Hotel berhampiran Tambisaan Beach, Boracay Island

Pros-If you like to party and you are an extrovert type this hotel is definitely for you. Located in station 2, beachfront. You are near to dmall and also to other business establishments. Staff are also kind and approachable. The hotel is clean with airconditioner. With unlimited free water. The buffet dinner was delicious as well as the buffet breakfast. The room is a non smoking room which I like because I don't like the smell of cigarettes. Cons- There is no view in the terrace we got. The key to the door takes time to open. No rags and slippers for feet so you have to bring your own slippers. For the rag you can request to the front desk. Just prepare 2k per room per day for the deposit in which you can get after check out.

My stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a picturesque getaway, with its stunning beachfront location providing breathtaking views. Situated in a prime spot, the resort offered easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to every need. However, my experience was marred by the presence of ants throughout the room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the resort's beauty, convenient location, and excellent service.

Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.

Everything is very nice and worth our money. BUT, they charged us P100 because they were able to find one small towel in our room upon check-out. Of course we didn't bring it home! 100 is a small amount but it does mean that we lost that thing that we didn't! My son's one piece cloth we left a while on the poolside, when we returned, it's nowhere to be found. Anyway, we just thought that it will stay there for a few minutes. No other concerns. The room and amenities are perfect. We also appreciate they allowed us to check-in earlier. 👌 The buffet breakfast was also great!! And they had a birthday slice of cake for our son ☺️

Kudos to Guest Officer Mam Rhea and Shanen for the extra mile service and assistance provided to us during our stay. The hotel is superbly in all aspects, my kids enjoy swimming in your pools specially the nice viewed infinity pool. Highly recommended to those going to Bora

  We were welcomed by Leo and his entourage upon arrival, and we were blown away by the warmth of their hospitality. The welcome drummers along our way to the front desk really lifted our mood during the arrival, bringing back good memories of the island. Leo and his team then escorted us directly to our room to process the check-in, where the welcome drinks were served simultaneously. Upon entering the room, a personalized welcome banner on the TV screen caught my attention, along with the thoughtful amenity at the side. Overall, the arrival experience made a huge impact on our memorable stay on the island. It set the mood and vibe perfectly. The resort is amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Fernandez, who took the time to personally greet and welcome us to his property. Lastly, thank you, Leo, and to the rest of your Front Office team—Karl, Miguel, Aly Bilat. A great hotel. I am a critic been to hotels in.over 55 countries. I refused to pay the deposit but gave in as it was their policy ! I was not disappointed. This hotel is 5 star due to the courteous staff and management, who make you feel like royalty. The facilities are top class like the rooms that come equipped with flip flops, tea and coffee, gowns, hot water in the showers and comfy beds with smart TV. The massages are top class, the skypool, the big pool aswell, and great breakfast. Not forgetting the beachfront view. You get the best sunsets I have ever seen. All the comforts if you are looking for a top star hotel. Well done Hennan crystal sands !

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

Ein Kleinod inmitten unberührter Natur. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, dann sind Sie hier absolut richtig. Es gibt einen tollen Swimmingpool mit genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Der Strand ist ganz okay, allerdings ist die Tide extrem stark und das Meer nicht immer zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Restaurant ist gut, hat aber nur geringe Auswahl und das Frühstück fällt eher klein aus. Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und MB. Zwar etwas teurer als die Beachhouses, doch der Mehrpreis hat sich absolut gelohnt. Der Owner ist Brite und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, allerdings waren uns die vier Tage Einsamkeit genug. Es gibt rundum nichts als Natur, doch diese Zeit haben wir voll genossen.
