Great hotel with free shuttle to disney, nearby metro station and provide paid airport shuttle bus. Big room with bath tub, come with Pola’s shampoo, cosmetics trial pack.

Welcome drinks in the bar with tokyo tower view! 😍

Insane service at an all round impeccable hotel. Best place if you want perfect stay in Tokyo

Top end hotel of all we tried while traveling around Japan. Large room, spacious bathroom, good quality beds and pillows.

Convenient central Kyoto location, next to subway station and in close proximity to many local attractions. If you a keen runner, there is a beautiful run and walking route around the river and map is provided by hotel.

Breakfast was reasonable prices with good verity of both western and Asian food. There was a separate Japanese breakfast restaurant but we were not confident enough to try it as we don’t know the routine and etiquette well enough. (First time in Japan)

We walked from the hotel to Geisha district and explored nearby parks. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and a full street of souvenir shops.

Next door there is a spirit shop, which is not busy and this is where in a non crowded atmosphere I got good advice and bought a preferred bottle of Sake. Glad I did it in Kyoto because when we returned to Tokyo airport the choice was limited, all duty free shops were overcrowded by stressed tourists trying to buy gifts at last minute before departure.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The Okura Garden hotel was much better than we expected. After staying in a modern hotel, then another older historic hotel with modern facilities, when booking Okura Garden, we didn’t realise that this hotel was so tall & big.

When we entered the gate, we thought we’d put the wrong hotel in for our private shuttle.
The grounds and the hotel were great and we knew we’d enjoy our last few days in Shanghai.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a smooth check in and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days exploring the former French Concession area.

Lots of street life, dining options to choose within very easy walking distance from the hotel. Catching the metro was easy, and located within 5 mins but as it was such a nice area we walked a lot to explore the local area.

We’ll definitely return here on our next visit to Shanghai as we loved the location.
