Location wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods.
Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint.

I recently stayed at Citadines Les Halles and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent — just steps away from the metro and within easy walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the convenience of the small kitchenette for light cooking or reheating meals.
Since it’s an apartment-style hotel, there’s no daily housekeeping, but you can easily get fresh towels and supplies from the comfort room on 1/F whenever needed. The breakfast offered at the hotel is quite basic, so I’d recommend exploring the nearby cafés for a more satisfying morning meal. Overall, Citadines Les Halles is a practical and well-located option for travelers who value comfort and flexibility.

Hotel is in good condition with excellent customer service. We would like to thank Ms Salini at the reception for her hospitality and guidance when my sis mobile phone was pickpocket in the metro the day we arrived. Paris should have more people like her. Hotel is just next to the metro (place d Italia) but pls be careful for those that is taking the metro as pickpocket operate inside and outside especially in front of the mall. For 1st time traveller it’s not advisable at it might get a bit rough during the night. Overall stay at hotel is good just not outside the hotel. Take care for those that is staying around that area.

Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés melebihi semua jangkaan saya!

1. Lokasi - benar-benar sempurna!

Sangat mengesyorkan!

Hôtel conform to the description. Nice design of rooms, price for value is very good, clean / calm / comfortable bed friendly staff well located. I recommend 100%

I love the location as it's very close to the metro station and is easy to access. The elegant ambiance of Hotel Catarina de Opera perfectly complements its convenient location, making it a delightful stay for both relaxation and exploration. The attentive staff and impeccable service truly elevate the overall experience, ensuring a memorable and comfortable visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in the luxury and warmth this hotel has to offer.

The location was great with lots of eateries around and the staff was helpful. One thing to note is that cleaning/ housekeeping of rooms is not done daily and is done once if you stay longer than six days. On this end I was a bit disappointed. Nonetheless they have free flow of coffee and a luggage storage facility in case it has to be stored after checking out.

Located near Montparnasse train station with numbers of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is spacious with amenities like an electric kettle, digital safe, cleaning shampoo, gels and etc.
Self-service coin laundry is in the basement one, and free coffee, cocoa machine at lobby level 1.

It’s a great place to stay which near the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are nice and helpful, able to have early check-in.

Extremely great location - near the tube station and also a great area in general with many eateries and supermarkets nearby. Covent Garden is also a walkable distance away.

But there was a heatwave during our stay so we were better off outdoors than being in our rooms (during the day). Their aircon are generally not made for such extreme heat so we hardly felt any aircon and at times we felt like we were in an air fryer. I had my portable fan with me so made it feel slightly better. Night time is generally better.

The main lifts were also constantly under maintenance throughout our stay so we had to use the cargo lift. Not that we mind to be honest but it just feels annoying to see the notice every time we want to use the lift.

Other than that, my family and I would certainly come back here. Probably will try them out during winter then.

The location is very convenient, it is accessible to all scenic spots within 30-45 mins walking distance and 3 mins walk from Barbican Station.Since it is in the residential and Academy area, the surrounding is quiet and safe. It is an Apartment Hotel so no daily housekeeping service and the amenities provided are basic. Launderette at extra costs is available, Tesco and few cafes are nearby so it will be ideal for travellers who need a stop to clean up and refresh.

“A wonderful and very comfortable stay at Citadines Trafalgar Square.
Excellent location in the heart of London, close to major attractions.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

The stay was very good, and the staff and management were amazing. Underground tube and many restaurants are nearby. Many tourists places are also nearby, so overall complete package for travellers. Special thanks to Staff and Management for make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Keep up the good work.

One of the best Citadines I've been so far. Just about 5 years old. The studios are well equipped and it's very quiet, especially to the big inner yard with a Japanese garden.
I chose this Citadines because allccommodation in the London city centre is too expensive and mostly substandard, especially if you are used to travel in Asia.

The hotel is located right in the heart of bustling Sukhumvit, just a short walk from Nana Station, making it a very convenient base for getting around Bangkok. However, the area is known for its vibrant nightlife, so expect noise from the streets until the early hours of the morning. I was travelling with my baby and, thankfully, we managed fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise.

The room was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment and not worth the extra cost. You’re better off grabbing breakfast from one of the many nearby street food vendors or even 7-Eleven.
What really stood out was the service from most of the staff in the restaurant. They were warm, kind, and very accommodating towards both my baby and me, which I truly appreciated.

There were a couple of downsides. The housekeeper, Nuai, repeatedly moved or removed items from my room during servicing, which was inconvenient. I also had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff (a male-looking female), who was quite inflexible when I requested an extra linen for the baby cot. She insisted there was a strict limit on the number of linens per room and was unwilling to help, which felt unnecessarily rigid.
Overall, despite these minor issues, the stay was pleasant. If you’re looking for a hotel in a lively location with easy access to public transport and don’t mind the nightlife noise, it’s a decent option.

I had an amazing experience during my stay here. Every member of the staff, including the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly and greeted me warmly with a smile every time they saw me.
I honestly couldn't find anything negative to say about this place. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future.
