TPoor & Discriminatory Shuttle Service – Avoid Relying on It!
Terrible experience with Meliá Madrid Barajas free shuttle on 11 Feb 2026.
Driver ignored T1 stop outbound (only Spanish announcement), forced us to T4 unnecessarily.
Evening return at T1: Showed room key, bus had plenty empty seats, but driver refused us & told to go T4. Airline crew boarded no problem. Stuck in pouring rain → paid outrageous €22 taxi.
Complained to front desk – no response or apology after weeks.
Website says shuttle stops at T1/T2/T4, but drivers decide otherwise. Felt unwelcome & discriminated against. Extremely disappointing for a 4-star airport hotel. Urge management to fix policies, train staff properly, and respond to complaints.
Do NOT depend on this shuttle!

Rooms are quite small when compared to the price, but staff are super friendly. Breakfast is just definitely not worth the money at all. Hotel is pretty OK all around, food for business trips.

Rooms were modern and clean, and bed was comfortable! Free shuttle to and from the airport which made it very convenient.

Localização excelente, pessoal simpático e prestável e excelente pequeno almoço . Quarto twin pequeno e garagem cara.

Good hotel, decent location just right opposite of department store El Corte Ingles. Parking was quite narrow and rather tricky to navigate. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking of amenities expected from a 4 star hotel (no slippers, small bottle of water, no water kettle and no shower cap). Plenty of food option around the hotel. Overall pleasant stay.

Our stay at Melila Leberrros was a good experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, even though we completed it at the reception. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made our stay comfortable.

There were drinks and snacks available in the room for an additional charge, which was convenient. The pool was closed during our visit as it was only the first week of April, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning a trip around that time.

One of the highlights was the easy connectivity to the Old Town—the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the property, making it very convenient to get around.

Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

All over it was a good trip. We enjoy a lot but just the last day we faced a water problem in the hotel. There was no water inside ,and the first day at 3am someone was drunk knock to our door, was disturbing us, my husband call the receptionist and they send 2 security guards and they took 5min to handle the situation. Thanks to them.Otherwise, we are satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. You can relax, admire the beautiful view from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel! The views are amazing . great staff the service was TOP. I was there for my birthday and found in my room a very sweet note a bottle of cava and a slice of a delicious cake . Very thoughtful. Breakfast very nice also a lot of options to chose from.
The only down side is that the toilet is open and it makes noises at night … i got scared a few times .
For sure will visit again
