The hotel is tucked away in a more industrial, garment district area (you will see a lot of shops selling rolls of fabric and bulk notions). Can be a little tricky to find if you make a wrong turn, however that is the whole city! But also because the building the hotel is located in, is under construction (look for the sign or you may walk past).

The receptionist is lovely. Room is cute, tatami style and good for a short stay as there lacks hooks or drawers to put clothes. Laundry facilities a plus, however always in use.

I am very satisfied with my stay here! The drying machine was really awesome, and I also loved the little snacks provided. The facilities were very well-equipped, the room was clean and comfortable, and I had a really good sleep.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of places nearby to find food and buy souvenirs.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again! 😊

Sangat berpuas hati, biliknya bersih dan kemas, kakitangan meja depan sangat bersemangat, terdapat ruang makan khusus di lobi, ia sangat mudah, ia sangat dekat dengan Lapan Belas Tangga dan Shancheng Lane,

good room for the price, though some rooms do not have windows

was all clean and the staff were friendly
in a great location too, lot’s of restaurants and stores about

Overall a clean and nice establishment. The cleaning services are tip top. Only the hot water’s water pressure can be strongly improved. Other than that pretty good stay. Get out of the building, turn left or right take a short walk you get all the convenient stores and great selections of food.

Looks shabby from the exterior, but interior much better than expected. Big comfortable bed, good bathroom with fully enclosed shower and strong water pressure. Strong, efficient air conditioning, big window with view from 6th floor. Bedside sockets and light controls. Rooms serviced daily and free water provided. Nicely situated in relation to Jiuyan bridge night venues. Actually pretty good accommodation overall for the price.

The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well.

The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening.

The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean.

The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions.

Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be.

Our room was very spacious and modern and the bed was really comfortable. Ideal location for exploring Xi’an with great food options nearby. Street below can be a little bit noisy at times but won’t be a problem if you are a heavy sleeper. Would definitely recommend this hotel for visiting Xi’an.
