"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"I had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable. What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience. Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"週末天氣好來宜興出遊兩天一夜，看到這家酒店2025才開業，地理位置離景區和市區都比較方便，而且可以投屏就臨時選擇了。 沒想到大堂公區和房間都設計的很精緻，完全超出我們的預期。大堂休息區、洗衣房、健身房、洽談區應有盡有。整體設計有氛圍感，貫穿了水晶的幾何元素，房間設施新也比較智能，滿足我們的旅行體驗。 總體來説服務和早餐都很好。預約後前台沒多久致電詢問房間和樓層是否有偏好，外賣也有很多選擇，機器人會送上門。 難得主動寫點評，真的推薦給出遊、出差的大家！停車票也可以在前台辦理。"

"位置在原來城南小學附近，陶都飯店重新裝修的。交通方便，附近就有公交站點。新開業的，設施不錯，房間裝修簡潔，燈光明亮，電動窗簾，中央空調。衞生間設施好用，淋浴間超大。床鋪還算舒適。唯一要吐槽的是不知為啥要床下鋪地毯，又清理的不乾淨，成了藏污納垢最厲害的地方。早餐還可以，300價格有麪條，餛飩，牛奶，咖啡，色拉俱全，挺不錯了，最喜歡烏米飯和筍乾燒肉。。"

"Weird stay. They upgraded us to the best room on the top floor. Superb views. Then they told us the wrong time for the indoor pool closing. Leaflet said 9pm, they confirmed, then it closed at 5pm. After assertively reminding them what they had told us, they allowed us to swim. Their outdoor pool was closed for repairs, which had been a reason for staying. Later that night, two dudes were smoking outside our room - not good with a pregnant wife - so they moved us to the floor below to another room. Excellent value for money in terms of what's included but some parts of the jigsaw weren't in place."

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the serene lakeside atmosphere—would definitely stay again!"

"設施：總體蠻好 衞生：乾淨舒適 環境：絕對可以 服務：我們是加了管家微信有問題隨時網上諮詢或溝通，管家江江”有問必答，我們去景區要看有的表演，但是不知道怎麼走第一時間都會問管家“江江”都很及時的和我微信聯繫，讓我們的遊玩比較輕鬆愉快😀還有我那天入住瑤湖大酒店衹帶了一身衣服，原本想着酒店有乾洗衣服啥的，誰知道那天晚上看煙花秀和打鐵花都下雨了，和女兒兩個人都淋了落湯雞，馬上聯繫小管家，叫服務人員拿來了晾衣架，還貼心了關心我們不要感冒了，非常感謝，美中不足的就是房間那個烘乾機烘衣服的時候還要掃碼付錢，這點很不好，因為我們這個房間已經房價很高了，烘乾衣服另收費酒店方面是不是不合理，其他都可以，管家江江也很熱心"
