"Overall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms. We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort. Pros: Excellent quality pillows and mattresses. Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this! Cons: I hope the hotel management reads this. Room 101: The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly. The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced. The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting. The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!"

My Deluxe room was incredibly spacious, big, and super comfy, with a plush bed and sleek marble bathroom. The staff, were warm and attentive, making every moment seamless. Pet-friendly perks and a fair-trade espresso machine added a special touch. This elegant, modern haven is a Riviera gem—I’m already dreaming of my next visit! 🤩

PPengguna Tetamu設施：酒店感覺挺新的，設施很全，有電磁爐有微波爐有冰箱，還有一整套餐具，對於想自己做菜的朋友可以選擇這個酒店，還有個不小的餐桌可以燒完直接上菜吃。衞生間是乾濕分離的，廁所馬桶是單獨在進門處旁的小隔間，淋雨盆浴在大床旁。大床和梳化床以及餐桌區域可以拉上簾子隔開成兩個空間。不過可能房間設施挺多的，感覺攤開兩個箱子就會比較擁擠，但是如果衹是兩人居住就很寬敞了應該。 衞生：乾淨整潔。 環境：周圍都是大型酒店，感覺路上車比人多吧，離尼斯saint august火車站最近，走走大概七八分鐘吧，這個火車站有電梯，對拖行李還是比較友好，但是是露天的，下雨可能就比較麻煩，幸好我們一直是大晴天☀️。離機場稍微再遠些。apple地圖不準本想找着地圖找一個所謂的supermarket看上去很近，得到當地開車正在停車的居民幫助告訴我們地圖上標的不對，要搜carrefour才對，忘另外一個方向才對。 服務：挺禮貌的，可以免費寄存行李和使用大廳的廁所。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOverall the standard isn’t up to 4 star hotel, so if you’re looking for a properly-functioning one, I wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly, the hotel staffs are nice- all three I’ve encountered are super helpful and friendly. So credit to them 😊 However, the hotel itself really needs some WORK. 1, The room does not look as the one I ordered online- it looks rather small, despite the fact that I booked the double comfortable room with spacious view in the advertising picture. 2, the Center heating system smells like TOILET. I turned it on because it’s still march and sometimes the room got chilly at night. And guess what, I often smell the toilet 🚽 air here and there …… it really disgusted me. 3, also please note to fix the TV. As shown in the picture, there’s no signal and since it was the last morning I stayed, I didn’t bother asking anyone to check but the screen would turn green. The location is super convenient so I had the chance to take trains to many tourism attractions and wineries, but if you’re looking for a place with nice amenities that at least function well, it isn’t your best option.

KKmcchauRoom is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking. The breakfast is a bit expensive(＞20 eur).

PPengguna TetamuFantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

CClare74A comfortable and enjoyable 1 nights stay. Close to supermarket and all attractions. An amazing breakfast with a good variation. The room was very big and clean, comfortable Queen bed. The service was great, a welcome chocolates and hot chocolate on arrival and at anytime. The staff also arranged a morning taxi to the airport. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The view was absolutely stunning, right in front of the beach, and the large balcony made it even better. The front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.
