"民宿沒有其他公共空間，直接坐電梯上去就是每層樓幾個房間，行政房房間20平樣子，都是新裝修的，但是這邊亮的太早了，廁所窗户光直接照進來，房間也很亮，睡覺對光敏感的可能不友好，空調在床的對面，雖然在床的側面，但是直吹容易感冒，建議裝一個擋風板。另外廁所和洗漱台挨着的，沒有分隔。 民宿周圍吃飯的倒是挺多，生活方便。"

"🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "It will be so hard if you can’t speak Chinese. There was not enough amenities (shampoo)left but I could not convince the staff about that because I can’t speak Chinese. Also I could not understand about the system of breakfast so I didn’t have it.. However, the room was specious and clean, the location is good as it is close to the beach and shops. I’m satisfied with the stay:)"

"五一來平潭，依山依汐海景民宿，住的很好，最突出的就是服務非常好！ 服務： 一天半的行程，整體服務都是超預期。提前預訂，比臨近假期預訂還是優惠不少，不過到店發現訂的標間，而由於到的比較早，還沒收拾好，店裡給我們更換了一間更好的大床房。 店裡還有接站服務，車子也很棒。不過由於雙方溝通上偏差了一些，車子沒及時接到我們，我們打車到店（其實也很方便），店裡也表示非常抱歉，也通過非常絲滑的方式彌補了體驗。 不止是這一兩個小事，整體上體驗都很好，負責人曾真處理問題果斷、妥帖，其他帥哥也很周到。離店行程有變化也能應變得當，還送了伴手禮！ 設施：依山依汐民宿還是很大，有兩三棟建築，而且建築和裝修都比較有風格和追求，我覺得比絕大多數仙人井和北港的“石頭厝風格”民宿都要好的多。房間是智能語音控制的，設施都很好，雙台盆也很方便。 環境：位置就在地圖上“平潭小鎌倉”的地方，每次出房間的院門，都有很多人在拍照打卡！説實話，它不在景區裏面，去景區或追藍眼淚都要走一段，但是這裡有一片屬於住客自己的海灘，雖説不大，但是比較安靜，你要是來度假不想去擠，在店門口就是海邊，舒服的看海、玩沙子、搞點燒烤，都非常好了！"
