The location is absolutely stunning—right on the waterfront with beautiful views of the harbor and passing boats from both the restaurant and the guesthouse balconies.

It was my first time to stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean but old. You need to pay $15 to use kitchen stuff. My room had a kitchen and it was good! The location is perfect! I could see the beautiful harbor view from my room!

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Booked and pre-paid through Trip.com Would have given 4 stars for service but check-in clerk attempted to charge me again for the room at a higher rate then blamed another staff member for not doing their job correctly when I objected to the charge and showed my confirmation. When I said I would park my vehicle elsewhere rather than pay for parking she said my vehicle would be towed if it was parked at the hotel. She was rude and abrupt and had me questioning my choice to stay there. The check-out clerk however was very polite and friendly

very nice place near parliament. There are a lot of activities you can do in the hotel. Pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and Game room. Our room was very spacious and it was very complete they have a stove and pots for cooking.

Nice location and nice staff. It’s clean inside the room but not outside the room where areas with carpet coz it’s old building. Air conditioning doesn’t work to heat the room and no room temperature can be adjusted. Too cold for December & had to call front desk to get extra duvet. The breakfast is very nice

location is the best. Hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel has full facilities.
