Review: Remm Roppongi (レム六本木)

Our stay at Remm Roppongi was very enjoyable and a great base for exploring Tokyo. The hotel’s location is absolutely one of its biggest strengths — it’s just steps from Roppongi Station, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and in a vibrant part of the city that’s easy to explore on foot or by subway.

The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with free Wi-Fi and comfort in mind. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, as is common in Tokyo, clever layout and features like a massage chair made the space very comfortable for relaxing after long days of sightseeing.

One of the memorable parts of our stay was the night view — higher-floor rooms offer beautiful city and Tokyo Tower views, which was a highlight of the experience.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with requests, and check-in/out was smooth. Guest reviews consistently praise how attentive and polite the team is.

Breakfast (optional buffet) has a nice variety and was delicious — a great way to start the day before heading out.

On the flip side, there’s no bathtub in most rooms, so if you really want a bath it might not be ideal, and the hotel doesn’t have extensive facilities like a spa or gym — but for a city stay where the focus is exploring Tokyo, it’s perfect.

Overall, Remm Roppongi offers excellent comfort, great convenience, and a high-quality experience for a business or leisure trip in Tokyo, especially if you value location and a modern, comfortable room to return to each evening.

location is just beside Ryogoku subway so it is very convenient
we are lucky that they upgraded our room to bigger one (corner room) with Tokyo Skytree view
however they did not provide any drinking water and the hotel is abit dated
overall it was a pleasant stay!

Amazing location! Have a lotto do/ eat/ shop around the hotel and it's so close to the station. Room was spacy and clean.

Want to make a special thanks to the staff. We left two bottles in the fridge when checked out and we later went back and asked the front desk. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff all helped us search through the rubbish to find the bottles.

The bottles were special designed and we bought them specifically, thank you so much for your kind help again.

100% recommend!! And definitely will stay here again!!

Booked this room for myself
Location is very convenient as it is beside Akihabara station.
Room is also quite clean and there is daily room service if required. All the amenities are also at the 6F front desk, they provide toothbrush and toothpaste as well which is nice. A water bottle is provided as well every time they perform room service.
For the breakfast, they will give you the paper coupon for one of the cafe at another building, the food there is delicious and I recommend the pancakes.
Toilet is also a pleasant experience as it is separated section of the shower room and toilet.
As for the massage chair, I did not use it as I can see that it's dirty or just old from the stains left on the chair.
But overall, I would book this hotel again if I'm staying at Akihabara next time.

Amazing location, very clean area with convenience stores a few minutes away and two subway stations also a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend.

The massage chair is also a plus.

The hotel is quite a bit of walk (10+ mins) from the Tokyo Station central exit. But located very close to the Kyobashi Subway and also close to all sorts of restaurants, malls etc.

Rooms are squeaky clean, have all amenities though squeezed into a very small space. We couldn’t manage to open 2 medium sized suitcases in the room. The room is 23m square but half the room is occupied by the bathroom! There is a separate bath tub and a floor shower which eats up half of the room. Space utilisation is not great for a room of that size in Tokyo. Had the bathroom been better thought out, it would have easily allowed for more space for luggage and maybe even, more storage!

That said, they had some nice free drip coffee at the hotel lobby. The room has an electric kettle to make coffee or tea which is really nice. The room also has a really nice massage chair that can be relaxing after a hectic day out in Tokyo.

They allow complimentary luggage stowage post checkout which can be very helpful. There is also a 7-11 store just a few meters away which is great. Staff are really nice too.

The hotel is well located around 3 convenience stores and a pharmacy. The metro is close to the hotel, therefore the subway line is a 5 minute walk. It is also possible to walk to Tokyo Station in 20 minutes

Stayed here with my sister and we loved it! such a good area, the ginza line is amazing. the staff are so friendly and helped us with everything. also their service for luggage transport was 10/10 compared to other places we stayed at. they required us to scan a qr code which you can fill up on your phone and its very easy to do compared to writing on the typical pink sheet. loved the shower pressure it was nice and strong with amazing scented soaps. and finally the best part of it all was the massage chair! i didnt expect to use it as much as we did and it was the best! will definitely go back here and recommend to other people!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second stay at Dai Ichi. We can’t fault the service or location. The rooms are a little older and probably that’s why they are on the more spacious side of hotels in Tokyo.

