Four Seasons Macao has been a favourite escape for my husband and I for many years. We have not been back in awhile as life got a bit hectic for us.

We finally found some time to visit this wonderful property with several colleagues. Total we booked four rooms for a fun and relaxing Friday weekend.

We got in touch with the hotel regarding some arrangements as I had to make sure they could make accommodations for breast milk storage. Which they did, during the stay they helped retrieve and store everything in their freezer. So breast feeding mamas can come without worrying.

We had a fantastic experience. As usual we enjoyed the food, and especially the sauna/spa and the wonderful pool (one of the best in Macau).

The best part of the entire experience however was the service. Especially from Victoria Pang, the Associate Director of Rooms. We've come to know Victoria through all our visits over the years and what a pleasure it has been. Whenever she receives us at reception it's always with a smile and amazing service. She is also extremely thoughtful and friendly she prepared welcome basket of snacks and a welcome gift kit as she heard about our new baby that just arrived.

I absolutely recommend anyone or stay here and if you get a chance to run into Victoria during your stay even better!

Our family stayed for a week at Four Seasons Hangzhou Center and booked two rooms. Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, the management team handled it promptly and professionally. The manager resolved the problem on the spot, which truly demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Christine Lin and Annie from Yun for their exceptional hospitality and care throughout our stay. All of the staff at Yun were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, always providing attentive and knowledgeable service.

We would also like to recognize a gentleman who served breakfast in the pink couch area. Unfortunately, we forgot his name, but he wears black glasses, curly hair and was always friendly, attentive, and helpful each morning.

Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

5 star hotel with great location overlooking the West Lake. Excellent WL Bistro restaurant with wide variety of breakfast buffet and a la carte. One of the most beautiful hotel gardens. Direct access to West Lake pathway.

I've stayed at several luxury/5 star hotels in Tokyo and Four Seasons at Marunouchi is a very rare hotel that impressed me with their service. 10/10 would recommend this to friends visiting Tokyo for a holiday.
I filled up the arrival details form before my flight. I was arriving in Tokyo on a red-eyed flight and was planning to reach the hotel at about 10am to deposit my luggage and walk around before I could check in. But when I was at the airport at 8am I received an email informing me that my room was ready. I wondered if it really was as this is the first time I ever received this personalised notification. But true enough when I arrived I was brought to the lobby sofa to have a seat and was offered a glass of wine. Thereafter a staff brought me to my room to do my check in in the room itself which I thought was nice since I wouldn't need to stand at the counter. The staff also showed me around the room during check in which also included some mandarin oranges and a handwritten card which I appreciate. I was also introduced to the hotel's various message apps with the staff which I used to enquire about breakfast, spa and taxis - I found this really convenient, other hotels do not have this service. The staff who checked me in also offered to add to my personalized profile about my usual request for extra bathroom towels. He also asked whether he could recommend any itineraries for me which I appreciate. The staff at the lobby secured taxis for me to nearby attractions and also my dinner restaurant at the exact timing I needed - the taxi was already waiting when I arrived downstairs, I really appreciated that.
The hotel room was excellent - very modern furnishings and clean room with everything you'd need. The breakfast was good quality though I wished the buffet had more options, it was quite limited considering the price. There were main dishes that you could add but they were at an extra charge. The hotel was also at a very good location in Ginza near the shopping district and also Tokyo station. But too bad the views were nothing special.
Overall the best hotel in terms of service in Tokyo. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff to compliment them.
