"Things did not get off to a good start apon arrival at the checkin desk ' The desk staff had a big problem as their computer systen had crashed' Which also effected other families and guests who were waiting in the lobby'
The desk staff were genuinely concerned as they were helpless .having no record of any guests bookings to confirm.
It took up to two hours of waiting before recieving our room' I was told we were upgraded' but it was the exact room as previously booked, once inside the room seemed rather small.
As I say the desk staff were genuinely sorry for the long delay'
other then this all was fine with an excellent breakfast buffet."

Pengguna TetamuWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

第二次來了，本來訂的雙床間，老闆給免費升級了兩室套，視野極好，可以直接看到海灘，離紅樹林很近，趕海方便。小朋友玩的很開心

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beihai Furama, a 5 star experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so professional and helpful and as probably the only Westerner, so many went out of their way to use what English they knew. Our room on the 28th floor had sweeping ocean views and we were extremely comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, also tried the seafood buffet on two evening, had room service and our daily included breakfast. It was all excellent (my wife is Cantonese, so this isnt just a Brits view). Special mention for all the ladies in the restaurant that clear the tables, they were so friendly and accommodating.

We have high expectation of booking for this hotel's executive level. However, very disappointed with the quality and variety of food at the executive lounge. It has to be one of the worst executive lounge we have stayed before. Not only that the food is really simple, but one of the staff there was very inexperienced, just dumping the coffees on our table made us laugh. She had not been trained to serve decent guests.

房間很整潔衞生，酒店洗浴用品也不錯；地理位置優越，設施也很好，附近就有沙灘（在二號樓和10號樓，特地去體驗了下，確實很美），我這次住的1號樓，自帶無邊泳池 確實很漂亮 很方便，從酒店房間露台拍落日超級美。這次可能是旺季，週五入住的原因，酒店的接送班車遠遠不夠用，早餐出行等了近半小時，中午一點準備去退房，又等了近半小時，而且冠嶺本身很熱門，路窄車多 高峯期看落日的汽車 電瓶車太多了，出行堵的很，確實煩惱

JiangfuMy colleagues and I booked 5 rooms and we were amazed by the service from the staff. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Room was worth the money you pay and breakfast is also worth every penny. Dinner buffet provides so many options for food. I would definitely book this place again incase I visit Beihai again.

酒店位置很好，就在橋港風情街附近走過去就是一公里，晚上出去吃飯非常方便，酒店風景很優美，早餐也很豐富，院子裏停車的空間非常大，方便自駕出行的朋友們！另外就是酒店靠海這一棟晚上會受到海邊一個餐飲店喇叭聲音影響有點吵鬧但是基本下半夜不會有聲音！總體來説非常不錯非常值得推薦N如果酒店有一個游泳池就完美了.

Max WakefieldI stayed at Pearl for a couple of weeks while settling into a language school at Beihai. It's in an interesting part of town, close to both Beihai old street and the seafront, though a long way from the best beaches on the other side of the city if that's what you want. The room was great, spacious and well looked after. The staff were helpful and the public laundry station on the roof made life easier.

酒店位置太好了，就在金灘海邊，房間窗户看出去就可以觀察到漲潮退潮，方便趕海，也能看到日落。酒店是那種候鳥式的公寓，應該有很多過冬的人長住，前台就像物管中心一樣。房間床大，就是衹有衞生間一個很窄很窄的鏡子，沒有穿衣鏡、沒有化粧鏡，衹有衞生間那個和兩個漱口杯差不多寬的鏡子，還是內嵌到裡邊的，女生化粧很麻煩