The cleaning wasn’t always perfect. When we went to the room the previous occupant’s small towel was hanging on the top of the shower. There were some crumbs under the desk and chair and some days certain things were not included like the bin liners. Not a big deal but maybe rushed cleaning.

This was the best stay we had throughout our 2 weeks trip to Japan! Initially I had the impression that the stay here will be very squeezy due the images shown during booking. Upon arriving at the lobby, we were early for the check in (supposedly 3pm) and staff informed they will allow early check in at 230pm instead of 3pm. The staff were all very attentive and had superb customer service. At around 220pm they suddenly allowed us to check in which the self check in process was so seamless, totally impressed firstly by allowing us to check in earlier, and the short process.

Upon reaching our room, we were even more impressed! The room was spacious where i could open all 4 luggage at once. The view outside was cast upon the river. The feature by the door where we can place our winter jackets or clothes that could be reworn was so thoughtful. The only downside was the slightly smaller bathtub which we didn’t use. The table was slightly small for 2 pax as well.

The hotel supports sustainability cleaning which allow us to choose the type or extent of room cleaning that we want which was great. Personally I totally loved the real time update of the laundry room of ALL the machines and time remained. It helped me reduced unnecessary trips to the laundry room to check on my laundry and when I want to do laundry, i’ll know whether there are available machine for use. Really appreciate this feature.

Our only regret is not trying the breakfast. It looked so good and we would definitely come back for our next visit to Osaka and have their breakfast!

The hotel is very near to the Osaka Train station and the subway stations. There are many shopping malls nearby so can eat and shop around. The size of the hotel room is good too. The bathroom is big, although the bath tub is small, but good enough for a hot bath. There is a coffee machine with coffee and tea capsules provided.

Everything was perfect during the stay in Osaka with 3 times visiting - don't want to change any hotel - recommended for family trip with children and elder

Fabulous facility with spacious room and great views. Easy and very close transport to subway. Friendly and helpful service from all staff 24/7.

The hotel is right next to Fukushima station and there's a direct rapid service train from Kansai International airport. Not to be confused with Hotel Hanshin which is directly opposite the train station though, which we did on arrival. It's an affiliated so the staff managed to retrieved our booking and redirect us to the correct hotel. Lots of eateries right down the hotel which comes alive only at night and there's a supermarket right next to it and the groceries, snacks and beverages are cheaper than 7-11 and Lawson which are also located nearby

Location: 5/5, just around 10mins walk from/to the Osaka Station, connect to anywhere in the kansai region (just around 30mins to Kyoto or Kobe by train); heart of the umeda district so super busy with tons of shopping malls and restaurants in the region,and there is a familymart right opposite the street
Facility: 4/5, rooms are compact and facilities are getting old (but still clean), and be mindful that the hotel are running central air conditioning, so if you cannot adjust it (can only keep it on/off. Also the soundproofing of the room is not that great so be aware if you’re a light sleeper.
Service: not a lot of low budget hotel in Osaka offers cleaning service everyday but this hotel do, so 5/5.

Large room with unbelievable unblock view. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower sections. Service from hotel staff was impeccable. Namely 小林 Kobayashi, she helped to arrange the luggage transfer to my Tokyo hotel. The hotel’s decoration is fancy and grand. Location is near subway, eateries, convenience stores etc.

Unfortunately we could hear the traffic light noise from the street in the room, and the fire brigade vehicles.

Overall, it’s a fantastic stay

Saya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan:
Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya;
Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu pergi ke Gunung Rokko. Ia juga sangat tenang dan kalis bunyi, tidak ada bunyi sama sekali pada waktu malam;
Kemudahan bilik adalah sangat baru dan pintar. Walaupun kawasannya kecil, terdapat butiran tersembunyi di mana-mana (seperti cermin penuh di sudut, almari pakaian di dinding TV, dll.);
mengesyorkan! ! ! !

:) Thankful for the hotel shuttle service as the hotel is located after a really steep slope. Both onsen in hotel and the next building are good and clean.

:( Amenities didn't include facial cleanser and milk lotion. The pillows are too hard for me. The dinner plate arrangement setting appears to be dated - some of the food containers are old/ worn out with visible scratches on the surface. The menu is in Japanese wordings - will be good to provide English version.
