"Bilik sangat bersih dan luas, dengan TV besar dan balkoni. Ia juga sangat hangat dan selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini."

"Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits"

"Had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. What was outstanding was the travel concierge. She was patient and highly helpful and took care of all our itinerary bookings and transport. All at a very fair price. She explained everything in detail and was very honest with her recommendation and charges too by not overselling etc which was very common in china. Her recommendations were all highly suitable for my group of elderly travellers as well. She even took the time to help us book chang bai sha tickets on wechat in which she had not commission on. She even tried to help us save money by trying to fit all our large airplane luggages into a single car. I deeply appreciate and will not forget her kind priceless hospitality that she has shown us. This hotel is worth staying just for the service of the travel concierge alone. This hotel is lucky to have such a valuable staff and asset."

"The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well. The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel. If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs."

The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away."

"Room was clean and new, Breakfast is good Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi. Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness."

"We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"服務：非常好，我自身原因沒看清楚接站需要提前一天預約，導致提前2小時跟老闆説需要接站，老闆仍然幫我們聯繫車接站。到店後老闆也特別熱情，入住比較晚，還幫我們免費升級房間。退房之後認真檢查房間發現我落了東西還緊急跟我打電話， 設施：應有盡有，還有語音智能控制音響，非常方便。 衞生：很乾凈，入住了兩天阿姨會每天打掃房間。 環境：裝修很新，距離長白山北坡集散中心也很近，下次來還會來住。"
