Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected.

There was a noticeable lack of clear direction, which made navigating the hotel and its facilities challenging. With kids in tow, this added unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones.

But the location is awesome !

If one wants stay at the heart of Dubai, Kempanski Central will be your best bet.  It is a full services  hotel with a smile.

We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.

Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

My husband and I stayed at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok in room 814, a grand deluxe king room with breakfast, last week and had a really pleasant stay.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for the two of us. We were on the 8th floor and the balcony faced Sindhorn Residences.

Breakfast was good with a decent variety of choices. I'd rate it around 8/10. We also enjoyed the indoor infinity pool which was beautiful and relaxing.

One thing that stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. Their service was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located right in the city, yet it still feels peaceful and away from the busy crowds. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try the spa or executive lounge, so we'll save that for our next visit.

Overall it was a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again when we're in Bangkok. Thank you to the team at Sindhorn Kempinski for the warm hospitality.

Our stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional—especially for families traveling with kids. The highlight was definitely the Kids Club, which was thoughtfully designed, safe, and incredibly fun. There were plenty of engaging activities throughout the day, from arts and crafts to interactive games, keeping the little ones entertained for hours.

What stood out most was how attentive and friendly the staff were—they genuinely cared about the children’s experience, making it easy for parents to relax and enjoy the rest of the hotel’s luxurious amenities. The pools were also very family-friendly, adding even more fun to the stay.

If you're looking for a place where both parents and kids can have an amazing time, this is easily one of the best choices in Bangkok.
