"The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect, the room is spacious, clean, and has a lovely view. The design of the room is very nice too. The staff are super friendly, polite, and always helpful. The room is quiet with great soundproofing, which made my stay even more comfortable. Everything about this hotel is amazing — I would give it more than 5 out of 5 if I could! It truly deserves it. You must stay here; highly recommended!"

"Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing"

"The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience."

"民宿靠近黃果樹瀑布景點、出行10分方便，民宿有5公里內免費接送服務10分窩心！但其實自己步行去黃果樹瀑布景區都只需10至15分鐘！ 首先民宿知道我哋慶祝35周年結婚紀念送了一紮花給我們令到我們有意外驚喜10分感謝😍 今次連續三晚入住雙床房向山有小路通小車但酒店隔音好好！晚上幾乎聽唔到外出有任何聲音！連續兩天上午到黃果樹瀑布旅遊下午回酒店睡覺再晚上出遊！三個晚上都瞓得好好！冷氣10分充足，竟然可以16度！房間小度好靈敏及設備新穎！ 房間電視有好多免費電影睇！令到我們過了一個快嘅假期， 10分多謝店家😘👍 另外店家給予好多出游意見及建議附近旅遊景點及也主動協助我們安排車輛到高鐵站🙏 期待下次到黃果樹旅遊再次入住此民宿"

"離第三售票窗巨近，走過去就幾分鐘。環境很好，很新，小孩子也住得很舒服，窗外正對着隔壁的停車場，視野也開闊。地下停車場停車方便，還有充電樁。衞生也不錯，牙刷等等配套也好用，床也很舒服，就是枕頭選擇性不強。唯一不足的就是空調了，前台叫了電工來看，電工説你出來感受一下，已經很涼了，被子太厚我幫你們換被單，拜託，我們是一年用8個月空調的地方好不好。雖然後來温度降下來了，但是持續時間太長了。可能是開張不久吧，服務態度雖然很好，但是感覺有點亂亂的。 Ps：空調的事給你們一個專業意見，後來我去看了一下，你們是設計有問題，空調的進風口對着門的方向，進風量和熱風進風通道都預留和設計不足，為了好看把進風口都設計到坑裡了，改到天花面就好了。"

"A belated evaluation Saya seorang yang sangat malas Kerana trip May Day ni, macam-macam hotel kena menilai, jadi saya rasa saya berhutang dengan dia satu tingkat, dengan warga tua di bawah, tanpa mengganggu satu sama lain rendah dan mewah, tuala muka pakai buang, dan tikar tandas Mereka dihantar terus ke pusat pelawat dan memberikan perkhidmatan yang penuh perhatian tinggal di. "老闆娘和老闆人都特別好，我們雖然自己開了車來但是每次去景區和回民宿都是老闆開車來接的，人真的超級超級好。老闆娘還幫我們打電話問了線下還有沒有票買，也熱心地告訴我們怎麼玩好玩！ 酒店十分的乾淨，房間很大真的超級超級乾淨整潔，我們一開始因為沒注意下水口關了導致水都漫出來了，老闆娘也是半夜裡馬上幫我們拖地、清理房間。 早飯有粉有面有包子饅頭有豆漿稀飯…種類超多也是現做的很好吃的。 我們是前一天晚上才定這個房間的，本來不抱什麼很好的期望，沒想到房間又大又乾淨整潔，老闆娘人又超級好！十分推薦大家來這家店住！！！中國人不騙中國人！！！"

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."
