"We stayed for two nights because the hotel is conveniently located near Fanjingshan. While the location was suitable for our visit, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was extremely quiet when we first arrived, and it appeared that we were the only guests during our stay. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. On our first night, we requested washing powder so that we could do some laundry. We were told that it had run out and that more would be available the following morning. However, when we checked the next day, there was still no washing powder available. More frustratingly, the staff made no effort to update us on the situation or offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and initiative was disappointing. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. We eventually decided to extend our stay by one more night because my wife was experiencing back pain and preferred not to travel. However, our sleep quality did not improve. At around 6:00 a.m., we were awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor and by the constant noise of doors opening and closing. The soundproofing appears to be poor, as noises from the hallway could be clearly heard inside the room. Between the uncomfortable bed, inadequate sound insulation, and the lack of attentiveness from the staff, we did not get the restful stay we had hoped for. ."

"This was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! I had the best nights sleep. The room was really lovely, the bathroom had everything you could want. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was the front desk. She was really lovely, but gave me incorrect information on when the last bus left Tongren - she said it was 4pm but when I arrived at 5:30pm I was still able to get one. I also didn’t get any info on shortcuts etc that the other reviews mentioned, which is a big part of the reason I booked this place."

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and had an amazing view to the river that runs in front of it. The breakfast was also really good. There are several restaurants just 100m away from it, so I had plenty of options to choose from. The owner is very friendly, and we had really nice chat while I was in the hotel. He also offered to drop us at the Fanjingshan entrance, so we didn’t have to bother to get there, although it’s just a 30min light walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay in the hotel again in a future trip to the region."

"Loaiton is great although far from fanning mountain but a lot of supper options nearby. Need to control visitors smoking within the hotel"

"I have to say that I have never been in a hotel more at peace than in these one. The people working at the hotel were more than helpfull with us and for the first time in our 10 days in china they spoke a bit of English, which made our accommodation even easier! The bedroom was big and included a hot tub, so relaxing! And the town where the hotel is located is really nice too. I would definitely come back to this hotel 😊"

"It was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around. We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023. 房间干净偏大，负有摩登设施。 民宿里也有电梯，无需扛大行李上楼。 我们住得舒适也吃得好。 推荐！"

"We went birding along the river right in front of the hotel. We scored lifers including the gray treepie, brown breasted bulbul and the crested king fisher. The river was also teeming with brown dippers, wagtails, asian tits, plumbeous redstarts, and collared finchbills. On the mountain, we saw the redbilled leiothrix and the omnipresent Elliot's laughingtheush. The hotel staff also taught us how to use ** to get great dining deals. It was a life changing moment. Btw, all the good things other revierwers said are true. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in."

"Very close to the entrance, in a nice area with lots of restaurants, boutiques, and massage parlors. A perfect stay if you're heading to Fanjing Shan early in the morning. We arrived in the afternoon, spent a splendid evening around the hotel, and headed to Fanjing Shan early the next morning. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed a lot our stay."

"Отель небольшой, но уютный. Номер был чистый, везде порядок и комфорт. Ежедневная смена полотенец, уборка, вкусные завтраки (лапша с различными наполнителями делали начало дня особенно тёплыми, потому что было вкусно), большая кровать, вид на тропические растения создавали особую атмосферу присутствия, что ты рядом с Фаньцзиншань. Мягкая горная вода из крана снимала усталость дня и придавала бодрость с утра. В ванной комнате не хватало только фена, добавьте его, пожалуйста. Расположение до восточного входа в Фаньцзиншань — примерно 1 км. Удобно добираться. Рядом кафе, рестораны, магазины. Девушки на ресепшене милые и приветливые, быстро заселили. Все было прекрасно. Безусловно рекомендую отель!"
