"It’s our second time here and we love every bit of it. Beautiful design with First class service and everything in the room is neat . Bed and pillows are very comfy. Room is spacious. If we are flying out from this airport again .i will definitely stay here. I couldn’t recommend it enough."

"It’s just a business hotel. The receptionist just only give you the information without service minded. If the hotel parking is full, you have to find the other parking that the receptionist told told you the direction that so difficult to find. However the location is good, room clean."

"While the hotel's age is apparent, its prime location offers convenient access to the airport, with a complimentary shuttle service facilitating a 15-minute transfer. Additionally, an Aeon mall and various dining establishments are situated in close proximity. However, the room's aesthetic appears somewhat uninspired, and the restroom facilities are rather compact, potentially posing a challenge for individuals of taller stature."

"Exceptional stay with unbeatable convenience I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose. The highlight of this property is its incredible location and the convenience it offers. It serves as a perfect base, with an Aeon mall and excellent dining options right nearby. As we were driving, the spacious car park was a major advantage that made getting in and out stress-free. To top it off, having a FamilyMart located directly inside the hotel was incredibly handy for quick purchases. Overall, a truly great stay that I highly recommend."

"This Ryokan is not for those who are looking for modern and ”luxurious” amenities. Marukoma onsen is a very classic and traditional Ryokan. Service crew are mostly seniors who do not speak much English but are very enthusiastic about sharing the rich history of the establishment. Founded by a Japanese couple in 1915 , located at a secluded part of Shikotsu lake there is nothing of interest in the surrounding area unless you want to drive out to the nearest tiny town about 10 mins away. So buy whenever you need before checking in. All meals are included and served with Japanese tradition and hospitality. You will find that most guests are senior Japanese and there were only a few foreign guests present. To some, the amenities are dated and worn , but can be viewed as preserving the essence and history of this lovely and charming place, although the landscaping can be better manage to better enhance the surroundings. Personally I enjoyed my stay at this Ryokan mainly because there is no rush and crowds to be found , just serenity and peace from the usual hustle and bustles of daily activities."

"The hotel English name is not available in Google Map search, only Japanese name, causing us a little difficult to navigate from New Chitose airport to the hotel. Free on site parking for hotel guest is available. Breakfast is cozy Japanese meals in buffet style, delicious."

"It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in. The reception staff is very attentive. The room is fully equipped. I will come back to stay here again when I have a chance."

"I arrived very early after taking an overnight flight. I asked the front desk if it was possible to check in earlier and mentioned that I was willing to pay an additional fee if needed. However, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that early check-in was not possible, and the tone was not very friendly. As a result, I had to wait until 3 p.m. while feeling very tired. The hotel room itself was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I also had a very comfortable sleep that night."
