This was my first stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and spacious.
My only concern was that I had requested a room away from the elevator, but I was assigned Room 1034 directly next to it. The noise from guests using the elevator and passing by the room affected my stay.
Overall, a good stay, but I hope room requests can be better accommodated in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Meriton Suites Campbell Street. The location was a major highlight — close to everything we needed and offering some great views from the apartment. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, making it feel more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room.
Just a few minor things kept it from a perfect 5, but nothing that took away from an overall excellent stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a really comfortable stay at Meriton Suites Chatswood and were quite happy with our experience overall.

Location: The location was great. It’s close to Chatswood Metro, which made getting around really convenient. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and places to explore within walking distance, so we didn’t have to travel far for food or shopping.

Cleanliness: The room was decent and had all the amenities we needed. The overall room theme felt a little dull and could use a bit more character, but the space itself was ideal and spacious enough for us to feel comfortable during our stay.

Facilities: The facilities were great, and one thing we really appreciated was having a washer and dryer in the room. This was a huge plus for us as we could get our laundry done before heading home, which made packing for the trip back much easier.

One small downside was the use of bar soap in the bathroom. It would get stuck to the soap dish/plate and wasn't the most convenient to use. We personally would have preferred a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser instead.

Overall: A comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you want easy access to the metro, shopping and restaurants. The spacious room and in-room washer and dryer were definite highlights for us. Despite the small bathroom soap issue, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again when visiting Sydney.

Although the hotel is separated by a river, so getting to and from the city center requires using different modes of transportation, and the shower hot water sometimes runs hot and cold, aside from these minor flaws, everything else was very good. If I come back to Sydney next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved.

The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out.

However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing.

That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

We traveled to Sydney over NYE, so choices were limited as I booked quite late. Limited in the sense of price / quality. I think Meriton was a good alternative with also a decent view on the firework. Since I went by boat on 9pm firework I didn’t need to be close for the midnight one (personal choice)

Reception was superb, we got the room already at around 12:30. Very friendly staff. We were in Tower 3, so had to walk quite a bit indoors to get there. But getting out is easy, the tower has a separate entry / exit.

Overall, that was the summary:

	•	Spacious family-friendly apartments with very large rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows
	•	Stunning views from the third tower, including a clear view all the way to the Harbour Bridge on New Year’s Eve
	•	Excellent location with direct metro access, major shopping malls within walking distance, and great breakfast cafés nearby

We stayed here as a family over New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic experience. While it was not cheap, the space, views, and connectivity more than justify the price, making it an excellent base for exploring Sydney comfortably.

I had a very pleasant stay at Meriton Suites Zetland during my visit to Sydney.

The suite was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment-style setup with kitchen and laundry facilities made it feel like a home away from home.

The location was convenient, close to UNSW and within easy reach of many parts of Sydney, with plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.

The only downsides were that public transport required a short walk or connection, and some renovations meant using lifts from another block instead of direct access. These were minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect the stay.

Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities more than made up for these drawbacks. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sydney.

The location was good.
In terms of kindness, a Korean employee at the front desk, ”SUMIN,” she was very kind.
The cleaning conditions were not good. On the 3rd or 4th day, the towel was replaced and cleaned, but the bedding was not replaced.
And I paid the AUD203.32 amount in advance at check-in and said I would refund it at check-out, but it's already been 3 days, but I can't refund it

The hotel is tidy and the front desk is very helpful and friendly. We only stay for a night but they let us store our luggages for two days and stay at their lobby during midnight.

Excellent location – very close to mascot station and bus stop
Clean and modern rooms – My room was spacious with a beautiful view, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a rain shower.
Great service – The front desk staff were friendly

Our stay had a minor hiccup at check-in due to a system billing discrepancy, as the amount requested by the hotel was higher than what was confirmed on my app. Unfortunately, the front desk team wasn't able to adjust the rates directly from their end, which required me to contact Trip.com support myself.
Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service handled the situation beautifully and promptly. They quickly coordinated with the hotel management to clear up the misunderstanding and confirmed that the overcharged difference would be fully refunded. I am currently waiting for the refund to process, but I deeply appreciate Trip.com's swift and helpful intervention to ensure a pleasant stay.

The receptionist (the female one) wasn’t helpful at all. She refused the food delivery guy to leave the food at reception and didn’t allow him to wait either for me to pickup. The guy ran back with the package and I was charged.
